This chapter was so incredibly sweet! It put me in a great mood and made me giggle like nuts. Especially loved the part where L was so lost on how to put on a suit. Made me itch for a sketch pad because I had such a clear picture of that scene in my head.

SUCH a wonderful chapter. I am a sucker for sappiness and romance and fell in love with this chapter. You are such an amazing author. ^_^. I really liked how L knew everything to begin with but never let on that he knew about their anniversary. XD. The ring was an adorable idea and really makes me want to just go out and buy one now. ^_^ I can't wait to see what you have in store for the next chapter. Simply wonderful job so far.

Damn, going to work means I need to read this in two parts! I found it when I only had ten minutes left, so I opened a notepad file for a comment. *grins* You updated again!!! Yaaay!!

I love L having to think about if putting the cake down is worth it. XD; "To do so meant to put down the cake and Raito could see the moment that he humored his lover and took the bag, placing the cake on a table nearby, in case of dire emergency." That line was full of win.

"Raito cleared his throat quietly at the sight of all that glorious pale skin and quickly turned towards the doorway."

Raito to himself: "Hoo, okay. Stay on track, Raito! We have a mission. No getting side-tracked. Need to stay strong. Is the mission worth it? No-- no, I can't harbor doubts! Let's just leave the area and clean something." He's so fun!

Omg, cummerbund as corset?! Poor L. I can picture that scene! *goes to work, comes back*

*giggling* L tried to eat Raito-- literally-- the last time he ran out of sweets?! I can actually picture that. Raito shouting and hitting at L to get him to stop biting and L pouting.

*wanders online to look up honmei-chocolate* Omg, that really would be a perfect gift from Raito to L. Cute!

I'm curious where the plot is going! And how the puzzle rings will work in. And if it might somehow involve Near. (Can you imagine how obnoxious he'd be if he ever got a puzzle ring of his own? He'd never put the damn thing down.) I enjoyed this chapter much! Things feel like they're building again, and the Taiko performance was a fun touch.

lol, no sooner had a posted a review for the last chapter, than I look up and there's a new one! some sappyness, but I enjoyed it as much as the last chapter! love the chocolates and how nervous Raito was. lol, still loving the story!

Yay I love how this is going! I have heard of puzzle rings before and actually have seen one once because my heritage is predominantly english my grandmother had one. They are very delicate when broken and it takes a lot to put them back together.

Ooh, can't wait to see where you take the gifts. I don't think this is moving slowly at all, keep up with the pace. I hope you never stop writing this. *Brava*
