^o^ The shortness was totally worth it. I haven't gotten to read this for over two weeks now, so I'm definitely glad to have a nice lemon to welcome me back to the Internet!

That was short, but wonderful. I was shocked to see another chapter up so quickely. Dying to know what he bought L, awaiting more chpaters soon. ^.^

I looked at this last night but didn't review as after reading it I was taken with a sudden desire to be in my bedroom rather that my workroom XD Having recovered my wits - excellent chapter! L and the gag remark - nnhn! Do they actually do any of that bdsm stuff yet? Or is that a treat yet in store? I want to do a picture of Raito with his hands tied behind his back and - all the rest of it... but then, I tend to look at him and it's like he has a sign pasted to him that says 'Made For Bondage.'
Honestly, a lot of guys would be glad to have a permanent bf and not have to bother with the whole condom thing, but no, it's too sticky for Princess Raito XD

This is my face... O.O for real.

What did I think of the chapter-- hmm-- let me think. *grins* Kyaaaa! It was good.

"He also became substantially less verbose."

That line cracked me up! Especially it thrown into the surprise!sex. *laughing*

Also, L telling Raito to shut up or L will gag him was nniiiiiice. I shivered and grinned like a maniac.

And the end-- Raito just collapsing, being pushed over comfortably, and then translating L's words-- very cute and amusing, and I loved the ...real feel to it. Can't explain that, just tried to in my head and failed horribly. Also, Raito touching L's foot while he sleeps and thinking of L's place as "home" was adorable in a "if Raito were fully coherent right now he'd probably be mildly mortified at acting so cozy and comfortable".

I'm also betting it made L feel better before the three-week pause to notice Raito still wearing his ring! If Raito hadn't been, I think the taxi scene would have been much different. Er, Watari-taxi. The chapter was short, but it suited it! Kept to the frantic-then-exhausted feel of the two of them, so it suited perfectly.

Absolutely love this story - I read all 21 chapters this evening when I was supposed to be catching up with work XD Your characterisations of L and Raito are superb, Raito is so much like he is in the manga when he has no Kira memories - only a little older and wiser - and L is such an excellent balance of childishness, creepiness and downright scariness - but still incredibly cute :)

I can't work out if it's finished or not as I'm not used to this site and how things are set out - but I certainly hope not, could go on reading this one for ever :)

Well I liked it of course ;p Im sure the others that read this will agree. Hope to see another update soon, cant wait! :D

Yay I love it! Great chapter dynamics and I really wanna draw Light Laying over L in the car and giving Watari that " deer in the headlights" look. Hmm I think I may draw it. It won't be nearly as good as Duomi's but I will try my best. ^_^. see you next chapter.

Ah!!! Raito tripping when he gets out of the shower is great! Poor pissed off!Raito. He did deservet that though. So what if his boyfriend's an obsessive voyeur with cameras everywhere and no moral center? *grins*

I love that he can't take off the ring, keeps stopping himself. That makes me overly pleased.

*giggles more* Omg, Misa chasing Raito into the street, and and, Matsuda and Misa as Raito's parents is such a terrifying thought! Weirdest AU idea ever, that'd be. Ohmy. Also! Raito should really have assumed L would show up.

'“As I stated just now. I came to see you off. Raito-kun is…leaving the country and I…I…” He stumbled on his words and fell silent, his breath unsteady. L was looking away and Raito stared, equally entranced and horrified as the artist swallowed hard and squeezed his eyes shut, hands gripping his knees."

Upon reading that, I'll let you know my face crumbled and the only thought in my brain was, "Awwwww...!" followed by, "Poor L...!" Made me sniffle a bit, too.

Also, I love that Raito in this has grown up enough to be sickened by doing that to L, and not go power-happy and smirky, like he would in his bastard!Kira stage. I love how this Raito has evolved, and yet stays true to Raito. It always impresses me...!

Yay! Raito was watching Battle Royale. That gave me a giggling fit... Raito watching his own actor! Was that a throw-back to Tear You Apart with Misa watching it, or is that my ego? x.X Either way, the idea of that cracks me up.

As for your AN: The first part didn't seem wishy-washy at all! In fact, I'd found myself nodding agreement with a wry smile at how Raito was acting, since putting off uncomfortable things until I "have time to think" is something I nearly always do, and usually, I end up realizing much later that the decision had been made but I'd been a coward or whatever and avoiding it. So that seemed perfectly reasonable to me!

It's also a bad way to do things. Shame on Raito! It's so his char to make L be the one to bend and talk to him and not realize he'd have hurt L too until he saw it. So, so him. They're both so childish! I love them.

But yes, this is becoming an epic review, so. Loved it, as always, and I bow to your talent!
