Wow, that was incredibly powerful. You write grief so well. If I'm not mistaken, you wrote the piece with Misa getting the call from L just recently too, didn't you? I liked that a lot as well. Grief and ghost haunts and intercession for the living to keep them moving. Common themes in both works I've read of yours, both powerfully written and heart wrenching. I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for more of your writing!

Omgoodness, wow, that was amazing.
I must admit, I don't actually like the characters Near/Mello but this piece was absolutely brilliant.
The whole mood of the story, the longing ache in Near's heart, it could be felt through the words.

Awwwww-- this is so adorable! Mello at the end-- the "you don't disappear"... So cute. And very sad. I love Near giving him the L piece, it's perfect... Your writing is also very poignant and beautiful. Great job!

That was very well written. I never enjoyed MelloxNear, but in some situations I could see it work. Like this one. Write more like this.
