Looks like this is shaping up to be a Sailor Senshi-style mystery (complete with magical people of dubious intentions) in addition to being a Ranma Lemon. Great work so far.
It's gratifying somehow to have Ranma bang Minako senseless. Minako isn't normally my preferred character when it comes to the Senshi (I really like a certain violet-eyed Senshi of Death), especially in Ranma-Sailor Moon crossovers, but for some reason I've recently developed an itch for Ranma-Minako lemon that I haven't quite been able to scratch. Until now. As with your other story, Playing With Ranma, this one doesn't feel like just a lemon, but also has an interesting story and plot, even character development, which I find very very satisfying. I'll be watching out for when you update your stories.

Some other thoughts:
It would seem doubtful for the near future for Ranma to put any books at that place as it would be rather inconvenient to use. My earlier suggestion for a small cheap building with a reinforced concealed underground chamber is that it would be preferable to have an area where he can consult and study all books/scrolls easily and practice magic and probably martial arts too in the same area.
Ranma may want to eventually set up a variety of magic defenses that parallels his martial arts style like misdirection, deflection and counters. Maybe even just doing a surprise sudden sucking out of manna and ki from the attacker that could be lethal depending on intent.
One part that Ranma might seriously consider is the differences between male and female ki and compared to hot and cold ki and whether manna is similar in types and maybe even how they compare to various theories of accupressure/moxibustion/traditional chinese medicine. It could form new breakthroughs of martial arts and techniques and medicine and how reality works.
Some further study of magic that could be of interest for Ranma, even if they deal mainly with females, are those involving healing and what 3rd edition Dungeons and Dragons players call "buffing" spells which basically involves improving or boosting the abilities of allies or self to superhuman levels, such as strength, speed, resistance to various effects, etc. Along those lines could be immortality.

If Ranma were to study Hinako and adapt how she does her ki sucking and projection, it might not be necessary to use objects with holes to do those powers. Just use the holes of the human body and it can be far more subtle like with kisses or whatever.

Interesting story.
The ritual thing should not be too hard to do. Since Ranma had already gone to that training area of his in an earlier chapter, he only needs to go there during the days off that was mentioned earlier and do it then.
Given the locations mentioned earlier, he could probably get a small building in Minato/Juuban cheap and use his own strength and abilities to make sure that his valuables are put in a small concealed reinforced underground chamber by digging out a small area and reinforcing the chamber with stone lining or wood trusses or other materials. Presumably his new bank account could cover the cost in materials and he could use his own abilities to handle the assembly and installation. He could use the the sneaky thief techniques along with misdirection to pretend to be going to work on the days he gets off to secretly go to his other base for studying and practicing magic.
I wonder about that demoness in his body. Is it like a familiar or possession. It does seem to be changing him. I wonder if he would be able to drain others like what it implied during his encounter with Minako, both male and female. Maybe the next encounter with Aki and her associates could result in them being unknowingly drained to exhaustion while they think it was just sex. As a thought, what if after Ranma performs the magic circle ritual he can use the demoness like the angels in Oh My Goddess, where the demoness partially comes out of his body and can assist in magic or do tasks.
One thing he might want to experiment with is projecting the female ki, by touch so it can resemble or even make use of pressure point effects. It could allow him to relieve sex frustration as well if the implications are right. As an idea, the next time Akane goes nuts, maybe Ranma could deflect the hammer with a side palm strike while shoving as much erotic female ki as he can into the hammer which is presumably connected to Akane if it is a ki construct or at least her aura when blazing and see what the effects are as it goes straight into her open emotions. Another experiment could be to see what effect it really has on males, which might depend on how it is channeled. Maybe he can talk to Hinako about it, if she knows more, or maybe even figure out a way to cure her. After Ranma has mastered everything, he could probably just bribe or experiment on Happosai how different applications of various forms of female ki affects him and if he has more information. There might be the possibility of unusual effects if Ranma was to overload Happosai with female ki, maybe turning him into a very feminine personality change or something.

Interesting..there are two versions of this story. One is in the Ranma Addventure, the other is in a branch of the Unending BE. Have you seen both of them? I love the subtle destruction of Ranma's mind as Ranko slowly begins to emerge.

Very Hot! This is a nice dichotomy with PWR, seeing Ranma's sexual awakening starting as a girl rather than a boy. Though 'Ranko' is in the forefront I'd like to see her experiment with her male side the same way Ranma experiments with his female body in PWR. Maybe he could make an appearance at one of Yuka and Sayuri's parties?
I also appreciated how things have progressed in stages without jumping right into the sex ans suddenly Ranma likes it both ways. The little things that pushed her closer, building up to her decision in addition to Mr. Dark's tampering. It should be interesting to see how that's impacted on Ranma's curse. I look forward to seeing what happens in the next to chapters.
