Ooo! Chapter four! I really love the way the Riki appeciates the luxury of Iason's home/life, yet he never loses sight of his main goal. I must confess, I've sadly seen some fics where Riki is presented as a kind of two-dimensional dark-haired Bimbo and, even worse, these fics have attempted to make Riki look smarter simply by decreasing the intelligence of his co-characters (Katze, most notably, which just riles me to *no* end, LOL!) You don't do that. You're presenting the man here as a complex and multi-layered individual. I love that.

Also really adoring Iason's internal monolougue... really gives depth and believability to his desire to step outside of the Elite's conventions and select a Pet that touches his imagination and mind, as well as his body. Very nice. *Very* in character, IMHO.

Sorry to not have reviewed Ch.3 a bit earlier. Been a bit hectic in RL... I must say, I really like the way that you write Riki - trying to seduce his new 'master', while still remaining almost coldy calculating inside about how and when he will escape. I like the fact that you show him as highly intelligent in his own right. (Which he undoubtedly *is*.) Kudos! Really looking forward to the next chapter.

Wow I'm Impressed. If you didn't say this was your first story I would have never known. It's a great story. I can't wait for the next chapter.

I will say this: This story is freaking awesome!! Iason kidnapping Riki, then Iason's reaction to finding out that Riki doesn't tend to get much food. I can't wait to find out how Riki will react (though I'm sure it will warrant punishment) to Iason forcing him to become a pet. I imagine he will be furious with Iason and may very well try to strike out at him.

I really like the startling comparison bewteen Iason's life and Riki's - evident in the remark Riki made about how a single meal that Iason would have thought nothing about would have lasted Riki an entire week. I liked Iason's reaction to that, his genuine internalized surprise at the realities of life in the slum. I'm really looking forward to seeing how his (and RIki's) perception changes as they inevitably learn more about each other.

Hi! Well this story has certainly kicked off with a really intriguing premise. I really appreciated the idea that Riki initially got angry rather than scared... started plotting to talk his way out of the mess rather than panicking. Felt very much in character, even though your fic is an AU. I also liked the line Iason gave him – about having waited long enough. Hmmm. Very interesting indeed...
The final couple of chapters had an ominous tone to them, which was compelling. I’ll be very interested to see how this story develops. Potentially a titanic clash of two very strong willed men. Gotta love that, LOL!

Oh wow!! This is going to be VERY interesting. Iason kidnapped Riki right off the street!! I can't wait to see what happens next. Please update soon!
