While I do like the LucciXLuffy pairing, I think you need to work a bit on your spelling and characterization. I know it's hard to write something like this without resorting to OOC behaviour, so I'm not going to put too fine a point on that. Granted, I'm guilty of such things as well, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

I've seen you around FF.net as well and you seem to have a lot of ideas, but have difficulty executing them. I don't blame you though, English isn't my first language either :). Maybe you should think about getting a beta?

Not bad for a first lemon, but I think you made Luffy OOC. First of all, he is rubber so even when his powers are at slumber his body stretches easily, so I don't think he would feel any pain during sex. And even if he did, I doubt he would cry. Come on, he's a brave pirate, not a stereotypical uke. But it depends how you view this character. Still, I think this story has a potential, and I don't want it to be wasted, so I can be your beta. I think this story could be very interesting if you took it in a sexual direction. Other than that, Lucci and Luffy seem like such a good pairing. Nice job!

Really liked the chapter the flashback in the middle of the chapter had a slightly wierd transition, but other that taht it was great. :D update sOOn please!

That was mean to end the chapter with such a cliffhanger, now you must update very soonXD I like this chapter. It wasn't perfect, there were some mistakes, but in general it was OK. The plot is very interesting.

I really liked how you made the agreement. I don't think it was characteristic of the entire group to argue against Rob Lucci, but I can't wait till it plays out. Just out of curiousity, is Luffy only Lucci's pet or the entire CP9's? -Either way someone is going to get jealous right?

You'd better continue it, because if you don't, I will find you and do horrible things to youXD It's the kind of a fanfic which I was looking for, so don't disappoint me;)

Great beginning! I have been looking all over for a plot like this, but I can't imagine the marines just willinglly giving up everyone, including Nico Robin. Did Luffy offer or take a trade or something? The Zoro Prov was very characteristic. Keep up the great work and update soon!
