This is probably one of my favourite Young!Mello/Matt fics I have ever read. It's just so... them. There's no single way of saying how beautifully IC this entire thing is, not to mention well thought-out.

Erk, Nine Lives, I'm sorry, you've been chatting away in here and I've only just spotted it. -.-

I've come to the conclusion that the less than three, loveheart symbol cuts comments in here. I think that the php coding is reading it as an open tag. Had you just used less than three? I'm about to use it now: <3 This is test text to see if you come out. Are you here? *waves*

*smug look* Experiment successful. I just used the less than three symbol, then some test text behind it. It didn't show. Yep, less than three is pwnt by php code. I've spotted that you can't use html or php in comments, presumably to stop spammers swamping the place.

Back to the plot.

Matt sang because he's an evil git. He knew that Fenian was upset by something in the song. He knew that the song mentioned Galway Bay. He knew that Galway Bay is in Eire and that Fenian is Irish. By the time he was back in the corridor, Matt had deduced that Fenian is from Galway Bay. Do you know 'Fairy Tale of New York'? http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Ff3aoSyYOVs That's what they were singing. Sorry, I wrote this story at a speed of knots, so there are bits that are indistinct. I wrote the Christmas Eve chapters in one day, then all but the last two parts of the Christmas Day one were written on Christmas Eve. Christmas morning, I wrote the last two bits, in between sorting the house and kitchen duties. LOL Remind me never to write something more or less novel length that quickly again. ;)

LOL Matt really didn't want to be on that football pitch, did he? LOL

Revue is pronounced exactly like review.

It was very cute. I love how Matt was the one actually giving hope to Mello. So sweet.
And I'm glad they finilly teamed up for the Revue (I'm still trying to find out how to pronunce it).
