I'm so happy you decided to go back to this story and update! Brad's family is a little overwhelming. So many of them, packed closely. But you did an excellent job of introducing each and pinning their names to their personality. I'm on pins and needles wondering what Granny has on her agenda. Great chapter! Alec looks like trouble, I think.

An update! Brad's family is getting more interesting by the minute. I laughed at the last line too...nice touch.

I hope there is more to this story soon. It is intriguing and I like the way the four of them stick together in their own stange way when they are in unfamiliar but nonthreatening territory or at least territory that is only familiar to Brad. I like this glimpse of Brad's past, his roots and family. I wonder why he was shipped off to where ever when he was thirteen to grow up by himself or under the influence of an evil orginazation. This, as usual with your every effort, is very well written and you know Brad and his boys (and Weiss) so well that there is never a mis-step in writing them to perfection

So, Brad has a history and a family. Didn't expect that he would have left all of them alive. I really like Angus, and the siblings and Mother do seem normal. The Da we've already met. So why did he not go home for 14 years? There sure must be secrets! I wonder if Brad's siblings have any powers? Excellent chapter, fun and revealing as well as wonderfully written. I'm so glad you dusted this off and updated it!
