I listened* to this just last night and was impressed with the intimacy as you laid out both's feelings then let her take that one heroic step, in her mind risking everything, to "tell" him what she wants because she's naive enough not to have understood her feelings. The bit about her panicky transformations occurring more often was a good hint in the beginning that she was very troubled before looking into Fakir's angst. It stuck in my mind and tempered my reaction as you delved into the angsty writer's frustration, and touch of anger, tempering that until you got to Ahiru's feelings. As a heroine she had to take bold steps and risk great sacrifice to do what was right, and fortunately it turned out for the best. And very hot (besides the water).
