It was good!
At first I was hoping you'd go a bit more into detail about when Light got shot but then the more I thought about it, the more I realized you had gone into as much detail as the story allowed, so it's okay.

I've just read the first chapter, I'll read the next two now.
I'm glad you went and did this, it's fun and interesting to see where you've gone and how you've further molded your story by giving more back stories.

I really like this. Yagami-san always kinda scared me in the anime (you could deffinately see where Raito got his crazy genes), but in your story he actually seems human. Great job. I hope your muse gets unstuck. I can't wait for Watari's pov. And of course the next chapter.
