This was spectacular. As with your pieces on ff.net, you have a talented ear for capturing the cadence and mood of the series.
P.S. I think you made absolutely the right choices with this fic. The standard sort of sharp-focus, concretely-clinical description found in most lemon would have been jarring and absolutely out of place in this dreamy, almost surreal erotica.

The fiction, overall, is enjoyable. But it does get a little confusing about the point that Kusuri-uri transforms and his otherself is released. The oral at the end feels kind of out of place. Was it just to get his rocks off or did it have to do with purging him of the poison? The reason for it was unclear, mixed as it was with the end of the fight.
Other than that, you have a talent for descriptive prose and got the "feel" of the mononoke series in how the story was written.
