Nice story, but Hikaru isn't Haruhi's senpai. A senpai/sempai is someone who is more advanced in an area of study. So Tamaki would be her sempai, since he's older, but she and Hikaru are in the same class. Sempai is completely wrong in that context, so you might want to change it.

When i saw she was acting out of character in a sheer white camisol in her own dads house, and didnt even react to her first kiss it just didnt make me want to read anymore... Its boring... Specially when the characters dont even act like themselves.

The ending seemed fairly logical; don't worry about it.
As for the story, looking good. I like your writing to begin with, and it's always good to see some Ouran het. Can't wait for the next chapter.
