Well, despite the ridiculous premise, I think you may have written the perfect Love Hina fic. Most of these just get bizarre, or completely bogged down in the relationships and picking one girl or some other nonsense. Here you have an omnipotent Keitaro just doing every girl in the place. Sounds about fair. Hope to see more.
