LOL! Fortunately I'm a Who fan and have been since around the time of the fifth or sixth Doctors(when I was first old enough to actually understand what I was watching, I was born midway through the or so through the Fourth Doctor's regime), and I loved it! A couple minor points though - First, the Doctor's current regeneration is his 10th, not his 11th. Remember, the regeneration count is always one less than the actually number of Doctors. That's how the final count be 13 Doctors after his 12th, and final, regeneration. And second, the Doctor wouldn't have needed to figure out the language, as back in the 4th Doctor story "The Masque Of Mandragora" they revealed that the Doctor has a sort of built in translation ability tied in with his limited telepathic abilities, the latter of which allows him to share the former with his companions and those immediately around him, a point maintained in the revival series and brought up at some point in the 9th Doctor's year, and made a plot point in "The Christmas Invasion". Just saying. It might also interest you to know I sometimes play with the idea of a person OC Time Lord character being part of Ranma 1/2, from time to time... Well, until next fic, then. Laters.
