This newest chapter felt kind of like filler, with the little quest that accomplished nothing and some random punishment of Shampoo that doesn't really fit too well with canon. Not that *any* of the discipline not delivered by Nodoka technically makes sense, but there's usually some measure of progression on Ranko's part. That didn't exactly happen here. It was still an okay chapter, but the least interesting one so far. But I do look forward to seeing more of Ranko and Kodachi!

Chapter 10
Great to see an update. Another fine chapter and I really enjoyed Ranma's quest; it really fits into Ranma 1/2. I'm very happy that there will be some yuri scenes between Ranko/Kodachi. That pairing hasn't been done very often.

Cute! been a while since last chapter was one every other day at first... now is slowing down.
One thing... I dont think kodach would have gone to prison... any trial would QUICKLY Find her "insane"

This story is pretty rad on the whole. Yes, the scope of the story needs to expand something beyond spanking, as that's already starting to get repetitive. But the depths of Nodoka's twisted view of womanhood are fascinating to see, as is the slow sublimation of Ranma into this new identity of Ranko.
Speaking of Ranko, I think you had the right idea by contnuing to refer to her as Ranma. While I agree that sticking with feminine gender pronouns reduces confusion for the reader, but I think it would be better if you didn't call her Ranko until she really *was* Ranko. As in, until she accepted that identity as her own and not just the role she was playing. But maybe that's just me.
I do have a criticism, I suppose. The St. Bacchus stuff, while quite interesting to read, is so preposterously over the top that it kind of pulled me out of the story. Know what I mean? I can accept pretty much anything from Nodoka, as she's a total nutbar. But the school stuff grinds up against my suspension of disbelief rather strongly. (Yes, more than a boy who turns into a girl because of magic does.) But that's my only major concern.
As for boys...while not necrssarily encouraging it (for multiple reasons), I think Nodoka would basically insist on Ranko being available to be...courted, I guess you'd say. And I mean dating in some capacity rather than an omiai or anything so formal. (Nodoka wouldn't consider her enough of a proper lady yet for that.) And Nodoka wouldn't allow Ranko to refuse them simply because they're male, since a lady doesn't reject suitors on the sole basis of *being* suitors. So perhaps not for a while, but I don't see Ranko being able to avoid the matter forever. That make sense?
Anyway. Good stuff, and I look forward to seeing where you take things from here. (A thought: Resolving the hard feelings with Akane might be nice at some point, as I don't really buy the whole notion that she'd flat-out discard Ranma in a situation like this.)

How come Nodoka knows that Ranko was aroused by Kodachi's punishment in school? I doubt that she told her about it.
