it is actually Chloe. the reason is it spelled Kuroe is because of a few reasons. JP (and most Asian languages) do not have a pronunciation for L and thus it is mixed with R so instead of Kuroe it becomes Kuloe. Chloe is pronounced Kloe. the JP do not have single English letters available in their alphabet thus they use the katakana Ku for K. Hope you do not mind the lesson.
