Enjoying the fic so far, hope to see much more of it in the future. A fun smutty version of Love Hina certainly sounds like an entertaining idea. I do like how the characters still have their personalities mostly intact, if slightly altered.
Hope to see Mokoto, Mutsumi, and Tsuruko (along with all the other girls of course) in the future as well!

Glad to see it updated and happy to see a Love Hina story that doesn't follow the exact same layout as every other one (and shows someone else's perspective).
