Sorry, but this doesn't really work. If you'd done a basic plot what plot fic where the Celadon trainers decided to rape Red or Green for beating them that would have been fine. But trying to add more realistic things like Pokemon being seriously injured or dying in battle? Then you're opening the floodgates and raising questions like why the hell the entire system exists, which is more than this fic can really address.
Sorry, but I just have to suggest either redoing to either do the Porn for the Sake of It approach or making it a much more serious and complicated fic.
