I do hope you intend to include the likes of Rosalia at some point early on, especially since you're starting with Silica. Also, are you strictly going through with the anime girls only or could it be possible that you might use Phillia, Strea, and the other video game only characters?
Also, when you get to the Toaster(Yui), don't hold back. That thing is a stain upon SAO and must be treated like the trash can it is!
