Just finished chapter 4, and I can say this was overall a really good story!
But I think it just falls short a bit at the end.
For the first three chapters we get a lot of elaboration and insight into what Inflammarae is thinking and feeling and we are shown the gradual process of her slipping into depravity and this is all fantastic.
But that seems to stop when Inflammarae gets impregnated.
Don't get me wrong, the twist was great, and so was her reaction to it.
The description of what the goblins were doing to her was all great! But we don't seem to get any more of what Inflammarae feels about impregnation, the before and the after. We get to see what the goblins do to her but description about what she feels felt like it came to an abrupt stop.
I think it could really become a great story if Inflammarae's thoughts about being impregnated and her experience while pregnant (and maybe childbirth) was expanded upon, to really give her downfall a sense of completion.
I really like your writing style and the emphasis on how beautiful and busty Inflammarae was. I'm a fan of huge tits so keep it up!
Some additional thoughts not related to the story:
I think it would be really interesting if you wrote a piece about the corruption Cow Girl since she is the best friend of Goblin Slayer and Goblins are his sworn mortal enemies. Her corruption and betrayal will be even more heartfelt because of her relationship to Goblin Slayer.

Seems like an interesting preview or prologue, I'm curious to see where this goes... hopefully this doesn't an eternity like most fics here.
