I do not own Gravitation or any of its characters. I just love them to no end and have a very
twisted imagination. Please be aware that I am extremely poor so suing me will do you no good.
Thanks.

Synopsis:
A runaway falls in love with the only person who gave him a chance to start a new life. Can he
show the man he cares for that love really does exist before his past rips them forever apart?
Author’s Notes:
Hey everyone, the following fic is dedicated to one of my favorite couples, Yuki and Shuichi.
This story is an AU fic so of course the lives of our bishounen have been altered and twisted to
suit my evil purposes. However, because our beloved Shuichi and Yuki’s characters are pretty
much outstanding as they are, I’ve decided to not stray too far away from their original
personalities.
Well, that’s it for now. So please continue on and read the prologue to my fic, Beautiful Stranger.
Please keep in mind that this is my first Grav fic, so have a little mercy on me.
Happy reading guys and remember to please review.
Thanks,
Forsaken
~ PROLOGUE ~
“There,” said a tall black haired man as he pointed at a particular area within a large crowd of
people. “He’s perfect.”
Shuichi shifted his gaze and took in a breath as his violet eyes focused on the most handsome
man he’d ever seen.Toru’s right. He is perfect.
Actually, to say the man was perfect would be an understatement. The man standing a few feet
away from him was an Adonis, a golden god like no other. Short golden hair sparkled under the
sun’s bright rays, giving the man an almost ethereal look to him. A pair of sunglasses hid away
the stranger’s eyes, but even so, Shuichi could tell that the man was absolutely gorgeous. Add on
top of that the muscular physique barely concealed by the black blazer and navy blue slacks the
stranger was wearing and Shuichi could only conclude that he was indeed beholding an out
worldly being.
Shit, why him? In an instant, a feeling of despair intermingled with apprehension washed over
him and Shuichi’s hands fisted at his sides in reaction. Out of all of the people in the large
crowded street, why did Toru have to choose him?
“Shuichi?”
His thoughtserruerrupted, Shuichi shifted his gaze back to the brunette standing beside him.
“What?” he asked distractedly.
Toru’s face contorted with anger. “What the hell are you waiting for?” the brunette asked
Shuichi. “He’s going to get too far ahead of you if you don’t get your skinny ass over there.”
Shuichi turned his attention back onto the blonde that had instantly captivated him. “I don’t
know, Toru. He doesn’t look like easy game to me.” He looks like he’ll kick the shit out of me if
he catches my hand in his pocket. Shuichi gulped as his thoughts ran wild.
Toru shoved him hard, causing Shuichi to stumble a bit.
“Don’t give me that shit,” said Toru, his black eyes cold and angry. “Look at him,” the brunette
insisted. “His clothes alone scream money. He’s a perfect hit.” Toru pushed Shuichi again, his
eyes narrowing in warning. “Get to work, Shuichi. You know what’ll happen if Nao doesn’t get
his money.”
Shuichi swallowed and looked away from Toru’s knowing eyes.
No, he hadn’t forgotten. How could he? The scars on his back would never allow him to forget
the kind of punishment his...boss would inflict upon those who disobeyed or disappointed him.
Shuichi shuddered as an unwanted memory filtered through his mind.
“I know, Toru. I know.”
“Good,” Toru replied as he began to turn away in the opposite direction. “Now get going.”
Shuichi nodded, his eyes already locked onto the blonde now crossing the street. He took a deep
breath and began to walk in the stranger’s direction. You can do this Shuichi. Just follow him
until you can get close enough. Piece of cake. Easy. Simple.
But as he continued to follow the arresting blonde up ahead, Shuichi somehow knew that nothing
would be simple ever again.
