In the cesspool of debauchery that is the Pit, one would think there would be no need for a legal system of any kind. After all, the population consisted almost entirely of Pit Imps, who were generally too busy having lots of kinky sex to commit crimes. Furthermore, on the off chance anyone did do something unacceptable, Sheol would just use her powers to undo the damage, and mob justice would take care of the rest.
However, the Pit does have one infrequently used courthouse, which had been created solely for Sheol to amuse herself with the occasional mock trial for recent captures. In fact, one such trial was just about to begin.
"Order in the court!" Sheol yelled from the judge's bench, banging a floppy purple dildo against the table in place of a gavel. "All rise for the dishonorable and extremely sexy Judge Sheol!"
The room was filled by the sound of a standing ovation from loyal Pit Imps.
"Thank you! Thank you! Now, let's make sure everything's ready for this completely fair and not at all rigged trial! Bailiff?"
"Present!" Mami called from her recliner in the corner, where she was eating a sandwich and reading a porno mag.
"Stenographer?"
Jamie lifted her head up from the computer she was sitting at. "Ready and waiting, Lady Sheol."
"Prosecutor?"
Catharsis made a dismissive grunt from her chair.
"Defense Attorney?"
Savannah grinned evilly. "Prepared to make as many Phoenix Wright references as I can get away with!"
"Completely unbiased jury?"
Twelve Pit Imps, all wearing T-shirts with the word "unbiased" written on them, waved at Sheol.
"And finally, defendants?"
The sound of crickets chirping could be heard.
Sheol slapped her forehead. "Oh, right! I forgot to bring the defendants in! See, this is why we do these checks!"
With a wave of her arm, six bound prisoners found themselves teleported from their holding cells to the courtroom.
After a moment of disorientation, the prisoners immediately began protesting, their muffled, gagged cries a mix of anger, confusion, outrage, and embarrassment. Natsu, Erza, Lucy, Gray, Evergreen, and Flare all stood in the center of the courtroom behind the enchanted wooden railing that would keep them in what amounted to a small pen, safely sealed in the barrier to prevent any undue disruptions. The barrier was tested moments later when Natsu charged headlong into it, resulting in an electrical backlash that left him dazed and staggering backward, off balance in his bindings.
All of them were similarly clad since their arrival, wearing tall steel posture collars to suppress their magic, their arms pinned behind them in heavy leather armbinders, while their legs were secured with heavy shackles and short chains. Matching steel chastity belts encircled their waists as well, keeping their private parts safely under lock and key; it simply wouldn’t do for prisoners to be able to have sex with one another before the trial. Massive ball gags filled their mouths, leaving them with drool running down their chins, and in the case of the women, dripping onto their large breasts.
"Alright, let's get this trial underway!" Sheol said. "Natsu Drageel, Ezra Scarlet, Lucy Heartfilia, Gray Fullbuster, Flare Corona, and Evergreen... Evergreen..."
Sheol cocked her head. "Does anyone know her last name?"
Everyone in the courtroom shrugged.
"Okay, never mind then. Anyway, all of you are charged with being criminally sexy. In addition, Evergreen and Flare are each charged with several counts of being batshit insane. How does the defense plead?"
A chorus of angry, distorted denials came from the bound lot, with Erza in particular shooting a dirty look toward the judge. Natsu and Gray both charged at the barrier then, getting a wallop of a backlash that sent them sprawling. By this time Lucy had realized that she was topless in front of a crowd and crouched to try and hide herself, while Evergreen fought to get free of the armbinder. Flare on the other hand remained silent, cocking her head from side to side as she washed her unstable stare over everyone in the chamber.
"I think that means Not Guilty," Savannah deadpanned. "Well, except Flare. With a stare like that, it's pretty obvious she's loco, so I'm just gonna mark her down as pleading Guilty. Less work for me."
As the two men picked themselves up and angrily charged the barrier again, Erza stepped forward mouthing something around the ball that sounded suspiciously like 'How are we supposed to defend ourselves with these gags in our mouths?' Then Gray and Natsu were on their asses again, smoke rolling from their shoulders, though they seemed to have no intention of quitting anytime soon.
"I'll see what I can do," Savannah told Ezra. "Hey, Judge Sheol? You mind ungagging them? Might be good for a laugh."
Sheol jolted in her seat. "Wait, did you say something? I was watching those two keep running into the force field! It was hilarious!"
Savannah shrugged. "Eh, never mind. It was nothing important."
Erza's eyebrow twitched and her glare narrowed. Lucy on the other hand let out a loud whine, drool flying off her gag as she made some kind of pitiful question about why they were on trial and why they were being treated so terribly. Evergreen had stopped her fighting with the armbinder, looking more than a little outraged as she got it in her head to try and one-up Erza by sitting down on the floor and trying uselessly to use her foot to somehow undo the strap holding the gag in place.
Catharsis stood up and cleared her throat. "Now that those two idiots have briefly stopped banging their heads against the wall, can I begin presenting the evidence?"
"Go right ahead!" Sheol said.
"Thank you. Now, I think the evidence of criminal sexiness is pretty obvious. The girls all have tits the size of their heads, and everyone of both genders has the body of a supermodel."
Suddenly, Savannah jumped to her feet and pointed her finger at Catharsis. "OBJECTION! If you're going to include breast size as a factor, you have to include penis size, too! I move that Natsu and Gray have their chastity belts removed so we can see what they're packing!"
Sheol grinned. "Objection sustained!" Waving her hand, the steel chastity belts vanished from Natsu and Gray, exposing them to the courtroom.
For once Natsu actually seemed a bit surprised at finding himself with his cock and balls hanging free. Lucy looked mortified and turned even redder, muttering about how even a situation like this Gray found a way to strip off. Gray himself seemed not to notice at first, standing stoically as if nothing had changed, then seemed to get a bit worried. Erza's glare never relented, and both Flare and Evergreen were looking curiously at the two revealed men.
Several of the Pit Imps in the jury began to drool, while one or two made wolf whistles.
Savannah stroked her chin thoughtfully. "Damn it, Cathy, you're right! They ARE that sexy!"
Catharsis gritted her teeth. "Do NOT call me that. Anyway, next, we have the evidence for Evergreen's additional charges. Mami, if you please?"
Without getting up from her chair, or even looking up from her porn mag, Mami shoved a cart with a TV on it over to the front of the courtroom. Pulling a DVD remote from her pocket, the green-haired ghost girl pressed play, causing the TV to begin showing a recording of the fight between Ezra and Evergreen. Catharsis looked meaningfully at Evergreen during her bluff, where she threatened to kill the girls she had turned to stone, and ordered Ezra to bow before her.
Evergreen stood, having given up on removing the gag, watching the recording, then raised her chin indignantly, and proceeded to give a long, drawn out, and mostly unintelligible defense of her actions while the other Fairy Tail members, even Erza, gave her nasty looks.
Flare even stared at Evergreen's passionate defense, shaking her head as if the woman's actions were completely irredeemable.
As the video ended, Catharsis smugly turned to the defense area. "I rest my case."
"That is quite the case of batshit insane she's got," Savannah said, shaking her head. "I suppose institutionalization may be the best solution here after all."
Sheol struck her desk a few times with her dildo-gavel. "Is the prosecution is finished presenting evidence?"
"We are, Your Honor," Catharsis nodded.
"In that case, judging by all the Ace Attorney games I've played, all that's left before the verdict is the cross examination! Let's start with the hot redhead!"
With a wave of Sheol's hand, the gag disappeared from Ezra's mouth.
Erza stepped forward, her face set in a scowl. "I don't know where you got the idea that this is some kind of trial, but your charges are ridiculous! This whole thing is a show for your own amusement, and our humiliation. I will not submit to you or any decision you make, nor will my friends. I will not take part in this sham any longer; give your damn verdict and get on with this insanity." She held her head up, mostly because the posture collar would let her do no less, and stepped back.
Sheol shrugged. "Okay! I was going to let you all take turns providing your defense, but if you're that eager, I might as well speed things along! Jury? Skip to the verdict, will you?"
The Pit Imps huddled for a few seconds, before coming to the obvious decision. "Yep! Totally guilty!"
"Great!" Sheol beamed. "I'll make with the sentencing now!"
The captives shared uneasy looks between each other, but then turned defiantly to the judge. "Do your worst," Erza said, her voice firm, unafraid.
"I was going to do my worst anyway," Sheol retorted. "You six are hereby sentenced to spend an indefinite period of time as fuckto - I mean, 'indentured servants' - to the Interdimensional Dominatrix Council!"
Lucy seemed mortified by the proclamation, eyes wide with fear. Gray and Natsu defiantly issued a garbled challenge before once again trying to get through the barrier, actually straining against it for several seconds before the power had them staggering backward. Erza remained stoic and defiant, and though not quite as resolute, Evergreen tried to match her bravado, though seemed quite nervous as the cheers went up around the courtroom. Flare's state was less easy to determine, as the look in her eyes was hard to discern between madness and fear, though the way she fidgeted about may have indicated the latter.
"Now, all that's left is to decide who gets which slave," Sheol said.
Savannah's hand shot into the air. "Can I get Natsu?"
"Sure!"
The witch's eyes locked onto Natsu's swaying privates, and she licked her lips. "I certainly look forward to slaying his dragon..."
Still in a near rage, Natsu didn't seem to notice the comment as he readied for another attempt to break free. Lucy looked confused and mortified, and seemed to say something along the lines of 'what does that even mean?'
Noticing Lucy's muffled remark, Savannah leaned over to her, winked, and stage whispered, "It means I want to have large amounts of kinky sex with him. You're not very bright, are you?"
Lucy's brow furrowed angrily as she stomped her shackled foot, protesting the insult. Evergreen gave her a look that seemed to say 'no, really, you're an idiot'.
For the first time since the opening roll call, Jamie spoke.
"May I have Gray, Lady Sheol? I believe I have come up with a suitable use for him."
"Go right ahead! I'd love to see what you come up with!"
Gray, clearing his head after his latest failed attempt to break free, looked to the one who claimed him, giving a cold stare in return, and stood in a wide stance that seemed to convey a challenge, however threatening one bound such as he could be.
"I'm going with Flare," came Mami's voice from the corner. She focused an uncharacteristic cold glare on the crazed redhead. "I've read what she's done, and as a former teacher, I don't take kindly to bullies."
Flare turned her head toward the voice, her unstable stare meeting the cold one, unblinking, unsettling.
Ignoring the contest of glares, Catharsis cleared her throat again.
"Since we're picking loonies, I'm staking my claim on Evergreen. Whipping her into shape should be fun."
Evergreen seemed miffed, turning her nose up and frowning around her gag, and proceeded to give an angry response that might have been something along the lines of 'Nobody whips me! Don't you dare think you'll be allowed to do such a thing!'
Sheol leered down at Lucy and Ezra.
"Well, that leaves one for me, and one for Tessa. Which should I choose?"
"I volunteer," Erza said, being the only one currently without their mouth stuffed, stepping forward. "Take me as your choice," she said, making it almost a demand with her defiant and confident tone. Lucy on the other hand seemed more than a little worried, looking from Erza to Sheol and back, even giving a helpless whimper.
"Normally I don't like being told what to do," Sheol said. "Still, you're probably right. I'll probably enjoy you more. Also, that reminds me! I forgot to regag you!"
Sheol snapped her fingers, and Ezra found a large rubber plug gag had been stuffed into her mouth and locked around her head, the thick rubber cock within pressing against her tongue.
"There we go! You're a lot cuter like that!"
Not wanting to leave Lucy out of the fun, she shot the blond a mischievous smirk. "Not to mention, big-titted blondes like you are Tessa's favorite kind of playthings..."
Erza was obviously not expecting the sudden appearance of the mouth-filling rubber cock, and let out in indignant grunt, her cheeks coloring despite her still-defiant stare.
On the other hand, Lucy shuddered and tried to shake her head, which only worked to make her breasts sway back and forth. She said something, which might have been a plea for all of them to be let go, and seemed quite convincing, or would have if she hadn't been so severely gagged.
"Well, that's that. Court adjourned!"
Sheol struck her dildo-gavel against her desk a few times, and the six mages were teleported away to their new homes...
