Forced awakenings

Hikaru and Kaoru smiled quietly to themselves as they watched Mori tenderly hold the clubs resident loli boy. No one knew it but they had been responsible for the cousins finally confessing their love for each other. The result was a blissfully happy couple that the pair couldn't help but feel a little envious of despite being happy for them. 

"You know... I wonder if we'll be that happy" Kaoru mused "I mean... I'm happy with you..."

"Yeah but we're missing someone. We need someone to share our world with"  Hikaru said thoughtfully "we both agreed on that"

"We did and I was thinking... I've always... Kinda had a thing for the boss... Even though he's an idiot"

Hikaru turned to look at Tamaki, who was busy excitedly explaining his latest idea to Kyoya. He couldn't deny that he had felt the same. Who wouldn't? Tamaki was truly beautiful and such a sweet soul despite his flaws a person couldn't help being fond of him. 

"Do you think... Do you think he would be interested in us?" He asked softly, "if he were..."

"I think I could fall in love with him" they finished together, then laughed at the fact they'd unintentionally said the same thing. 

"Well well... Planning more escapades?" Kyoya's drawl interrupted them.

"What if we are?" Hikaru offered his usual attitude as the boys turned to look at the dark haired teen.

"Well I have it on good authority that our fearless leader does indeed find men attractive." Kyoya smirked.

"Oh?" Kaoru raised a curious eyebrow.

"Yes indeed. There's no doubting it considering I helped him figure it out. Honestly what you see in that moron is beyond me" Kyoya closed his note book with a snap and walked off.

"Hey! Figure it out how?" Hikaru called, feeling jealous of the fact that Kyoya might have already stolen a kiss or two in the process of helping Tamaki figure out his sexuality. Kyoya just ignored him and went to speak to Haruhi instead.

"Well... It's worth a try right?" Kaoru offered "if the boss swings that way"

"Yeah but... Will he take both of us?" Hikaru questioned "he seems a little too much of a romantic."

"We won't know unless we try" Kaoru shrugged "can't hurt to see"

"What are you two evil double gangers plotting this time?" The very host King in question demanded, snapping the twins out of their discussion once again. Identical eyes gazed up at the young man who stood with his arms crossed and a suspicious look on his face.

"Oh... Speak of the devil" Kaoru grinned "hey Boss... We have a proposition for you. Are you free this afternoon? We'd like to discuss it at length at your place"

"I have a bad feeling about this but... If you insist I suppose it would nice to have some company" Tamaki said thoughtfully, tilting his head like a curious puppy "what kind of proposition?"

"Oh we insist..." Hikaru grinned wickedly

"Yes...it's an offer you will find quite interesting...you don't want to miss it" Kaoru added, grinning an identical grin to his brother.
