Chapter 1: One Punch.
Note: Alright my doods! Here is another story in mind and this was created by me and my co-author whom I depend on for fantastic stories.
Like I say in all of my first chapters, this story is co-authored by @unlimitedblades and beta read by my boy @ZergPsycho.

Anyway, I'm making this story up because I've been reading the One Punch Man Manga and I've finally caught up to the current chapter of the manga...I think? Well I won't spoil the spot for anyone who hasn't caught up.
Oh and one bit of news, unlike a lot of MHA stories which features U.A as a Highschool but in this story, it's going to be U.A University. Primarily to age these kids up to adulthood because why the fuck not.
And due to the fact that the school will be a university means I will have more control over age on the characters as again, to fit the story.
So Izuku in this story is going to be 20-21 so he's more of an adult in this series.

The society of Japan and the rest of the world had slowly transitioned into a heroic based society where quirks were everything in everyday life.
Abilities that were once imagined onto paper became reality, the extraordinary became ordinary and normal where many laws and regulations were brought up to slowly control the super powered society.
Quirks that they were called and many kids imagined developing their own quirk to become a hero.
Heroes were a profession of those who puts themselves in danger to defend those who can't defend themselves but that was when people who truly believed in the core of heroics until the modern age to which limelight heroes, those who fight during media attention, to which they get paid based on the country of japan's national ranking.
The Department of Hero Regulations and Ethics was the sole governmental department to cover the entire heroes industry, since its creation 100 Years ago as a way to cover the growing hero aspirations.
They have built up two tiers that were core to most heroes since its creation and they dealt with the Heroes Profession on a more political scale while Hero Agencies were built by pro heroes as a way to mitigate the responsibilities of the department by monopolizing heroics in certain locations.
The Biggest Hero Agency to be standing for the past 50 Years is the 'Hero Association' and its current CEO was the former S-Class Pro Hero Blast, All Might's predecessor of being the strongest hero in the world.
The Hero Class Rankings which determines one's place as a hero and salary given for their work and the Threat Danger Tier which determines an event's threat level.
C-Class; the class where every new hero starts when graduating from Hero University and the wage hour is usually equivalent to working triple shifts at McRonalds, this class is the most cut throat because it's difficult to acquire points gained during a combination of disaster relief efforts and villain attacks.
When everyone is trying to do the same, lots of heroes in this class usually handle day to day tasks to acquire points to rank up.
The Current C-Class Rank 1 is a Quirkless Hero named Mumen Rider, a man who rides on his bicycle to help anyone in need regardless of personal safety. He will stand up for the true motion of justice even if he gets hurt in the process.
Mumen has been the #1 in the C-Class for several years with no desire to move forward.
B-Class; to heroes who proven themselves and gained enough points to rank up to #1 of the C-Class are given a choice to remain in the previous hero class or move up the chain.
The B-Class were more advanced and the more skilled heroes had the capacity of moving here.
The Salary for a standard B-Class Hero is significantly higher, enough for heroes who can live comfortably till retirement or untimely death.
The Current B-Class Rank 1 is a hero named Hellish Blizzard also known as Fubuki Senritsu, Fubuki is the first Hero to have garnered a hero group that isn't an agency and the heroes that work underneath the woman are some of other B-Class Heroes.
Fubuki is one of the few to have developed a psychokinesis quirk and her use of it is incredibly good on a tactical scale but it lacks power to which the B-Class Heroes sister is in no short of.
A-Class; this class is one many heroes try to aspire too as to make a great living and on par with most Hollywood celebrities but also where the most skilled heroes were to reside for almost the whole majority of the heroes career.
Snipe, Eraserhead, Vlad King, Power Loader, Present Mic are a few heroes to have made this class. The Salary for an A-Class is similar to a big A-List Hollywood Actor.
The Current A-Class Rank 1 is Endeavor but the fire hero was beyond angry for his position primarily because 20 Years Ago when All Might first made his Debut and since the Top Heroes appearance, a new Hero Class was formed.
The S-Class Heroes, Unlike the A-Class where a lot of heroes strive for, the S-Class is a completely different sport.
Endeavor spent years trying to convince the Department of Hero Regulations and Ethics to give him a spot in the S-Class but was constantly rejected due to the fact that he didn't fit either of the requirements for an S-Class Rank which pissed off the Fire User to no end.
Lastly,
S-Class; The top of the top, the best of the best are all grouped together and the toughest class to even try to get into. For the S-Class was built to embody All Mights philosophy 'Heroes should be Beacons of Hope, those where people can look up to see an unshakable person of conviction' Because of that, those in S-Class are usually the highest paid to which they only need to show up with massive dangers were to appear.
All Might was obviously the Number 1 of the S-Class and was the one who made the requirements to join and even requested 4 Heroes to join as to not keep this class just for him but would rather like to have equal minded fighters.
20 Years Later and the S-Class has only 20 Members out of over 50,000 Current Known Heroes in Japan out of 126.4 Million.
The Threat Level was actually implemented 35 years ago when a group of 45 C-Class heroes were put down by an extremely strong villain named 'Homeless Emperor' who appeared out of nowhere and caused immense destruction and nearly wiped out the city of Fukuoka.
In fact most pro heroes were nearly killed by the powerful villain only for All Might, the Pro Hero Silver Fang and the Pro Hero Atomic Samurai appeared to swiftly kill the monstrous man as to save the couple tens of thousands from the villains rampage.
When the Threat System was placed back then it would usually warn nearby heroes of villains or monsters of how dangerous these specific villains were.
The threats are cataloged in four ways therefore when a villain attack or a natural disaster occurs then the Department of Hero Regulations and Ethics work around the clock to keep heroes updated on the situation.
Inside what looks like a nice upkeep apartment complex, in one of the rooms on the top floor was a neatly furnished modern apartment of the married couple within.
A small young girl, no older than 9, was munching happily on a box of american coco puffs while watching some kids cartoon as if it was the only thing that mattered in the world, she had bleach white hair and a unicorn like horn protruding from her forehead which is connected to her quirk.
A lone figure was crouched on the balcony, he was a human male with quite the physically toned body that would cause most bodybuilders to look in shame.
He has a mop of messy and unruly moss green hair though his equal green eyes remained focused on the task that the older male was undertaking...
... It was watering a cactus plant.
The green eyed buff man was watering a cactus plant that he had won in a festival a few weeks back.
The man was named Izuku Midoriya, a Twenty Year Old high school graduate who has a dream of being a hero but due to his quirkless nature during his education, no hero university would accept a quirkless man's application so two years had passed since he graduated.
Two and a half years since he began his hellish strength training to try and bulk up enough to try and have a chance, and such a chance did come.
Two months before the end of the U.A University's current school year, they announced that they are now allowing quirkless applicants into their entrance exam to which Izuku had already submitted his application when it did to ensure that he showcased his optimism for the course.
"Mama! I'm done!" A high pitched child's voice called out forcing the greenette man out of his thoughts to which he looked over into the sliding door, the young girl got off the couch to swiftly walk into the kitchen where another figure was located.
This was a green haired woman much like Izuku, but this green wasn't any natural shade of green but in actuality, it was her quirk, her hair was a bright green neatly cared for vine roots despite the numerous thorns coming from all over her vine hair.
The crimson eyed woman was wearing a plain black t shirt with a design of one of the top heroes of the world showcasing her love to the top hero of the world, which is paired with some basic blue jeans that hugged her curves very well, she smiled as grabbed the empty bowl from the horned girl "Thanks dear, you may go back to the TV" she said with a calm voice with a hint of happiness.
"Ok Mama!" She said quickly returning back to the TV Program, Izuku returned his gaze back to the potted plant, continuing to water it via his froggy watering can until a distinct form of what appears as a mosquito landing on his left hand in an attempt to suck his blood.
Izuku stared for a moment before raising free right hand slowly as if not to scare the blood sucking insect then slamming the palm into a sound shattering snap of skin on skin contact, the rough attack caused the wind to break and a shockwave to be produced, so strong that the water had changed direction as it was being poured.
The sudden noise caused the red eyed girl to squeak like a duck and jump off the couch to hide behind it before her eyes slowly examined the balcony where the sudden noise was produced.
The shockwave also caused the ash blonde woman to drop the bowl that she was cleaning onto the floor and swiftly turned around, the woman raised her hands a bit while scowling slight as said hands started popping off tiny explosions, as they were ready to be used like weapons but they soon go limp as her scowl curled upwards into a smile in amusement "Papa is certainly funny, ain't he?" She called out to the young girl who seemed to giggle at Izuku's antics.
Back outside, Izuku slowly removes his right palm off of his left but the flying insect flew off like it didn't just feel a 100 ton force strike it.
The greenette didn't look annoyed, mad, angry or some new form of emotion that was discovered at that point but what was felt by the obviously super strong man was that.
This blood sucking bitch, needed to die.
For the next few minutes, Izuku tried to harshly clamp the flying fucker right out of the air with each grasp of his hand sent a mild shockwave that could be heard a mile away due then the final attack was a clap with enough aerial force to shake the glass door.
Izuku looked highly annoyed despite him showing little to no rage or aggression or it would be if not for the pulsating veins on his forehead, the little fucker flown out of the compressed hand like they were trying to crush it, flying off into the distance after surviving an attempt of the green haired man.
Izuku Midoriya inhaled some air then exhaled, even closing his eyes, then reopening them as a fire lit ablaze.
That blood sucking bitch is going to DIE.
The green haired man got up from his spot because he aimed to follow through with his mental goal, He goes inside the apartment "Kacchan where's the fu-" and a bottle of spray gets thrown at him to which he catches with ease then looked at Katsumi Bakugo Midoriya, the man's faithful, as well as a somewhat mellowed out aggressive nut job, wife.
"Language Sweetie, I know you plan on chasing after the little thing just don't hurt yourself like you usually do, lord knows what might happen if something bad were to happen, like get involved with vigilante nonsense" She said, obviously didn't sense the foreshadowing in her words.
"It's going to be fine babe, all I have to do is kill that little-" Izuku stops as his eyes moved to his adopted daughter who stared at him curiously before he kept going "and make it regret ever biting me"
The crimson eyed woman sighed as she knew that she couldn't stop her husband from being vindictive against the insect "Ok Deku, just be safe alright? I don't need Eri to go her teen years without her father"
Izuku would nod with a faint smile like he usually does before swiftly turning around and jumping over the railing of their balcony, both watching with smiles on their faces only for the horned girl to comment "Papa forgot his keys"
Katsumi blinked and looked over to the door where a series of hooks were located with numerous keys on them "Papa certainly did..." the long ash blonde woman would sigh as Izuku seems to forget the smaller things when he was focused on something, be it quirks, the news, Eri or currently; his obsession of killing that mosquito.
-Meanwhile, Downtown Musutafu-
"AHHHH!" A man in a black leotard outfit with wooden arms, helmet and a wooden mask gets tossed into an abandoned tv store, shattering some of the products within before groaning.
"Watch out!" Another man who was more buff than the likes of the wooden hero's lean body, he had two black and yellow strike braces, a tight cyan blue jacket with jeans and the same color scheme metal headband over his forehead "AGGHH!" He growls out as a robotic arm slammed into his body sending the man into the car.
"Eek" a woman in a full body stretch suit ducked when a large piece of metal swiped right above her head which seemed to be intended to take off her head entirely "Where's reinforcements Death Arms!?" She called out to the buff man who was getting out of his dent of the car "How am I supposed to know!? I was told All Might would be here by now! Start doing something Mt.Lady!" He shouted back highly annoyed as he stared down the creature that sent him into the car.
It was a cyborg villain with a full plated body and its bodily shape took the form of a gorilla, it was incredibly tough due to its armor and cybernetic quirk.
Kamui Woods, the wooden hero that got launched into the store, got out while looking visibly fatigued. "I was told that All Might is taking care of more villains that rose up sometime ago! So we are on our own" Kamui then looked to the side of the store to find another cyborg in pieces like he just tussled with the gorilla.
"I apologize for my inaction, if only I was stronger" the boy exclaimed as his glowing golden eye moved towards Kamui.
"You shouldn't have interfered to begin with, kid! You should've let us handle this!" He shouted before running back to the cyborg gorilla but it raised its right arm slamming it down on Kamui, beating him down into the ground like a hammer to a stake then the wood hero's head remained above ground "Are you serious?" He exclaimed, obviously annoyed.
"Pro Hero: Kamui Woods has been neutralized. Will begin neutralizing pro heroes 'Death Arms' and Mt.Lady" the cyborg creature spoke in an auto tuned voice before turning its attention to the woman who flinched at the sudden attention, primarily because she's afraid of going gigantic due to people hiding in the buildings around her and her ability doesn't really minimize destruction.
"Hey! Get back here you little bastard!!" A sudden shout from down the street caused all the heroes, the cyborg gorilla and the unknown cyborg man to look down the road where a buffed green haired man was running FAST after a mosquito and spraying at it with an insect killer spray until his attention got to the cyborg villain and soon slowed to a halt "Woah..."
"Hey! Get out of here!" Death Arms shouted at the guy and was about to run over to get him out of the way only to get punched back into the car with the cyborg looking over with its glowing eyes shining brightly "New target sighted, Civilian: Izuku Midoriya" it said as he runs towards the greenette who watched with boredom and punched him straight on.
"No!" Mt.Lady shouted as she tried to run over to help the boy even prepping to go giant to defend an innocent but she soon stopped staring with morbid fascination as Izuku Midoriya stood there not looking pleased yet, and didn't look fazed whatsoever.
"Were you expecting something different? Your punch was really weak" The greenette said as a matter of fact, brutally honest as the cyborg flinched from the brutal honesty.
"I aimed to make you a smear on the pavement, that punch held all of my strength...how are you unfazed Civilian?" The creature asked the man who simply shrugged.
"Your punch barely had any power behind it, this, is a punch" Izuku exclaimed as he raised his right fist and slams it into the cyborg causing the upper half of its body to get torn right off of its legs, sending all of its parts scattering and being thrown to the far end of the road and a massive gust of wind occurred from the shockwave.
Yu stared at the greenette with a slack jaw and widened eyes as they had spent nearly an hour trying to damage the cyborg gorilla villain yet this unknown civilian had done so in a split second...IN ONE PUNCH.
Death Arms helped Kamui out of the ground but stared at him shell shocked that this kid and his strength 'quirk' was vastly superior to his as even his quirk wasn't strong enough to punch through solid metal and flesh.
Kamui who also saw this was deeply concerned as such power could easily tear apart society if someone ended up pissing the greenette off.
The torn up cyborg man that was located next to the kamui sized hole just stared at the man with an open jaw as not only has he defeated the cyborg gorilla that he and the heroes were incapable of doing so and even requested the assistance of All Might himself, but the greenette has done so with one single punch "What in blazes?" The now only living cyborg of the area couldn't process that such a physical feat could be achieved by any other then All Might.
Izuku stood there looking disappointed as his right fist was giving off a stream of smoke "Geez, the way he bragged, I had assumed he would withstand that. Hell that punch didn't have more than 15% of my power" The greenette exclaimed and turned, with the goal in mind to return to his home only to feel a metal cuff around his right wrist "what the?" Izuku then looks at the one holding the other end of the cuffs.
A highly buffed man in a red and blue spandex outfit with a white cape, his skin was slightly tanned with a big ol smile, his hair is pure golden blonde and the bangs defying gravity by standing upwards towards the sky "Sorry Young Man, you're under arrest for vigilantism"
"Are you fucking serious?" The green man exclaimed, highly annoyed by this turn of events.
-Location: Musutafu Police Station, Interrogation Room #6-
Within a bland looking interrogation room is where a green haired man who was wearing a pink tinted and yellow flower print Hawaiian shirt and tan cargo pants.
The man was sitting at the table while the cuffs on both of his hands kept it tethered to the table even if such an action wasn't even worth it for someone as strong as him "Oh fuck, what is Kacchan going to say about this? She's gonna be pissed..." Izuku mutters to himself, obviously worried about his volatile wife.
Behind the one way glass, two figures stood.
One was the same red and blue wearing spandex hero 'All Might' with his usual smile while the other was a man in a suit with a deep brown trench coat.
"So, did we get anything on the young man?" The top hero asked, looking over at the police detective who nodded at him.
"Yeah, Izuku Midoriya, Age: 20, High school graduate at 18, current occupation: 'Freelancer', currently married to Katsumi Bakugo who is also 20 and adopted a young girl last year" The detective gave off the knowledge he has discovered sometime prior which one caught the blonde hero off guard.
"Hold on, Adoption takes years to be cleared with the government, and a year is far too quick to be given proper authority over a young child." All Might gave his thoughts on the 'Adoption' aspect.
Naomusa would nod at the man "Normally yes, it would but the circumstances of Eri Midoriya's adoption is...Extreme, to say the least, all I was granted was that Miss.Midoriya was used as a surgical playground for an infamous and currently dead villain named 'Overhaul' but she was picked up by Mr.Midoriya one night and since then, she's been in his care and frankly, I like that, the poor girl certainly needs a loving family after the torment she's went through so I'm not going to be pressing anything regarding his daughter."
The top hero gave a nod at the detective then looked back at the greenette "And his quirk? Something with super strength obviously especially since I watched Young Midoriya one punch that cyborg villain to death"
"Nope, his official records showcase that Mr.Midoriya has no quirk and it's illegal for one not to register their quirk to the Department of Quirk Safety so I plan to ask him some questions regarding that and afterwards, we'll process him and get him back out on the streets, other then the act of self defense, we have nothing to keep him here otherwise he'd sue us" The Lie Detector Officer said then leaving the hero alone to which his smile dropped to a shocked look.
The overcoat police officer walks into the room with a neutral face while the other occupant stares back with an annoyed look "Can I go now? My wife is waiting and she has a bad temper when I don't get home before she starts making dinner"
"In a bit, we still need to process you first but before we can do that, I have some questions that I need answered. My name is Naomusa Tsukaochi, my quirk is Lie Detector, I can detect when someone is lying to my questions" the man introduced himself and explained what his quirk did which made Izuku twitch lightly.
"First, what is your quirk?" Naomusa asked and inched forward from his seat so he could see the boy's facial expression.
"Don't have one" Izuku responded without missing a single heartbeat.
Truth.
Naomusa blinked a couple times as he wasn't expected that the answer to his question was true, in fact he thought his quirk was malfunctioning because what he experienced from heroes testimony and the traffic cams, this man couldn't have done that amount of damage from sheer exercise and not have a quirk, it was logically impossible.
"Are you lying?" The detective asked as he hoped the lie would come.
"No" Izuku responded to the man's question.
Truth.
Now this couldn't be possible, two times Naomusa asked for the boy's quirk but yet it came off as truth twice when he said he didn't have one so that must've meant something else was in play to give the boys massive physical strength, something that isn't a quirk.
"I see, forgive me if I find your response not believable" The detective said as he wouldn't go for his quirk with this, believing the issue was with himself.
"Believe it or not, it's not my concern, what is my concern is not to piss off my wife because even with my enhanced durability, I don't want to be on the receiving end of my girls explosive quirk" Izuku exclaimed while not meaning try to sound like he was being abused, he wasn't, but it sounded like it to Naomusa who blinked at him.
"Are you being domestically abused Mr.Midoriya?" The detective asked as he was indeed concerned for a civilian's safety at home.
"No" The greenette man said, looking extremely serious.
Truth.
"I see, we'll thank you for your time Mr.Midoriya but remember that this is your first offense and it was nothing more then self defense, you won't get anymore than a slap on the wrist and a warning to not interfere with hero operations so we called your mother and your wife to come pick you up" the man said which Izu gave a nod at him then lifted his hands silently asking to be uncuffed.
Within the one way glass, All Might remained constantly thinking of what the boys ability is because no one could be that strong without a quirk even One for All is a quirk that was cultivated throughout the generations.
"Ah! Shota! Glad you could make it" All Might called out as he turned around to face his soon to be co worker at U.A
The man had a dark colored shirt and pants with a pale like skin, bags underneath his black eyes and his shoulders have been draped with a wrap like item "You called me on my day off, Hizashi was mad that I had to miss the movie he wanted to see with me today"
The American inspired hero gave a cough to sound like he was worried for him "R-Right...I'll reimburse you for those tickets, I just need your expertise on this matter. Has there ever been a quirkless man with enough physical power to one punch a robotic cyborg?"
"Well, extremely rare even in the modern age but there's been points in history before the age of quirks where there has been this theory that all humans possess a mental limiter that stops everyone from expanding beyond that point. So it's possible someone can gain immense power in lue of a quirk due to bypassing one's own limiter. But unfortunately such an illogical theory has never been proven since its conception 400 years ago" Shota Aizawa said as he looked into the room watching young Midoriya leave.
"But even logic can't explain such power from the problem child" The dry eyed hero explained.
In the next two hours, Izuku gets his mug shot taken so it would be integrated into the system along with his act of 'vigilantism/self defense' into his permanent record then now the greenette remains in the waiting room for his supposed caretaker to pick him up.
"For fucken sake Deku! What the fuck did you do!?" A sudden shout caused the greenette to jump up from his seat to look over at an obviously angry ash blonde woman in a black shirt and blue jeans, and a mysteriously absent horned young girl "When you left to kill that mosquito, I did not, for one minute, think you'd get arrested!" She shouted at him which he chuckled nervously as he rubbed the back of his head.
"W-well, I tried to stay out of it but the cyborg punched me and I couldn't let that slide especially since that punch was not strong and that kinda felt like an insult. Also where is Eri" Izuku explained his reason as he actually did want to leave but the villain attacked him and he operated on self defense.
The ash blonde woman looked ticked off with her usual scowl "Eri is with Auntie Inko in the car outside, due to the sudden drive! I had to promise her ice cream so now that's coming out of her bank card Deku" She exclaimed to him obviously pissed about his whole arrest incident.
"Ok ok..." He said, sighing as he knew the girl had an endless stomach when it came to the frozen treat, he started walking towards the exit with the greenettes childhood friend turned wife hugged his left arm as they walked.
"Don't try to be a hero without getting your license babe, I don't want to lose you too early" Katsumi explained, obviously worried for him.
