Chapter 10

He couldn’t sleep that night, he tried to call miki but thought better he was still mad that she spent the night with that jerk knowing he hates him, but then again he did ignore her to talk to his childhood friend, he groaned and punched his pillow, “tomorrow I’ll talk to her” he muttered closing his eyes and trying to sleep.

Miki couldn’t sleep either she was hurt, angry and jealous, she lay awake on her bed thinking about the night, “god I hate you tokiya” she muttered as tears flowed from her eyes, she wiped them and turned on her right side, staring at her and tokiya’s picture, “hmmmmph….fine I’ll talk to you tomorrow you jerk” she said as she closed her eyes.

The next mornig miki woke up and took a shower and got dressed, she cooked a hearty breakfast and got on her car, driving to tokiya’s.

Tokiya still very under slept, grudgingly opened the front door as the door bell rang, “hi tokiya good morning” it was miyu, “hi” he said grudgingly, “what are you doing here?” he said irritated, she was the reason they fought and she doesn’t want miki upset anymore, “I bought you breakfast, she said holding out a brown paper bag, “sorry but this is not a good time” tokiya said trying to be polite.

“please,” she didn’t let him respond and pushed past him, tokiya groaned and closed the door. When he turned around, miyu suddenly lunged forward and kissed him, he was taken aback and blinked, and that was what miki saw as she arrived and opened the front door, “what the hell is going on here” miki said angrily, tokiya roughly pushed mayu off of him and she tumbled on the floor. “baby this isn’t what it looks like, she jumped me” tokiya reasoned.

“don’t baby me, see what I told you, she’s ought to get you and you let her,” miki shouted angrily, “sorry but I’m the one tokiya wants now” mayu said nastily, “shut up you bitch,” miki in rage roughly pulled her hair and slapped her, “we’ll he’s all yours, were done tokiya” miki said angrily tears on her eyes, and she turned on her heel. Tokiya felt numbed for a second and like a dark cloud was washed over him, and he seemed to stopped breathing, ‘did she just, no, no, no’ he thought savagely

Tokiya cursed snapping out of his thoughts, and followed her, he reached for her arm and jerked her to face him, “miki please listen to me, she just jumped me all of a sudden, I was starled, I was about to push her away….” Miki stopped him, “save it tokiya, I came here thinking I was wrong, maybe I was thinking too much and apologize and this is what I see, let go of me” tokiya did not let go of her arm but instead brought her into a hug.

“miki please I love you, let’s talk about this, don’t leave me” tokiya begged her, miki’s breath was heaving and she relaxed a bit into his hug, “fine make it good, if you don’t convince me we are over” she threatened, and tokiya nodded his head vigorously, he bent down for a kiss, but miki evaded and went back inside, tokiya’s heart hurt but he ignore it for now, she can’t leave him that’s what’s important.

When they got back in the house, mayu was still there and tokiya nastily told her to get out, “you leave, before I forget you’re a girl and a former friend” mayu cried pathetically, “no tokiya, its me you want I came back for you I love you, she can’t make you happy” miki rolled her eyes and went to the tv room, “look you bitch there is only one girl I will ever love and spend the rest of mylife with and it’s the beautiful girl there inside my tv room, now get out,”

Tokiya said angrily and dragged her out his door and slammed the door on her face, he hasn’t felt this angry before not even with mori, he didn’t regret treating her harshly, because that woman almost cost him his life, miki, he took a deep breath and went into the tv room, to see miki sitting there, crossed legs and looking emotionless.

Tokiya sat down on the coffee table in front of her so that their legs are touching, tokiya stared at her, “speak” she said icily, tokiya flinched at her tone “look, I didn’t sleep last night, I’m tired, I was about to call you but the bell rang and I answered it, it was her, I closed the door on her but she pushed her way in, I got irritated and closed the door, she turned around, and then suddenly kissed me, I was about to push her away, that’s when you came in” tokiya paused

“I’m sorry I didn’t believe you she was up to something, I just think of her as a little sister, we grew up together, and I thought last night was just innocent, i’m sorry for ignoring you too” this time he spread his legs, trapping her crossed legs in between his, miki didn’t protest, she looked at him finally with sad eyes, “are you sure that’s all that happened?” she asked, tokiya nodded, “I will never betray you miki, I actually want to kill her right now, I even called her a…..” miki gave a small laugh, “yes I heard,” she said.

“so are we back together?” tokiya asked carefully, “yes, you should have listened to me last night you baka,” she said whacking his head playfully, tokiya relaxed and pulled her into his lap, “miki please don’t say that to me again,” he said as he nuzzles her neck, “what?” she asked arching an eyebrow, “were over” miki giggled, “I’m serious I thought I was going to die, when I heard you say it”

“I was just angry tokiya, if I meant it I would have thrown the ring on your face” she said, tokiya chuckled, “but I’m still mad at you, for letting her kiss you” she stated, “oh really?” he said as he trails kisses down her neck to her shoulder, above her breast, “yes,” she said stifling a moan as he nibbled on her neck. “as punishment, no sex for a week” she said and he pulled back his face from her neck startled.

“what? No way, no miki, I don’t want not touching you” he said clinging to her looking like a kid, who has been told he can’t buy candy, “sorry tokiya its your punishment,” tokiya still protested, “all right since I went on rides with sendoh, 5 days” now tokiya smirked, “hah now that you’ve mentioned it, I’m still mad that you let him escort you so 3 days” but miki was unfazed, “you deserve it for ignoring me, alright 4 final offer or no sex until were married” she demanded.

“hn fine,” miki laughed and tokiya pulled her down for a passionate kiss, when they pulled apart miki was smiling mischieviously, “well tokiya, guess what? I really can’t have sex with you for 4 days because I have my period, just this morning” she stuck out her tongue, “you cheat” tokiya said tickling her. After recovering from their tickling, they made out, but were interrupted by a loud cough.

“Onee-san, aniki, you’re home early” tokiya said annoyed, “well brother, we got a call from our neighbor that there was a commotion here early, and when we got home there is a silly girl in the front wailing” miki giggled, “don’t mind her onee-chan, she’s just one of tokiya’s pathetic admirers” miki said, mifuyu nodded smirking, “are you two doing anything you’re not yet supposed to?” mifuyu asked slyly.

Miki blushed, “is making out with my fiancée a crime now” tokiya demanded, “no, but if we didn’t come home you might be doing something else” she said knowingly, “hn…..whatever,” he said, “come on baby lets have breakfast,” tokiya said pulling miki up, “oh my god, I forgot the breakfast I cooked at home” miki exclaimed. “its fine we’ll just eat out.” Miki nodded.

Tokiya took a quick cold shower, and dressed in jeans, shirt a jacket, and sunglasses, “wow my baby’s hot” miki commented, “so are you baby” he said as he leaned down to give her a kiss, “hey tokiya, I left my glasses can I borrow a shades” miki asked, “what’s mine is your’s baby” he said as he puts on his musky perfume that miki loves. Miki grabbed tokiya’s purple aviators and a baseball cap.

They said goodbye to tokiya’s sister and brother in law, and went out, miyu was still there crying, miki raised her brow, tokiya groaned, “lets just ignore her” tokiya whispered to miki, they went to his car but before he can close it, miyu ran up to him and clinged to his waist. tokiya groaned, “mayu please,” tokiya said prying off the woman.

“all right that’s it I had enough,” miki yelled angrily, ang got out of the passenger side, she went to tokiya’s side and forcefully pried off the wretched woman off him, sending her sitting on the ground. Then miki turned to tokiya and kissed him fiercely, that tokiya responded just as equally, when they parted miki turned back to miyu, sitting there shocked and hurt.

“look, stop this, you are making a fool of yourself, tokiya is mine, heart, mind, soul and body” miki stated just like tokiya had once said to tomo, “I love tokiya and he loves me, and I’m sorry for being harsh but, you look pathetic so stop now” tokiya looked at miki with pride, and love, ‘god I’m lucky to have this woman’ he thought, ‘feisty, wild, elegant, fierce, classy’ “and sorry to break it to you but we are getting married,” miki continued and showed her the ring.

The girl cried more, and then ran off. miki let out a relieved breath, “sorry for speaking like that to you’re friend” she said, “she’s not my friend anymore, she’s a psycho, and she almost cost me you, so I think I’m better off without her in my life” tokiya said nastily, “besides, I love it when you get mad and fight for me, I think its sexy” he added huskily,

“uh huh, whatever tokiya, lets go, I’m hungry” she said as she settled herself inside the car, and they drove off.

The following Monday during lunch miki told fuuko and yanagi, what she told her sister about what happened during the weekend and about miyu, “that bitch, if I see her I swear I will cut her” fuuko said nastily just like what aki said when miki told her. “don’t worry I think she got the message she never showed up again after that” miki said smugly.

They stopped talking when the guys came back from getting food, “what were you talking about?” recca aske curiously, “none of your b-shwacks” fuuko said, “yeah girl stuff” miki giggled, she kissed tokiya in thanks for her food, “hey guys don’t forget my concert on Friday night ok,” miki turned to the others, “hai” they all said in unison, “good cause I can’t remind you I’ll be absent from tomorrow on” tokiya raised an eyebrow, “and when were you gonna tell me this?” he asked sternly.

“um now” miki said playfully, “oh come on tokiya I have to prepare for this concert,” he rolled his eyes, “fine, can I visit you on rehearsal then?” he asked, he doesn’t want to not see miki for even a day, “sorry tokiya it’s a close practice, besides it’s only for 3 days you’ll see me on Friday” she smiled, but tokiya noticed there is something else in her smile. He shrugged, “hn….fine”

The next 3 days everybody was trying to avoid tokiya, almost all of the students now knows that when miki is not in school tokiya will be most likely cranky or in a fouler mood than usual, and true to it he would snap at anyone who irritates him, even the teachers, he would only relax for a while if miki calls him, but as soon as he begins to miss her again he’ll get cranky.

“you know tokiya I’m surprise miki-chan still stays with you with your attitude and all,” recca said and tokiya gave him a death glare, “she loves me” he simply stated, they all rolled their eyes. “um mate don’t take this the wrong way but what if she had it with you’re attitude and decides to leave you” raiha asked carefully.

“that won’t happen and even if it does, I won’t allow it, I’ll beg for her to take me back” he answered simply, they all nodded, “I guess you do love her too much tokiya-kun” yanagi commented, he nodded, “more than my life” he muttered but they heard and smiled. “cheer up tomorrow is Friday and you’ll see her again.” Fuuko said and tokiya just shrugged.
