Chapter 12- baby talk

It’s been 3 months since yui and I got married and though there were small petty fights because of my jealousy and possessiveness and sometimes hers, all in all our married life is a bliss and its only 2 days before we spend our first Christmas together, it’s nice to be away from school again, and just be with her, I haven’t seen that hotohori guy since that day and yui told me that I shouldn’t worry about him he was just playful, and yui assured me that he knows about us so I didn’t ask much. But it still got me in a bad mood when I saw their commercial and magazine spread. I didn’t talk to yui for 1 day, which that night she made up by making love the whole night and half the day.

Despite the condition that our parents won’t bother us for a year, since yui and I are already in love and won’t definitely divorce in a year, I would die first before I separate from her, we visited them, often actually, amiboshi and suboshi are both silly and actually cried when yui called that she’s back, after that they practically like live with us since they also eat at our house and sometimes sleep, almost every day which I really didn’t mind because our rooms are all sound proof.

Ever since that day that I told the entire school that I’m already married, girls are now not bothering me, and they don’t put letters in my lockers, instead the attention now diverted to tomo, since his drama series is a hit, and he is now becoming a rising star, which he airily accepted. Soi avoids me as well which is good, but I can’t shake the feeling that she is up to something, but I try not to think about it.

So here I’ am today in the studio waiting for yui to finish her shoot with surprisingly tomo, I must admit they look good together in pictures but, I still don’t like my bestfriend touching my wife, but I trust them both so it’s ok, at least it’s not hotohori.

“hey cousin,” mina sat beside me, with amiboshi, watching the photoshoot, “yui-neesan is so pretty and tomo-niisan is hot” amiboshi coughed loudly. “Oh hush baby, I’m just saying he’s hot but you’re hotter,” she said pinching amiboshi’s cheeks who in turn blushed, Putting his hands around mina’s waist.

“So where’s suboshi?” I asked, “ah he’s in the airport right now, picking up his girlfriend and her brother.” Amiboshi said, “rika-chan’s sister and brother?” he nodded.

“hey guys,” a woman said from behind, we looked and we saw rika with her I can only assume as her husband, a tall, good looking man with silvery hair tied in a ponytail, wearing a white shirt and grey jacket. We all said hi. “oh honey this is nakago yui-chan’s husband, and nakago this is my husband doctor kousuke tamamo.” She introduced us, I stood up and shook his hand, he smiled and nodded, “nice to meet you” I said and sat back down.

“Hey, rika-chan it’s your turn now with tomo,” yui said as she sat beside me, and I immediately gave her a towel and water, she kissed me in thanks and drank. Rika kissed her husband and went in front of the camera.

“So um thanks for inviting us to your party on Christmas,” tamamo said calmly, yui and I looked at each other. “what party?’ we asked In unison. “suboshi told my sister in law to tell us that you guys invited us for a party in your house,” I saw amiboshi and mina, sneak away and was about to hold them off but yui beat me to it. “amiboshi, what is this party subo is talking about?” she said sternly. Mina and amiboshi sat back down, grinning sheepishly, “well he was gonna tell you about it but you two are always in the bedroom and rarely comes out” yui and I blushed. I coughed to hide my embarrassment “Regardless ototo you always see us you should at least tell us that we are having a party at your sister and I’s house.” I said, yui sighed, “never mind fine I guess we have a party”

“You can bring shin if you like” yui said to tamamo, “who is shin?” I asked “my son” he said my eyebrows shot up, “how old are you? And rika if you don’t mind me asking” he nodded smiling slightly.

“its fine, rika is 19 and we got married when she was 17, and I was 23, I’m 25 now, shin was born when she was 18, oh by the way” he took out 4 square envelopes and gave each one to us, I opened mine and saw a picture of a chubby baby, with silver hair and pink bangs, smiling at the camera, I smiled. “We are inviting you too shin’s 1^st birthday party, it’s in January 17 next year.” we all nodded. “He’s so cute” mina and yui gashed.

“Who’s cute? Me? Oh girls” tomo piped in wiping himself with the towel, the girls ignored him and I sniggered. “Not everything is about you tomo” I said. “hn, who is that,” he pointed rudely at tamamo, ‘WHACK’ I turned and saw rika whack a towel at tomo’s head, “that’s my husband you idiot” he grinned sheepishly, “gomen rika-chan” tamamo smirked slyly. But remained calm, I wonder how he does remain calm when tomo is practically flirting with his wife, I guess he isn’t just the jealous type.

Rika went to the girls and nuriko and saw them gashing over her son’s photo, she smiled appreciatively and proudly. As I look at yui having a tender look on her face, I wondered if we are ready if ever she unexpectedly get pregnant, especially at the rate were going every night, and on top of that we don’t wear protection. I mean what’s the point we are husband and wife. I guess we need to have that talk soon if we do ever get pregnant. But the idea of having little yui’s and little nakago’s actually brings warmth to my heart.

“hey tamammo-san can I ask. Did you plan shin at all?” I asked tamamo carefully and not so loud, he looked at me and smiled, “no we did not, we actually planned to have shin when rika is at least 21 or 20 but it was kami-sama’s plan that we have him, and now we can’t imagine a day without him,” I smiled softly and nodded in understanding, “don’t worry nakago-san I’m sure you will be a great dad as will yui-chan will make a great mom,” I nodded in thanks and he smiled, he stood up and walked to his wife and waved at the others and said goodbye.

After a while we also head home. As we were lying in bed, yui pillowed on my chest, I spoke. “yui are you asleep?” she looked up at me with sleepy eyes. “nope, why?” I sighed “well I was just thinking, do you think we will be ready if you get pregnant this early?” she sat up and looked at me in the eye. “what do you mean?” I sat up to and parted my legs telling her to come to me. she did and sat between my legs leaning her back in my chest, and my arms wraping on her shoulders, my chin resting on the top of her head.

“well I was just thinking, if we can handle a child so young as we are and I’m scared of becoming a dad and I don’t want to ruin your career.”

“how can being pregnant ruin my career, rika had shin-chan when she was 18 and she still the top actress, model, singer in the country.” She tilted her head to look into my eyes, “listen nakago whatever happens will happen, if I’ am to be pregnant now I wouldn’t regret it because, he or she is made from love. And I know you and I will be good parents, I don’t want to schedule being pregnant I just want to let it happen” she said tenderly. I smiled for her, “ok I guess you’re right, do you want to make one now?” I teased whispering huskily.

“you know I would love to, but I can’t because i have my period,” she pulled my head nearer to hers and captured my lips for a passionate kiss, when we broke apart panting lightly. I gazed into her eyes “I love you yui gi” “I love you too nakago gi”. Then we laid down and slept embracing each other.
