Friendships

A/N: For those who don't pay much attention like myself, i have added onto the chapter before this one. To understand better, think you might want to take a look.

Carla and Kate left the room to welcome Ivan. Amanda produced a fourth box from her jacket pocket. It was yellow, a necklace just
like the others only decorated with thunderbolts. "I hope Ami likes this." she thought back to the time she picked up her machoke,
and how Ami seemed down.

"Ami. Are you alright?"
"No, not really. My cousin rushed out here and now he's fatigued. My best friend and I are fighting." Ami held up a picture, but
Amanda didn't say anything about knowing Kate.
"Ami, I've just met you, but I can say you're a sweet girl. You and your friend will stop fighting."
"Yea, when. I mean, she told me about her liking girls and... and I. I said some things." Ami looked at the ground and a tear rolled off her nose.
"Oh. I see." For lack of anything to say Amanda pulled out the strange black pokeball. "Machoke, return."
Machoke was flexing in front of the mirror when a beam of light engulfed him, returning him to the pokeball.
"Ami, here's my number. You are one of the few people I know here. Don't be afraid to call."
Ami gave a slight smile and took the paper. "I wont."
"Goodbye." Amanda said as she stepped out of the door.

"I hope I can tell Kate the truth." Amanda said sadly, thinking to the phone call she had recieved earlier.

Amanda was outside of the jewlery store looking at the earings, her espeon doing the same.
"I like those silver and opal earings, don't you Espeon?"
the eevee smiled and nodded. "You've always had good taste. Lets go see if they have two pair."
Suddenly her cellphone rang. "Hello?"
"Amanda?"
"Yes. Who is this?"
"It's Ami."
"Oh! You called! Wats up?"
"I've been thinking, and I went to see Kate, but she wasn't at her tree house. Do you know where any of the trainers hang out yet?"
"No. I don't think I know of any of the popular places."
"Oh." Ami sounded like she was going to cry.
"Why do you ask?"
"I thought that if I could find her that I could..." Ami stopped talking, and Amanda checked to see if she charged her phone.
"Ami? You there?"
"Yea. I just."
"Out with it girl."
"I think I love Kate!"
Amanda didn't reply, Ami began to worry that her new aquaintence was lost too.
"Ama..."
"I'm here Ami." The batle that just broke out within her was raging and yet she couldn't let herself say nothing.
She took Kate on the rebound, for which she did feel a little bad for. Ami, was a sweet girl, and in Amanda's opinion, much more suited for Kate.
Loyal to her, already her friend, a friend longer than herself, and knew so much more about Kate. "Ami."
"Yea."
"Do you have a pen?"

Amanda wiped some tears from her cheek. "I hope Kate doesn't..."
"Doesn't what?" Amanda jumped and spun around to see her new friend and lover.
"Well?"
"Doesn't hate me." Amanda handed kate the box.
"I have to go, but there will be someone here for that. Could you give them that for me?"
"Yea, sure. But why would I hate you?"
"Because... because I took advantage of you. I knew you had just broke up with that girl, and that you needed someone to..."
Amanda looked at the ground, secretly getting a pokeball out of her pocket.
"Amanda I..." Amanda ran out of the building, past Carla and Ivan, around the corner. Kate followed close behind.
She had just turned the corner, when "Alakazam, I want to go to..." Just then a scooter passed by, Kate couldn't hear for a moment.
"...gym!" She was there then gone.
"Amanda." She went to the front of the store and stopped. "Ami?"
hearing her name Ami turned her head. "Hi kate." Her feet suddenly becoming interesting.

A/N: Anyone know how to set up a wedding scene? Because i actually planned to have Carla and Kate cater that, i thought it would be fun.
