Eraserhead's presence honestly doesn't surprise Tōya in the slightest, but he eyes the near-skeletal man that is standing between Eraserhead and Detective Tsukauchi with suspicion. He doesn't recognize him at all though he certainly has an idea as to who he might be considering what Izuku has told him. And, boy, if this is All Might, then he can only imagine how upset Enji will be if he ever finds out the Number One Hero has managed to keep his spot while in such poor condition. The thought is definitely amusing, but he doesn't have the time to entertain it because the three of them turn to look at him and Izuku. Eraserhead doesn't seem fazed in the slightest by the change to his hair color, while Tsukauchi just gives them a polite smile. The stranger, however, scrutinizes him with a slight frown on his face.
"Sōen-san," Tsukauchi begins, and Tōya focuses his attention on the Detective. "You already know Eraserhead-" Just barely but, yeah, he knows Eraserhead. "-and this is Yagi Toshinori." Just as he figured. "He is-"
"I am aware of who Yagi-san is, Detective," Tōya interrupts before Tsukauchi, the living lie detector, can spin some sort of story to explain Yagi-san's presence, and panic flits across All Might's face. Once upon a time, he would have relished in eliciting such a reaction from the Number One Hero, the other guy he had to surpass, but that isn't him anymore. He refuses to be that person. "And like I told Izuku when he told me, I don't give a damn about that. All that matters to me is Izuku and his well-being."
"He speaks the truth," Tsukauchi confirms after a few seconds, and All Might immediately relaxes, his relief palpable.
"Oh, I wouldn't relax just yet if I were you, Yagi-san, because you and I are going to have a discussion once I'm done with Detective Tsukauchi," Tōya warns the Number One Hero with a smile, and Izuku stiffens slightly in his peripheral while All Might himself looks worried, his face paling slightly.
Eraserhead looks at each of them in turn with a steadily deepening scowl. "I think I would like to sit in on this discussion," he states, and Tōya gives him a considering look.
"I don't think I would mind if you did, Eraserhead," Tōya responds casually, and then he wraps an arm around Izuku to gently pull the teen to his side. "But you'll need Izuku's and Yagi-san's permission to listen in, seeing as we will be discussing a very sensitive subject that involves both of them."
"If it's okay with Midoriya-shōnen, then it's okay with me," All Might says without any hesitation, though he still looks a bit pale and worried, especially as he glances at Eraserhead.
"I…Aizawa-sensei should know," Izuku finally concedes after a beat, his reluctance to let Eraserhead sit in on the discussion quite obvious, and Tōya rubs his side in a comforting manner. He knows that letting Aizawa in on the secret isn't easy for Izuku, even if the Underground Pro Hero probably should have known sooner as his heroics teacher, but the fact he is doing so now is all that matters.
"And maybe both of you should also sit in on my interview with Detective Tsukauchi," Tōya decides quite suddenly, shifting the focus of the conversation back to himself. "If that's okay with the Detective, of course," he adds almost as an afterthought and then gives Tsukauchi an inquisitive look.
"That will be fine," Tsukauchi says with that still polite smile on his face. "This way." He motions for them to follow him, leading them further down the corridor and around the corner. He brings them to a door on the left side of the hallway and ushers them into what looks more like a break room than it does an interrogation room. "Please, make yourselves comfortable."
Tōya opts for the couch, a comfortable and plush little thing that can seat two people, and Izuku joins him, a blush coloring his cheeks as he snuggles up against his side. "You can still say no to Eraserhead sitting in on the conversation I'm going to have with All Might if you don't want him to know," he offers quietly to Izuku as Eraserhead, All Might, and Tsukauchi bring some chairs over to place them across from the couch in a loose semicircle.
"But you'll still have that conversation with All Might," Izuku says a bit glumly, and Tōya sighs softly as he brings a hand up to card his fingers through the teen's hair.
"I know you don't want me to but, yes, I'm still going to have that conversation with him because some of the things he said and did were completely irresponsible of him, regardless of his status, which put you at risk," Tōya explains patiently, keeping his voice low enough so that only Izuku can hear him.
"Do you think Aizawa-sensei should know?" Izuku asks after considering his response for a few seconds.
"I think my answer shouldn't influence whether you want Eraserhead to know or not, but I also think he should know about your circumstances seeing as he is your heroics teacher," Tōya answers honestly.
"Then it's fine if he sits in on the conversation," Izuku acquiesces in a soft voice, and he snuggles further into Tōya's side.
He runs his fingers through Izuku's hair a few more times, wishing that things didn't have to be like this for his soulmate before he turns his attention to Tsukauchi to start the interview. "My name is Todoroki Tōya, the oldest child of Todoroki Enji and Himura Rei, and my father's first attempt at creating a child with the perfect Quirk that could one day surpass All Might. As you can see, that didn't end very well for me, as I inherited his flames and my mother's ability to withstand freezing temperatures, and as a result, I burned myself with my Quirk more often than not whenever I trained. I was determined, however, because I wanted Enji's approval more than anything, so I devoted myself to training, devoted myself to becoming good enough to surpass All Might, and then Shōto was born."
