Author’s note.
I am so very sorry for the lateness of the chapter.
I have been hospitalized twice since my last update. With this latest hospitalization, it looks like things are taking a turn towards more icky ailments rather than just a string of sinus infections. I had a *severe* reaction that affected my nervous system and I may very well end up with pneumonia again. I have an autoimmune disease called lupus, and it tends to give me a great deal of trouble b/c when I get sick, I stay that way. I am so sorry to keep you waiting, but I just am not well enough to write.
I just wanted to explain after getting so many wonderful reviews from first time reviewers (and Nanaka, as always, thank you.)
There will now be two more chapters, plus the epilogue, b/c I’m going to need to get back into the feel of the characters. I really want tote ite it, but it is impossible for me to do so while both very ill and full of morphine. (This letter is being dictated).
