”They’re… they just vanished.” Houki whispered.
“Yeah, I guess Suzaku has his own mystical ways.” Kana whispered before everyone filed out. Chichiri and Kana stuck around for a moment.
“Hotohori?” Kana whispered.
“Hai?” Hotohori looked at her with same hazy eyes she had loved once.
“Congradulations.” She whispered before joining Chichiri in the doorway.
“Kana?”
“Hmm?” She turned back to face the three who still sat on the bed.
“If you two ever have a child I hope you are as happy as we are.” He whispered. Kana and Chichiri looked at eachother with large eyes before Kana nodded at Hotohori and smiled before they left.
“How’s your arm doing?” Kana questioned as they walked down the veranda which they hadn’t done in over two years.
“Okay I guess, still hurts.” Chichiri whispered before she put her hand in his.
“I’m sorry, maybe my kisses don’t heal as good as I thought they did.” Kana whispered putting her head on his shoulder. Chichiri looked down at her solemnly he wanted to tell her something but the words refused to flow as he wished. “What are you thinking about?” Kana questioned knowing he was watching her.
“Not much.” He lied shaking his head.
“Kana! Kana.” Lai-lai called flying down the veranda towards them.
“What is it Lai-lai?” Kana questioned the little girl that had stopped in front of them.
“I need to talk to you, I think it’s pretty important.” Kana looked to Chichiri before taking her hand from his and following the little girl down the hallway. The two entered a room and Kana shut the door.
“So what’s the big news?” Kana questioned jokingly.
“Have you wondered why you’ve been getting hit by these huge amounts of power and pain evrytime you’re around a monster?” Lai-lai questioned before Kana looked at her wide-eyed.
“How did you know about that?” She questioned with a gasp.
“I just know, the demon Tenkou, you know you’re connected to this world right?”
“Yeah, as I am with Taiitsukun. That was a creepy statement.” Kana mocked with a shudder.
“Well everyting that happens to this world affects you and Tenkou’s destroying it therefore he’s destroying you.”
“He’s what? Than what’s going to happen to me if we don’t find the rest of the jewels and destroy him?” She stuttered as Lai-lai just looked at her. “Oh, I get it I die right? Thanks Lai-lai, thank you for telling me of my sentence.” She spat at a whisper before leaving and slamming the door behind her. Leaning against the door Kana stiffled a gasp to try and sustain the tears that wanted to flow she stayed there for a few moments collecting her thoughts before going to her & Chichiri’s room. Opening the door just enough so she could slip through she closed it behind her and leaned against it.
“So what’d Lai-lai want?” Chichiri questioned from where he stood by the window looking at the moon. She gasped out of surprisement but than sighed when she realized who it was.
“Nothing important just girl talk.” She lied sitting on one of the two beds in the room.
“The moons beautiful tonight.” He sighed as Kana lay down; closing her eyes she listened to his voice. “Look there’s something I’ve been meaning to ask you for a while now but I just never did for some reason.” He whispered turning to look at her but finidng her asleep. Walking over he covered her with the blanket that was folded at the end of the bed and kissed her forehead. “Leave it to you to fall asleep when I’m trying to ask you something important.” He whispered before going to bed himself.

A week passed there before Chiriko and Nuriko both were located and a plan to get the fourth jewel, Nuriko’s, was divised. Unfortunately Tasuki blew the chance they had at getting the jewel. Nuriko then discovered the jewel was inside a crystal ball he had owned as a young boy. After realizing this he told Chichiri and Tasuki and at once they tried to break it. Thus forcing Rokou, Nuriko’s older brother, to mistrust them and kick them out. Together Tasuki, Chichiri, Nuriko, Hotohori, Kana and Chiriko devised a plan to break into Nuriko’s own house and break the crystal to retrieve the jewel.
