chpt.2
Hellooooo! How\'d you like it? I know the starting was kinda boring, but all good stories start out that way! Well I hope you like this chapter!=^_^=
Chpt.1-(yoleis\' P.O.V.) Everything was spinning, Yolei was leaning against the wall trying to stay awake. She looked up as her father advanced on her, an evil look on his face. She began to get up, but he kicked her in the stomach, knocking her down. That wasn\'t all he did. He punched her and kicked her, he picked her up and she was thrown across the room. After a while he got tired of beating his daughter and passed out in his room. Yolei was, surprisy, sy, still awake and she was covered in blood. There were large, purple bruises all over her body and she had a very bloody lip and her nose was bleeding too. Her wrist was broken and her eye was swelling very badly. She slowly dragged herself to the bathroom to clean herself up and bandage her wrist. She couldn\'t look in the mirror because she looked too awful. She\'d never be able to hide the bruises from her friends. Yolei leaned against the wall and quietly cried her eyes out. After she had taken a shower and fixed up her wrist, she felt a little better and decided to go to bed. Yoleis\' room was small and the walls were bare, all she had was her bed and her dresser. She flopped down on her bed, wincing because she laned on her arm, and fell asleep as soon as she closed her eyes.
The next day, Yolei woke up extremely sore. She got dressed, careful to cover her bruises, and put on lots of make up, to cover up her black eye. Her dad was still passed out and he\'d be gone when she got home, because he was always gone on weekends and it was saturday, so she quickly ran past his room and out the front door. Yolei decided to go to the park because she wanted to avoid her friends. She was lost in her thoughts while she was walking and didn\'t notice someone calling her. She felt a hand on her should and jumped about a foot of the ground fearing who it might be. It was Davis and he was out of breath,\"Yolei, didn\'t you hear me?\" He asked in between breaths.
(Davis\' P.O.V.)Yolei took a step back,\"No, I wasn\'t paying attention, sorry,\" she said looking down at her feet. She looked different, but Davis couldn\'t quite figure out what it was. Then he noticed her wrist. \"Yolei, what happened?\" He asked pointing to her wrist. \"Oh this? Uh, I, um, fell off my bed last night and I landed right on my wrist. I\'m such a klutz,\" she said nervously. Davis noticed Yolei began to get a little more nervous when cody walked up to them with TK. She told them that she had to go do something and ran as fast as she could. She heard Davis yell out to her,\"Hey wait Yolei!\"But she kept going. Davis caught up to her and grabbed her hand. She turned around with fear in her eyes.\"You forgot this.\" Davis held up her house key and dropped it in her hand. She looked at it and said,\"oh. Thanks.\" Then she walked away leaving Davis by himself'Yol'Yolei, what\'s wrong?\' he wondered.
