The Prophecy

Chapter 2: The Prophecy
Let me make this simple: This Fiction has dark themes, some angst and mature topics, so if that is not your thing, then do not read.

Otherwise, enjoy!!

It was over a week since Aurelia's brother was murdered, and now feelings of despair and tension were thick in the air.
It was due to the knowledge that The Dark Force's minions, were about to come any day now. Many people knew that they were not going to survive no matter how hard they fought back.
The only question on their minds was, would their fighting be useful in saving their home world, and keeping their race's chance at survival intact. Especially since now, they had no one that had the great powers of a Sailor Warrior to rely on now.

The Aurorean stormy day seemed to reflect everyone's moods, and the feelings that nobody wanted to even admit aloud. The clouds were a dark purple, which covered the usual light mauve sky completely, blocking out the hot pinkish-red sun.
The acidic rain poured down hard, cleansing out the toxic polluting of the garbage that everyone had set out for the rain to dissolve. Nobody was outside now, thanks to the rain. However, sometimes a man or a woman would suddenly break down. They would burst out in tears, and rush for the doors; to try committing a very painful Suicide in the acid that often came from the toxic gas ber ter that covered their planet completely. However, their family members or loved ones would stop them before they even got close to the doors. In addition, they would hold one another... not even speaking of the grief and dread that they were feeling.

The Empress felt all those feelings, more intense than any of her people who were safely hidden away in their houses, and she were trying not to cry. She stared outside the closed windows, at the bleak purple skies and the deafening sound of thunder as the pink lighting occasionally light up the sky now and then.
It was times like this, that she completely hated being a Aurorean woman. As the empress of the people, she had to be the living embodiment of what it meant to be a person living on the planet Aurora. The living example of all their beliefs. In addition their traditions; and their way of living.

That meant that she was not to express her emotions and all other flaws openly, not even when she was alone. She was supposed to push it down, shut away all her deepest sorrows and fears into the very darkest corner of her soul. Like any other strong, pureblooded Aurorean, she was also to speak never of all the things that plagued her. Like any other Aurorean, she had to put on a strong front... For they all were the strong, logical ones. Where as the aliens in their Planetary Alliance was only merely emotional and therefore weak. So she had no outlet, and it was now tearing her up inside.

She very much badly wanted to mourn everything that was going wrong right now. The death of her son, her own beloved daughter drifting away from her... and the upcoming war that nobody could prevent. The war that could very well derimine Aurora's fate.
She was also thinking of killing herself just to get away from it all. Then that would make the morales of the people go even lower than it was already... and they needed the entire morale boost they needed for the upcoming war. The hope that everything could come out all right. Besides, Suicide was considered one of the biggest shame and sin of them all.
Suicide was the coward's way out to most warriors, not to mention it was only for the overly emotional and the weak. To do that would go against everything of what it meant to be a Aurorean-born. It also meant destroying your own pride and honor, the most important thing of them all. To do so, would bring shame on all those who ever knew you, and most especially your own family.

Yes, sometimes she hated being an Aurorean woman even if she did love everything about her home planet, and her own people.

However, she did not lose hope completely. For there was a way to know the outcome. Only one person truly knew the outcome, and that was the Time Jaeri. She was located at the Golden Valley, where there were the many temples where all the Jaeri and Juaei worshipped the Aurorean Gods and Goddesses. There, they also studied the mystical arts. To outsiders, they would be known as priests and priestesses, but they were also much more than that. They were also Mages and Wizards in their own right.
The Time Jaeri could look into time... both the past and the future. In addition, she had never been truly wrong in her predictions.
If the Empress was to know what was to come, she was the right person to go to.

Comforted by that thought, she arranged for travel as soon as the rain let up.
~~**~~**~~
The Royal Guard accompanied the queen in the white steel Carriage, which was being pulled by norses. The Norses was a type of small but strong horses that did not have hooves, but had three toes instead. They all were black, with white zebra-like stripes right on their rear ends. Some of them had spots on their faces or on their back, as unique markings.
The equestrians were on top of the Carriage, urging the norses on to the temples.
The Royal Guard glanced over at the Empress, who was staring outside the window at the golden landscape moving them by.
"Re veela? Ha lee ponle'a lo ha kun ma'e de nankia, lo ur'aie ne pearale'a. [[My Queen? I was wondering if I could ask you something, if that is permitted.]]" He asked.

The Empress then looked at the Royal Guard, who had the pink light from the sun shining off his blond hair and his dark blue eyes. His completely white skin almost had a strange pink tint to it thanks to the light.
"You may ask me anything. What is it that you wish to know?" She replied back in their own native tongue.

"Why are you going to the temples? Are you going to pray to the Goddess for her to spare our lives in the war? I am just curious... no disrespect intended."
"None taken. I am not going there to pray, but to see the Time Jaeri. I want to take the correct action in ensuring our survival in this upcoming war that is soon to come, and surely will come. But to do that, one must have to know what will happen in the future."

"Ah." The Royal Guard nodded, both satisfied and impressed by this bit of logic. He wished that he had thought of it himself... He too would like to know the future himself. Maybe there would be a chance that he would get to hear what the Time Jaeri had to say.

Just at that moment, the carriage pulled up in front of the time temple after having gone past several temples, especially the biggest one of them all, the temple of both the Goddess Keeasa and the God Shivve'abi. That one temple was located right next to the Time Temple.
The Royal Guard stepped out first, and then helped the Empress step out of the carriage.
Both of them then looked up at the metallic golden building, which had the universal sign of infinity engraved into the thick metal doors. The sign was the English number eight laid out on its side, to show an endless loop.

Silently and solemnly, both of them walked up the steps to the large doors. However, to their surprise, before the Royal Guard could pull the doorbell rope for somebody to open the doors, the doors opened. Pink-haired maidens in dark purple dresses appeared after opening the doors, and then simplyd tod to the Empress: "Welcome, Your Majesty. The Time Jaeri has been expecting you."

Judging from the amazed look on the Empress's face, The royal guard presumed that She had not even told anybody else outside him and the Emperor that she was coming to see the Time Jaeri. Yet the Jaeri had somehow knew...
Mentally shooing away the strange feeling in the pit of his stomach, he walked in after the Empress, taking in the details of the hallway. Surprisingly enough it looked just like the royal decor of the hallways back at the palace. Just like the Palace, the walls were golden and white in paved stone, along with the gold pillars.

The closer they got to the main room where the Time Jaeri often did her services with visitors, the more they could hear a faint singing.
It went something like this:

"Ha seru nooa avey'king, baal ar'eye no oa'aye (( I have seen everything, Both there and here))
Tis' hai ka-arly naalle'la, rev tis' hai koly jaalter (( It has already happened, yet it has only started ))
seala, seaatla -- Tis' val to earme lo ha yo ha nooa baal (( Past, Future-- It's all the same to me for I see both ))
Tis' lee naalle, rev tis' ka-arly hai naalle'la (( It will happen, yet it already has happened ))
Baal ar'eye no oa'aye, Kee hai penee ha avey'king ((Both there and here, Time has shown me everything))
Ah wen jaking naalle'la , koo la ar'eye no oa'aye (( So many things happening, again at there and here))
Tis' hai ka-arly naalle'la, rev tis' hai koly jaalter ((It has already happened, Yet it has only started ))
Ha seru nooa avey'king, baal ar'eye no oa'aye (( I have seen everything, Both there and here))
Kee hai penee ha avey'king, rev koly positee'ei ((Time Has shown me everything, yet only possibilities))
Yo lo Pluto hai gale aba kee, 'kee ki lot jae lo moonlite'.." ((for as Pluto has told over time, "time is not set in stone".....))

The singing stopped as soon as they reached the doors, and the voice simply commanded: "Come in, please."
The maidens did not seem at all surprised at how the Time Jaeri seemed to know that they were there before they even made themselves known to her. Perhaps they were so used to it by now after having worked under the Time Jaeri for so many years now. They opened the doors for the Empress and the Royal Guard to enter, and then they left.

The first thing the Royal Guard had noticed about the Time Jaeri was that she was obviously not Aurorean, for no Aurorean woman nor men had the dark forest hair, and the garnet red eyes.
She held a staff that somewhat looked like a mixture of a giant time key and a staff that had the symbol of time at the top. Her hair were cropped short, and she wore robes that had the insignia that only belong with priestesses of the highest ranking.
It was then he remembered. He had read about the Time Jaeri once. And the book had mentioned that she had came from the planet called Pluto to fulfill her duties for the Planetary Alliance, and then came to be a full-fledged citizen of the planet Aurora when she started taking on duties of the Jaeries to better serve not only the Planetary Alliance, but also the citizens of Aurora. It were said that she was once considered for the position and title of being the warrior called Sailor Pluto, but they gave that to somebody else there instead.
That had been well over 100 years ago.

The Empress bowed in respect, as she said in a formal way: "It is good to see you still youthful and well. Do you know why I came?"
The Time Jaeri nodded, and answered: "You have come here to learn about Planet Aurora's fate."

"So will you tell me if Planet Aurora and its' people are doomed or not?" The Empress asked, sounding more worried than she appeared to be.
"I will not tell you... however, I will tell you that it's not a very good fate." She answered, very bluntly.

The Time Jaeri then smiled at the distressed expressions of both the Empress and the Royal Guard.
"But do not worry, not all is doomed. The Aurorean civilization will live on, for there is a prophecy. I have to hand down that to you today, so that you may do your part in making sure that the prophecy is fulfilled." As the Jaeri said this, she looked directly right at the Royal Guard. The Royal Guard raised his eyebrows, somewhat startled that the Jaeri implied that he had anything to do with a prophecy.
The Empress blinked, obviously not having expected this.
The Jaeri continued, "The Aurorean Hari exists. In addition, there is the young prince, Parie. His soul still lives on, and is slowly becoming one with Aurelia, since she now has the Aurorean Hari. The moment Aurelia starts taking on the former prince's entire characteristic, you must send her away... along with the Royal Guard and Parie's dead body. For Parie's soul is torn into half, due to forced life force draining. The other half is now fusing with the Royal Guard, even now as we speak."

Both the Empress and The Royal Guard gasped aloud. A prophecy they could handle, but this kind of information... it did not even sound possible at all!
The Royal Guard stepped forth to ask the Jaeri why all this should happen, but the Jaeri cut him off before he could even say anything.

"The prophecy speaks of three, two males and a female... an incomplete boy with no soul, torn between light and darkness. A male and a female that has more than just one soul within them. All will take their Journey though life and death, after being reborn on earth, whehey hey will be sent towards inside the spheres of light. After all of them have met, all three shall take on a great evil...that will transform in each into a powerful warrior for the greater good. They shall come back and unite the Aurorean Solar System as a whole again. There will be still be Aurorean blood and kin living on, even on Earth and the many drifting moons here in this Solar System. I know what I have told you are very vague, but I cannot tell you all the Details. Just know that Aurelia, Parie and the Royal Guard is very important right now."

The Empress sat down into a nearby chair, rather quickly as she was completely stunned by this bit of information.
The Royal Guard could not blame her, as he too felt, as he needed to sit down and process this new information.
"So is there going to be three new Sailor warriors?" The Empress asked.

"No, There will be only one. Sailor Aurora. The other two will be only merely be warriors." The Jaeri said, "And now I must take my leave of you. I have said all that I could. I cannot say anymore."

With that, she left the room. The two just stared at the door where she left, for a long moment.
Then they looked to each other, the same questions running though their heads.
