Note: Haruki=water, Maemi=plant
Kei woke up and found himself looking into dark blue eyes. The owner blinked at him and smiled as soon as he saw Kei looking at him. The owner of the eyes turned over and appeared to go back to sleep, Kei wasn’t convinced he would be going back to sleep.
“Where’s Goh?” Kei asked, nothing someone missing from their Queen sized bed.
The sliver/blue hair moved and the face turned back to look him, “He’s with Takako.”
Kei tried to remember if in fact today was the day Goh was supposed to be on patrol, thinking back it seemed as if maybe it was. There were just days he couldn’t keep track of time. At least that explained why Goh was absent from their bed last night, at least for the activities. He had come in at one point to sleep. Kei was sure of that, he just didn’t know what time it was. It had to have been after he and Yuki had fallen asleep.
“Oh.” Kei muttered.
“You forgot, again.” Yuki said, a smile appearing on his face. Yuki may have been a couple of months older then him, but the Knight of Freezing acted like he was the youngest of the group. Haruki, Knight of Water, was actually the youngest of the group and everyone had the feeling he and Maemi were involved with a couple of girls. Well saying everyone wasn’t fair, Hayate and Sesame didn’t know, and if they did then Kei was betting the two would never see the girls again. It had been bad enough when Hayate had found about him, Goh, and Yuki, at least the three could use the excuse that they were Knights.
“Well I know your not going to admit it.” Yuki answered for him and stood up. Kei found his eyes drawn to Yuki’s body as he walked across the room to grab something to put on. “Well are you getting up or staying in bed all day?”
Kei pulled himself out of bed, “I’m taking a shower.” Yuki’s eyes lit up. “Alone.”
“You would.” Yuki pouted.
“I intend to shower quickly and meet up with Goh when he gets off patrol.” Kei told him and went into the shower.
Yuki was scared by how different Kei could be when he wasn’t in bed or having sex. He never mentioned it to anyone else, and didn’t plan to do so right now, he rather valued his life. He shouted a bye to Kei and told him of his plans to find Hayate, Kei didn’t reply. Sighing he left the room, and left Kei to shower. He needed to find Hayate anyway.

Kei entered the shower and turned on the water letting it flow over his body. How could he have forgotten Goh was on patrol? Maybe it was an inner wish to be able to see the man in his bed once in a while. They where lovers, yet he hadn’t felt Goh against his body in the past three weeks. He knew Yuki hadn’t been with him in over a month, the last time the two had gotten Goh in bed had been a fight. Things were getting tense with Takako, demon larva where showing up more frequently, and the knights where needed almost every day for a battle leaving no time for rest, relaxation, or sex.
It really was starting to depress him.
And Yuki, Yuki had in fact mentioned it to him last night. There was really nothing that could be done about it, they would just have to wait till the demon larva were taken care of.
Kei left the shower several minutes later. He really should go to work at some point that day, and since he had a feeling everyone else had left he decided to leave the Leafe Knight world as well. Work, then he could hang out with Goh for a while.

Yuki, was in his normal street outfit, a T-shirt and jeans, not the most fancy thing out there but he was comfortable in it. That and for some reason it seemed to attract girls. Granted he wasn’t into girls at the moment, but still the attention was nice.
He had been unable to find Hayate, granted he wasn’t looking too hard, and was just enjoying walking around the city. It was actually a nice place when you weren’t fighting to protect it. Yuki was enjoying being able to watch people on the street. They seemed so happy.
Several minutes later, as he continued his walk he noticed a pale girl of about 17, in a long blue dress standing next to a store. She looked really sad and for some reason he felt compelled to go over and talk to her. Crossing the street he went to her.
“Is something wrong?” Yuki asked.
She really didn’t meet his eyes, “Yeah.”
“What’s wrong?”
The girl didn’t answer him and just started to cry.

Goh had been on patrol with Takako for the past several hours when Hayate and Sesame appeared next to the two.
“Have you sensed anything strange?” Sesame asked, worry clear in his eyes.
“No.” Takako told him, he eyes watching Hayate.
“What’s wrong?” Goh asked, just cause they didn’t find anything didn’t mean that something wasn’t wrong.
“Something’s wrong with the Leafe in parts of the city.” Hayate told him.
Haruki and Maemi appeared in battle outfits next to everyone.
“Where’s Kei and Yuki?” Hayate asked Goh.
“Kei should be at work, I don’t know where Yuki is.” Goh told him, at least Kei should be at work for another ten minutes.
“We saw Yuki by the beach three hours ago.” Haruki told them.
No one asked why they had been down there.
“What was he doing?” Hayate asked.
“Just walking.” Maemi answered.
“Hayate?” Takako asked getting worried.
“Let’s go get Kei since we know where he is, then find Yuki.” Hayate told them.
The group began to walk in the direction of Kei’s work. Walking should let them see more what was going on with the Leafe, that and it would let them look for Yuki.
They arrived a couple of minutes later. Kei had just left the office he worked part time at and was about to go the other direction when he spotted Goh and the others coming towards him. He began to walk toward them. While he had wanted to meet Goh after work this was not what he had in mind.
“Where’s Yuki?” Hayate asked him even before he was next to them.
“He left, to find you.” Kei told him. Ok something was wrong.
Hayate looked surprised. “How long ago?”
“About four hours ago.” Kei told them.
“Then we better find him soon.” Sesame told the group.
They split up to search, Takako, Haruki, and Sesame in one group, Kei and Maemi in the second one, and Hayate and Goh in the final one.

(1 ½ hour earlier)
Yuki still hadn’t known why he had been drawn to the girl. Was it her beauty? Or what could it be?
He didn’t know and it didn’t really matter he was next to her now and talking to her.
“Come on, stop crying.” He told her.
She didn’t stop, she looked really upset about something.
Yuki glanced around then noticed a small path next to the shop she had been standing near. The path lead behind the building and into something that looked like a private garden.
“Let’s go this way.” He told her and lead her down the path.
They entered a small grassy area after a few minutes. The trees and bushes around it formed the perfect cover.
But something was off in that area. Something about the Leafe.
“Ok, so maybe this wasn’t a good idea coming back here, lets go back to the street and find somewhere else to go and talk.” Yuki turned to look at the girl. She had stopped crying and was now smiling.
That felt wrong.
“Ok, miss, no offence or anything but if you’re thinking that then I hate to break your heart, but I’m taken.”
“I’m not thinking about that, Knight of Freezing.” She told him, a smile on her face.
Yuki froze, well that was new. “And what were you thinking?”
“This!” she yelled, vines flew out and grabbed the Leafe Knight, black vines, trapping him. He screamed in pain once and passed out.

Yuki came to, still in the clearing. The girl was looking at him, a smile on her face. It was then that he noticed he was tied up.
“I wanted to help you.” He told her.
“And you are, thanks to you the Pretear will be here soon with the other Knights and I can destroy all of you at once.”
Yuki tried to free himself of his restraints and found himself unable to. With a sigh he gave up to wait for the others to find him.

A/N: Yay an update…no sex though…
Oh well.
Yeah those Knights of Water and Plant are mine from another fic with Yuki. I do not think this chapter will have a continuation, I think the next chapter will be in the present again, but then again I never know what will happen till I sit down and write it.
