Friendships

Kate had been out late into the morning shopping with her team, then the early part of the afternoon
wandering around to see if there was anything new.
She was obviously tired, yet, she was determined to stay awake to meet her friend.
She dropped a few coins into a vending machine and grabbed the can of mountain dew that dropped out.
She repeated this action a few times and then headed for the pokecenter,
stopping just a moment to pick up something to eat.

Once in the pokecenter, she took a seat with a view of the door it was only 4:30, Ami was due any minute.
She threw the noodles in a microwave and opened her first soda.

Kate turned and took her noodles from the microwave. She opened her second soda and started eating,
still keeping an eye out for Ami.

She was about done when she looked up and saw a girl just a little shorter than her with light brown hair stepping in.
The girls shirt, running shoes and baseball cap were green, and she wore tan khakie shorts.
Kate sat her noodles down as she stood up. "Yo! Ami!"
The girl looked then ran towards kate. When she got there Kate gave her a big hug before backing up.
"Woa girl! You're a little ripe!" "Yea, traveling non stop from slateport isn't much of a cake walk!"
Ami retorted pushing Kate playfully. Kate lost her balance and landed in the chair she had been sitting in.
When she landed, her knee bumped the table causing her noodles and soda to fall on her lap.
"Aaaww maaan." Kate said standing up. "C'mon, let's get a bath." She told Ami.
"Well, let me drop off my pokemon."
"Hey, Nurse Joy, my friend and I will be at the inn, could you just leave a message for us when your done?"
"Sure thing." joy said takeing Ami's pokemon.
