A/N: Holy Hypnos people! I was not expecting so many people to be interested in this story; however that makes me very happy to see how many readers I have. Also I really appreciate your reviews, and if you’re logged in and leave me one I will reply to you.

                “Yes.” Thantos replied quite bluntly looking back at Shun who was visibly distressed. To him, it was really quite comedic. “I doubt there’s anything that could be done either.” He added a sadistic grin forming on the death God’s face. It was obvious he was enjoying the small Virgo Saint’s distress.

                Shun’s mind was racing at 100 miles an hour, as he tried to think of something. Then an idea came to him. It was a crazy idea, quite frankly the idea was crazier than anything he’d done so far, including asking Ikki to kill him. “T-Take me to Hades, I wish to make an offer to him, a deal of sorts.” Shun said as he stared down Thantos

                “Entertaining idea, using yourself as a bargaining chip, but what could you possibly have that Hades would want?” Thantos shrugged a bit before looking back at Shun. He gave a soft chuckle before looking at him. “Oh I see, you’re going to offer yourself in your brother’s place, how Andromeda of you.” He laughed out again before glancing at the Leo temple. “Tell you what, your idea entertains me, and who knows, I’ll take you to Meikai and I’ll even personally tell Hades you want to make a deal. I mean it’s not like I have anything more interesting to do today aside from kill your brother.”

                “Alright just let me leave a note?” He smiled and Thantos grumbled a bit before nodding. Shun sprinted up to the Virgo temple and left a quick note that was stating his plan to offer his own life in exchange for Ikki’s. Shun also grabbed the photo of him and Ikki before looking back at Thantos who was leaning against his door frame. “Could I offer you anything before we go? Tea? A snack?”

                “I’m fine, thank you. You are certainly odd.” He chuckled softly shaking his head. “Now then, let’s get going.” Thantos held his hand out to Shun who took it, and with a dull pop they were standing in the first prison. “Wait here, I have to go do…things before Hades will see you.”

                Shun nodded a little bit as he sat down on a chair that was set against the wall. He could tell that this wasn’t the main area he’d seen before, so he assumed he was in some back area where things like paper work were being done. He looked up as he heard a door shut and giggling, followed by a familiar voice. “Albafica Rose! You better get back here this moment!” Shun blinked as he saw a small child who couldn’t have been older than for, followed by someone he really didn’t expect to see again. “What on earth are you doing here?”

                “I could ask you the same question. Also who’s kid is that?” Shun replied looking down at the child who quickly hid himself behind Aphrodite. Quickly Shun got down on one knee smiling. “Don’t be scared of me, I won’t hurt you.”

                “Mine and Minos’s son, actually. Well, why don’t you come with me and we can talk.” Aphrodite replied with a smile and offered his hand to Shun, helping him up off the floor. “There’s a break room of sorts where the specters hang out, and they know not to bother us, well at least not unless Mu is with Rune again or something of the sort. Anyway come on.” Aphrodite waved his hand, the other one resting on the child’s head.

                “Wait, how is that even possible?” Shun asked as he paused for a moment before shaking his head, deciding that if it wasn’t too far and Thantos could easily find his cosmos when he returned. As he followed Aphrodite into the small lounge of sorts and took a seat in one of four chairs around a wooden table. “So care to explain what exactly happened?”

                “Well as you know, Hades-sama was revived because he performs and essential function in the world.” Aphrodite explained helping his son up into a seat before filling the kettle and starting to make tea. “Anyway, Hades-sama was, because of his position able to bring back his specters, at least he brought the ones who actually had more of a job than just fighting the Holy War.”

                “That much makes sense.” Shun replied with a small nod as he watched the young boy bouncing in his seat, which brought a smile to his face.

                “Well as a reward for those who were willing to give up everything for Hades-sama they were allowed to take any of Athena’s saints who were killed or resurrected and then killed again in the holy war.” Aphrodite explained as he sat down. “It mostly went by rank, so I only got to see who Rhadamanthys picked, which was Gemini Kanon. So Minos chose me… It was rough at first but I slowly began to get used to it, and eventually I found that I was happy with the simple life I lead with Minos. One day I found myself getting sick, it continued on for weeks and I’d begun to pick up weight. Apparently stranger things have happened as a result of Gods interfering with things, so somehow in all of what happened I found myself pregnant.   I was terrified at first, it made me realize that in the few months that Minos and I had been together that I’d somehow managed to develop feelings for him. Then I really started to think about it, he was everything I’d always wanted, Strong, handsome, powerful, but I was scared not only for me, but for the child.”

                “But I was ecstatic when I found out.” Shun jumped about a foot in the air, then whipped around to see Minos leaning against the doorway. “Hello Andromeda, what are you doing here? Or is it Virgo now? I can never keep track of you saints outside of war times. Anyway a few months later Albafica was born and here we are almost four years later.” Walking over Minos smiled before kissing Aphrodite’s lips tenderly. “I think we’re both wondering why you’re here, because you’re obviously not dead yet.”

                “Yes, I’d be happy to recount to you my full tale another time, but I would like to know what’s going on?” Aphrodite replied with a smile, Shun decided that he had definitely changed from when they’d last met in the Holy War, then again he couldn’t blame the other. “So, do tell.”

                “Thantos brought me here. I’m here to make a deal with Hades to try and save my brother’s life.” Shun explained as he looked down at his hands. “I mean… I don’t know what I’m thinking, this is crazy, but I’ve got to give it a try.” Shun shook his head running a hand through his hair before looking up at the two of them. Aphrodite had a smile on his face. “What?”

                “You’ve always been so selfless, and I’ve always wondered how and why you are, that’s all.” Aphrodite replied looking down at his lap before getting up and getting three mugs down from the cabinet. “Can I interest you in a cup of tea while you wait for Thantos-sama to return?”

                “Sure.” Shun said softly with a soft laugh. “I guess it comes with being the knight of Andromeda… while I may be the Virgo saint now, I think deep down I’ll always be the Saint of Andromeda more than anything.” Shun replied before a small voice interrupted him before he could speak again.

                “What’s an Andromeda?” Minos laughed softly as Shun realized the question had come from little Albafica who had been listening to him rather intently. “You’re brave to want to talk to Hades-sama all by yourself.”

                “Well you see, Andromeda was a princess, and in order to save her people from getting hurt, she let them chain her to a big rock for the Kraken which is this big squid monster.” Shun explained as he took the tea mug.

                “Do you think she was scared?” Albafica asked as he was handed a glass of milk by Aphrodite who laughed softly.

                “Always so full of questions ‘bafica, why don’t you let Shun finish his story?” Aphrodite embraced his son with a sweet smile. Shun laughed softly and shook his head at the pair of them. He couldn’t see how he’d missed it at first, they had the same hair and eye color, but the hair was more similar to Mino’s in the fact that it was quite straight instead of more wavy like Aphrodite’s.

                “Its fine, I think it’s cute.” Shun laughed softly as he stirred a packed of sugar into his tea with a soft smile on his face. “I’m sure she was scared, but she knew deep down that it was the only way to save her people. So Andromeda did what she had to, as she stood there waiting for the Kraken, the might hero Perseus came swooping in on the back of his steed Pegasus and killed the monster before rescuing the beautiful princess Andromeda. Then they married and lived happily ever after.” Shun explained with a soft laugh at the smile on Albafica’s face, as he took a sip of his tea.

                “I bet you and mommy are prettier.” Albafica said after a few moments which caused both Shun and Aphrodite to burst out laughing. “What? Hey mommy, do I get to help with Winter Wrap Up?”

                “Sweetie Persephone-sama left yesterday, winter is already over. Besides you’re still much too young to be helping with that.” Aphrodite laughed softly before kissing Albafica’s nose with a smile.

                “He is most definitely your son Aphrodite.” Shun replied with a grin on his face before looking up to see Thantos standing in the doorway. “And that’s my cue to leave, I’m glad to know that you’re doing well, and best of luck.”

                “With any luck we’ll meet again.” Aphrodite said softly as he took Shun’s hand, and instead of shaking it pulled him into an embrace. “Don’t be too scared of Hades-sama, I think he may have a soft spot for someone like you. I mean you did share a body for a while.” Aphrodite whispered before letting him go and then moving to give Minos a kiss.

                “Come on, Hades-sama is waiting for you.” He sighed grabbing Shun and teleporting them into Hades throne room, which was a familiar place for Shun. Shun quickly fell to one knee out of respect, if it was simply to try and get himself somewhat better standing with Hades. “I trust you know Virgo Shun Hades-sama.”

                “Yes, I know him quite well, Virgo Saint now, well that’s quite a jump from the Saint of Andromeda, yet you apparently still jump at the chance to sacrifice yourself for someone else it seems. Thantos, leave us, we have negotiations to make.” Thantos nodded leaving quickly before Shun slowly looked up, albeit nervously. “So, come to make a deal about that brother of yours. So tell me what do you have that I might want?”

                “I-I was hoping offering my life in exchange for Ikki’s might be enough.” Shun admitted softly looking down again quickly and shifting. “H-He has someone who loves him, and they depend on him a lot more than they do on me.”

                “Ah, look up here; let me get a good look at you.” Shun looked up, bright eyes wide in surprise to see that Hades had rose from his throne and was walking towards Shun. “My, it seems that you have grown quite well, last time I saw you it was a child, and now before me stands quite a beautiful young creature. Hm… Your deal interests me, but sadly I’m bored and lonely six months out of the year. However, seeing you here, like this, all beautiful and grown up, well that gives me an idea.” A grin was forming on Hades face as he looked back down at Shun, his fingers under the young Saint’s chin keeping their gaze locked.

                “What exactly is your idea Hades-sama?” Shun said, trying to stop his voice from trembling, and doing a decent enough job. However he knew the Death God could tell that he was terrified, and he had a feeling Hades knew why he was so terrified. “I’ll do anything, and I know you like making deals, so just save Ikki and I’ll do anything you like.”

                “Mhm, I like where this is heading.” Hades laughed softly as he brought something out and slipped it around Shun’s neck, the weight and feel were very familiar, it was the feeling of the pendant he’d worn for most of his life, the one that read ‘Yours Ever’ upon its face. “You are to become mine, ever and always, and you will serve me in whatever ways I see fit. Should you disobey me, I will punish you as I see fit.”

                “Alright… I will agree on the condition that Ikki and the other Saints are left out of any punishment relating to me.” Shun spoke softly looking up into Hades deep blue eyes, he noticed how much they reminded him of Hyoga’s eyes.

                “Fair enough, just know that once this deal is made I will know everything you do, whether I’m by your side or miles away.” Hades said his tone low and warning. He wasn’t about to mention that he’d be able to hear Shun’s thoughts or read his feelings, but that was okay. For now he’s let Shun think he was privy to those at least. “Also your cosmos will be completely controlled by me; you will only have access to as much as I allow you to have.” Hades added with a chuckle.

                “You have a deal.” Shun replied as a contract and quill appeared floating in front of him and he looked up at Hades blinking a little bit. “What?”

                “I like my deals to be formal so there’s a record of them. Just sign on the X my dear one, and then the real fun can begin.” Shun nodded picking up the quill and signed his name on the X before jumping as the scroll rolled itself up and disappeared. Then a blinding pain hit him, causing the world to spin. “Oh by the way, the binding process can be a tad painful. Especially for someone who’s alive with a powerful cosmo like your own, but don’t worry it shouldn’t take too long.” Shun slumped to the floor the spinning room around him slowly fading to black as the pain slowly ebbed away, leaving him quite sleepy. “Oh dear… I didn’t think it was going to be THAT painful.” Shun could feel himself being picked up and vaguely hear what was going on while he was swimming on the surface of unconsciousness.

                “Thantos, make sure his brother receives what would have been his remaining lifespan, you know how much that is yes? Alright well get on with it, and if you see Pandora tell her to hold my business for the next few days I’m going to need to get him adjusted.” Shun could sense himself being carried somewhere. As he was carried off Shun fought to stay awake, wondering where they were going, but suddenly he was set on something soft. “Sleep little one, I’ll be here when you wake. You’re safe in my bed.” Shun, as he heard those words gave up fighting and fell into a deep sleep.

A/N: Kudos to anyone who got the Winter Wrap Up Reference. The other reason I threw it in there was to explain the time frame that is going on in the story. Meaning that they’re just now entering spring for those of you not familiar with the Myth of Persephone, who is the wife of Hades. I very much enjoy reviews so please leave them.
