Chap 2 Strange Day at School

Tsuna raced to school walking alone as usual even when he was on time no one walked with him. Tsuna was unaware of the gathering clouds as he made his way to school. He was surprised to see the gates still open, but found out why as Hibari stepped out. "You're late herbivore…" Hibari spoke and raised his weapons. Tsuna skid to halt in front of Hibari.

Hibari stared at him with his fierce gaze. The poor brunette trembled and waited for the beating that Hibari was going to give him. The cold male moved close to Tsuna and caught a whiff of his strong scent.

"Hmm…" Hibari grinned and patted Tsuna's head making him yelp. "Just get to class herbivore and don't let it happen again…" Tsuna nodded dumbly surprised he was alive. He moved around Hibari and ran to class. Hibari stared at his retreating back and his plump rear. 'Even if you don't I'm sure I can find ways for getting us alone…' Hibari thought with a grin.

'Man that was weird Hibari shows no mercy…' Tsuna thought and raced off to class. As it happened Yamamoto was also late for class putting away the baseball equipment. The two ran into each other on the way to the class room. Yamamoto was working really hard and his scent was thick. Tsuna caught a whiff of it. 'He smells like rain…' Tsuna thought and he blushed.

Yamamoto got a whiff of Tsuna's scent and he grinned. "Hey Tsuna…" He spoke and ruffled the brunette's hair. "Do you wanna walk home after school with me Tsuna…"

"Eh um, well I'm probably gonna have detention so…" Tsuna spoke a little nervous. Yamamoto chuckled. "Just leave everything to me…"

Yamamoto led Tsuna into the room. "You're late you two, explain now…"

"Sorry sensei I asked Tsuna to help me with the equipment this morning it took a lot longer to get everything put away, it helped that Tsuna was their or I may have never made it to class…" Yamamoto said a bright smile on his face he had one arm over Tsuna's shoulders and gave him a light squeeze. Tsuna blushed and nodded.

"I see well Sawada it's good you wanted to help your fellow classmate just next time get a pass first, now take your seats…" The teacher spoke. "Yes sir…"

The class started up again but a few minutes later the door opened. Gokudera came in sniffing the air. His eyes locked on Tsuna. The brunette yelped at the piercing gaze. Gokudera had transferred to the school a few months ago, his cold demeanor made him a hit with most girls, he rarely came to class but he was so smart he didn't need to. Most of the teachers were afraid of him, and let him do as he pleased.

Gokudera walked over to Tsuna and placed his hands on the desk. "So you're the one huh…?"

"What?" Tsuna gasped. Gokudera smirked at him. "I'll see you later…" Gokudera said and quickly left the classroom.

Tsuna was now very nervous. People who used to make fun of him were now staring at him intently. He walked the halls and felt like someone was watching him. In every class Yamamoto tried to partner up with him, and Gokudera would show look him over and quickly leave.

'This is nuts…'

"Oiiiiii Sawada!" Tsuna yelped at the loud voice he turned and saw Ryohei running towards. "I finally found you I want you to join me in a run after school…"

"I'm sorry but I have plans with Yamamoto…" Tsuna said, and he saw a flash of emotion he couldn't recognize from the boxer. "I see then next time…" Ryohei said and ran off.

'That is so weird Ryohei never talked to me before…' Tsuna thought.

The day came to a close and when the school bell rang Tsuna was dragged away from the school by Yamamoto. "Yamamoto slow down what's the rush?"

"Hehe its more fun this way…" However Yamamoto's look became more serious. "Here you are!" Gokudera came out of nowhere and blocked their path. "Trying to take him for yourself you rain bastard…"

"Now now, don't be like that just because I made plans with him first." Yamamoto said and moved to stand in front of Tsuna. "Yamamoto Gokudera what's going on?"

"Don't worry I promise I will protect you…" Yamamoto said and pulled his baseball bat from his pack. The bat began to glow with blue flames.

"You think that scares me…" Gokudera pulled out dynamite and the flames were lit with dark red flames.

"What is going on!" Tsuna screamed and promptly collapsed from shock.
