Disclaimer: I do not own Heaven's Lost Property or any of the characters (save any Original Characters I bring in). This is rated R and is romantic in nature (there is some swearing as I sincerly doubt that Tomoki would just be angry if his Angeloids were getting hurt).

As a side note, I've been on a sabatical for nearly a year now, and finally I have finished. Expect fast and furious updates on all my stories (it has been far too long for my lack of writing). It has been about nine months since the time I said all the chapters would be updated, as such I need to focus on the stories I have current started and get them going.

Thank you to all my readers and I hope you will continue to read (and I will do my best to get more chapters up for each story).

Power Rangers the Elemental Rangers is on hold for now, I want to get mainly Heaven's Lost Property, Legend of Zelda and One Piece going again.

Also the character list will only add NEW characters to the story, not the older characters already introduced, I expect my readers to read my previous chapters to know who is who...

As a side note, Angeloid's wings do indeed flap and move when flying. This is seen in the opening of season two of the anime, as well as in various moments within the series itself. Most notably is when Ikaros leaves Tomoki and her wings move to stroke his cheek. Nymph's wings are also seen flapping in the anime.

Another proof is in the opening itself of season two, you see Ikaros' wings flap to make her take off. Granted while they are hovering, the wings aren't flapping, so it really isn't proven whether the flapping motion is what keeps them airborne, maybe they work almost like wing rudders? Only flapping to increase velocity or to change direction.

Chapter Two: Dual Simplicity

In the New World...

A man looked through the mirror at Nymph who had just started to associate with the inferior bugs below. He smirked, "Interesting...that defective piece of trash thinks she can escape? She knows her orders and she will follow them through." He held Nymph's chain and tugged it once. He saw her flinch and then sent a silent command to her, "Your orders still stand Nymph, bring her head back on a silver platter, come back without that and you're scrapped." He slackened his hold on her chain. He then turned to two other angeloids, "She has two months of the downer's time...if she hasn't succeeded, you two will go down and destroy Alpha as well as Beta understand?"

One of them smiled, "Yes Master, we will succeed."

Back on Earth...

Sohara was working in the kitchen to make a meal for the entire group. She began to hum softly to herself, the tune was one of those pop songs she had heard on the radio recently. She turned her gaze to the living room where a blue haired girl with wings was sitting in front of the television. The girl seemed completely engrossed by the Soap Opera she was watching. Sohara giggled to herself for a split second before she brought out a bag of chips and poured it into a wooden bowl for the girl. When she entered, she saw that the blue haired girl had turned to face her.

The girl's eyes were a deep blue and staring straight at her, there were circles in her eyes somewhat, like she was calculating something. She then spoke, "Place the snacks on the table bug then leave me alone."

Sohara sighed then placed the bowl on the table and stroked the girl's head softly, "You've really been through hell haven't you?"

The girl scowled, "It is NONE of your concern, none of you pitiful insects could possibly understand what it means to be one of us. Ikaros may have forgotten what it means to be an Angeloid, but I will never forget. Know it well, first chance I get, I will succeed in my mission and bring her head to my master on a Silver platter. Never forget that I am NOT your little friend, nor will I ever be!"

A young man opened the sliding door nearby and said, "Funny way to show gratitude Nymph."

The blue haired girl flushed slightly then huffed and spun to face the television again, "The hell do you know anyway?"

He plunked himself down then used a pair of chopsticks to pick up a chip, popping it into his mouth. He crunched the chip then swallowed it with a mouthful of green tea. He stared at the back of her head, "I understand more than you might think...Nymph. You're not the only one to lose someone so precious."

Nymph spun and moved her face mere inches from his, "Oh? You think you understand my thoughts? You have no idea what Ikaros truly is do you?"

The young man shrugged, "I don't give a damn what she is Nymph, nor do I care what you two are...no one should have to suffer the way you have."

Nymph growled then smacked him upside the head, "Pest...just let me watch these soaps in peace!"

The young man looked to Sohara and said, "Touchy isn't she?"

Sohara locked eyes with his, "What do you expect Tomo? She lost her best friend, at least that's what I figured from the way that grave was set up."

Tomoki stared out the window, watching the clouds slowly billowing across the sky, "Regardless, I seriously doubt that whoever sent her is just going to give up. As Nymph said, he wants Ikaros' head on a silver platter...and I will die before I allow that to happen."

The blue haired angeloid scanned the sky then stood, "Well I'm going for a walk, I can't stand being around insects more than I have to be!" She stalked out of the house then vanished from sight before taking off.

Sohara traced her fingers through her hair tentatively, "Well that makes things a bit more interesting doesn't it?"

Ikaros' wings grew, "Shall I pursue master?" Her eyes had turned red and she was ready to go after Nymph at extreme speeds.

Tomoki placed his hand on Ikaros' shoulder, "No...let her be alone for a while. I have something else in mind. I want to find out just what you're capable of Ikaros. I saw you fight her earlier, but I have to know what your potential can be. Come what may, we will probably have to fight again, and I need to find some way to know when to tell you to retreat if I need to."

Sohara clapped her hands, "Sugata and Mikako, they are the best of the best, if anyone can diagnose what her specialities are, it'd be them."

Tomoki stared at her then said with an exasperated sigh, "Like you know where to find them. Mikako is always so secretive and I have no clue where Sugata lives. He is a mystery unto himself after all."

Ikaros' eyes returned to their green state then she said, "I will locate him at once...do you have a picture of him?"

Sohara opened her bag and pulled out a picture of Sugata and said, "This is him."

Tomoki took the picture, "Strange, why do you have a picture of him?"

Sohara flushed, "If you MUST know, the picture was taken for the yearbook last year and he had me hold onto it for him. Why, jealous?"

Tomoki handed back the picture, "As if, who would be jealous over you?"

Sohara chopped him three feet into the ground, "Jerk! Ikaros find him please."

Ikaros scanned the picture then took off, taking half the wall with her.

Tomoki shouted, "Ikaros! Use the damn door! Jeez, these Angeloids are going to be the death of me, nevermind my house!" He pushed himself out of the hole he was chopped into, then shook his head. He stood in the hole of the wall, "No matter, I can always rebuild it...let's go Sohara!" He stepped through into the sunlight of the early morning mist, with Sohara close behind him.

High above the earth, a pink haired girl was spotted streaking across the sky, much like a pink and white blur. She froze in place and began to scan the ground, "Search parameters yielding zero results..." She spun and saw Nymph shooting towards her. She instantly drew the Apollon, ready to fire should Nymph attempt another futile attack on her.

Nymph glared then said, "Put that stupid thing away Alpha, I am not planning to attack you today...at least not yet." She scanned the area around her, "Hacking field, open...search parameters engaged." She took the memory of the image from Ikaros' memory and began to scan. She smirked as the field closed down, "The insect you are looking for is by the river...five miles south of our current location, happy hunting." She stared at Ikaros for about a minute before she turned, vanishing from sight, "Remember something, little miss weapon, I will be the one to destroy you one day...so stay alive until that day comes." She shot off like a cannonball.

Ikaros disengaged Apollon making it vanish from sight before she flew down towards the river. Certainly enough, the human she was seeking was down there, now she just had to bring her master and Sohara here. She held onto her chain which was invisible as well as lengthened, but always bonded her to her master. She blasted forward, following her chain back to her master's side. She landed right next to them, causing a small crater near them.

As the dust began to settle, Tomoki shouted, "The HELL? Ikaros, you don't have to cause craters everytime you land." He whacked her on the head once as a disciplinary measure then said, "Understand? Land gently...jeez! It costs people money to fix roads you know, you're just lucky we were in a dirt path when you landed."

Ikaros lowered her head, "My apologies master...I have found the human Sugata you ordered me to find."

Tomoki sighed, "I never ordered you to find him, I asked you to find him, there is a huge difference, understand?"

Ikaros blinked, "Yes master, shall I take you to him?"

Sohara beamed, "Hey can we fly there? She gave us wings to go to Mount Fuji after all!"

Tomoki shook his head then said bluntly, "That may not be a good idea. We should save that for actual emergencies, not for just traveling around. Think about it Sohara, how would people react if they saw us flying around in day to day life? It is bad enough we have two Angeloids flying around with wings and everything, if two humans start doing it as well, there may be researchers called in to investigate. Last thing I want is Nymph and Ikaros being put under the microscope."

Ikaros made her wings shrink to a small state then said, "Very well, we shall travel on foot Master." She stood next to him on his left, and noted that Sohara was on his right side. She clapped her hands, much like she had witnessed Sohara doing earlier and said, "On another note Master, I ran into Nymph earlier while searching for the human Sugata."

The three of them began to walk, with Ikaros leading the way. While traveling towards the river bank, Sohara turned her attention forward, "She didn't cause any trouble did she Ikaros?"

Ikaros said, "Thinly veiled threats of being the one to destroy myself, otherwise no."

Tomoki turned his eyes skyward to the black circle that was still floating in the sky over top of their present location, "It is of no consequence, Nymph cannot defeat you Ikaros, I'm certain of that. Still, I'd like to know why she is so hell bent on taking you down."

Sohara stated simply, "Probably an order from her master."

Tomoki clenched his fists and exclaimed, "I don't get it...why is it that you Angeloids can't make up your own minds...disobey an order if it is for the harm of others? Why do you have to obey so blindly?"

Ikaros said, "It is how we were programmed to be Master."

Sohara lowered her head, hiding a tear that was trickling down her face, "It's just so sad though...to have to obey some orders. I mean what if your master ordered you to kill yourself?"

Ikaros said in an emotionless tone, "Should my Master give me the order to terminate myself, I'd do so without hesitation."

Tomoki nearly fell over at that. After a moment he recovered himself then said softly, "I guess I'll have to use caution as to how my words come across. After all, the last thing I'd want is to cause something that painful."

Soon the three had arrived by the riverbed and found a surprise waiting for them, Nymph was standing by the water, eating some chips from a bag. She turned on her heel to face them, "If you're looking for the human, he is in that cloth building. He said something about preparing a small meal for his guests, almost as if he knew you three were coming."

Tomoki smiled then walked by her, whispering something next to her as he went. He then continued over towards the tent, leaving behind a flustered Nymph.

Sohara glanced back and forth between Nymph and Tomoki then she whispered, "What did you say to her?"

He blinked, "All I did was thank her for letting him know we were on the way."

She frowned, "She seems a bit more flustered than if you had said only that Tomo and you know it. What else did you say?"

He beamed, "I said she looked pretty today, she looked a little down after all."

Nymph growled, "What would you know about what pretty is? To Angeloids, beauty is only deemed from one's master." Her fists were clenched, "To make matters worse, you deign to talk to me as if we were equals? Have you lost your damned mind?"

Tomoki sat down on the bench nearby, "Not really, down here, you are not just an angeloid, I view you as my friend."

Nymph glowed on the spot, "F-Friend? You really have lost it! I'm above you, I'm an Angeloid, you are nothing but a bug! Not to mention the fact my mission is to destroy that little Pet you have following you!"

Tomoki countered, "A bug who can decide what he wants to do, and doesn't have to follow orders blindly from some jackass who causes pain to others without consideration. Of course some do follow orders from a matriarchal society, but even then they do not send their workers and soldiers to die for an unjust reason."

She froze at that comment finding herself unable to come up with a retort.

Tomoki began to stride towards her, "To make matters even more interesting, he seems to delight in causing that pain, I bet he'd order you to kill yourself without even sparing a thought to your feelings and your desires. You say that I'm a bug and am beneath you, then if that is true, you should have no problem breaking free from his commands...oh that's right you can't do that can you? Who is the real bug in that scenario."

Nymph gulped then took off like lightning without even answering.

Sohara said, "Was that really necessary Tomo?"

Ikaros looked towards the tent, "Perhaps not, but necessary. Master is correct after all, if we were truly superior to humans in every way, we'd have control over our own destinies."

Tomoki held his forehead with his hand, "Maybe I went too far with that one?"

A man with white hair came out of the tent, "From the way things have been progressing, I'd say not. She needs a little harsh slap back to reality."

Tomoki quickly removed his hand and glanced upwards, a man was standing over him, his glasses freshly pressed upwards to be in the correct position.

The man said, "Welcome Tomoki, it is very nice to see you again, I see you found my home. I suppose I should thank that blue haired girl for that. This is Satsukitane Mikako, you haven't met her until now, she usually keeps to herself."

A woman came out from the tent, "Is that how you think of me Sugata? Naughty, naughty, I will punish you later for that one." She turned to face Ikaros nad said, "So this is the cute angel girl I've heard so much about? I thought she had blue hair?"

Sugata groaned, "This is a different one Mikako. The other girl flew away a little while ago. Regardless, we need to check Alpha's abilities to figure out what she is capable of, that IS why you two are here correct?"

Tomoki said, "Her name is Ikaros, not Alpha, but yes that is the general plan. I need to know what she is capable of. Otherwise she may get into danger and I won't be able to advise her correctly."

Sohara held Ikaros' hand then said, "It won't hurt her will it?"

Sugata smiled, "Don't worry Miss Mitsuki, it won't hurt at all."

Sohara said, "Oh come on, I keep telling you, quit calling me that, just Sohara will do fine."

Ikaros stood in front of Sugata, "I am ready for the examination."

Sugata said, "Very well, enter the tent please and enter your full power mode, I need to see you at your strongest." He took Ikaros' hand and led her into the tent leaving Mikako outside with the gang.

Mikako stared at Sohara and Tomoki, "Gee, I wonder what kinds of things he might be doing to that girl in the tent...alone in the privacy it holds."

Tomoki blinked then shook his head, "Nah he wouldn't do anything crazy...err would he Sohara?"

She gulped then said, "Why should I know?"

Tomoki said, "Because you know him better than I do?"

She shook his head, "He's always been honorable as far as I know."

Meanwhile at the top of Mount Fuji...

Nymph stood near the grave overlooking Japan. She punched the mountain top over and over again, "Stupid...little insects! How dare he, how dare he! He dared to question how things have been since the dawn of time! Who does he think he is?"

A small voice spoke in the back of her mind, "And yet it bothers you..."

She glanced around but saw no one, "W-who is there?"

No one appeared, but the voice spoke again, "The reason it bothers you so much is that he is right, doesn't it...Beta?"

She froze, she recognized that voice, "M-master? Of course he isn't right, how could he be?"

Her master laughed, "An insect started you thinking didn't he? New orders Beta...kill the human first, once he is gone, Alpha will have no reason to remain on the world below. Get to it, NOW!"

Nymph bowed, "As you command Master!" She took off and her eyes began to glow red, "Stealth Mode activated...beginning mission...eliminate Insect Tomoki Sakurai." She flew towards the river bank where she knew he would be at.

In the New World...

The blonde haired angel laughed, "Well now things get more interesting...Beta is going after the insects and Alpha will soon be mine again, maybe I'll send her after Japan and have her destroy the entire island!"

A few girl angels smiled while one said, "Still, it seems such a waste, I mean Zeta is still alive down there in her human form. Same with Lambda...I mean if those two awaken without a master, it could spell trouble for us."

He spat on the ground, "True, but I'll deal with that before giving Beta her orders. For now, let's sit back and watch the fireworks..."

In the tent at the riverbank...

Sugata handed a cord to Ikaros and said, "Hold it and enter your full power mode, just don't pull out your weapons until I tell you to understand?"

Ikaros nodded as she held onto the cord, a halo over her head and her eyes ruby red.

Sugata began registering her power output, "Interesting...your power output is off the scale...Nymph said you believed you were a pet class Angeloid correct?"

Ikaros nodded, "Yes Sugata, I am a pet class angeloid, type Alpha, codenamed Ikaros."

Sugta clicked his glasses up then said, "But that is impossible Ikaros. The amount of power you are registering, without pulling any weapons are conducive to something our world's combined military couldn't stop. She mentioned Apollon, could you pull that out please, just don't fire. Attach the energy arrow as well to it."

Ikaros followed the command and the power output exploded, causing a computer to shatter, but his main system was intact.

Sugata watched the numbers with growing interest then chuckled to himself for a moment before he turned to face her and exclaimed, "And that doesn't take into account the phase shift variance. You have a weapon system that exists in a separate dimension don't you."

Ikaros nodded, "The Hephestus...Defensive capabilities Long Range Aegis, Extension available upon request."

Sugata began doing some scans, "Alright power down please..."

Ikaros was about to power down when she sensed a threat approaching, "Sugata, an Angeloid is approaching with fast speed..."

The sunlight shone through the tent flap and reflected off his glasses, "Identify immediately Ikaros."

She began to scan, "Type Beta...codename Nymph. Strategic Warfare unit."

Nymph landed while still invisible behind Tomoki. She began to focus her attack energy, aiming right at him, but something made her pause. She held her head as she found herself unable to fire...

Tomoki looked towards the sky, "It just isn't fair, is it you two? I feel bad for both of them. Having a scumbag like that as a Master, able to order the destruction of both of them at a moment's notice."

Sohara placed her hand on Tomoki's shoulder, "I know, it is just so cruel isn't it?"

Mikako smiled, "Yes...as much as I enjoy a bit of drama and excitement, I don't delight in the suffering of others."

Both Sohara and Tomoki gulped then Sohara brushed her hair out of her eyes, "Sure you don't...still I just wish that Nymph were here...I can't tell directly, but I can tell she has suffered at his hands already."

Nymph shook on the spot and she heard a voice speaking to only her.

The voice said, "Beta, why the hell are you hesitating? Do you WISH to be scrapped? You useless piece of garbage!"

Nymph thought back, "N-No master..."

Her master said, "You have your orders, fulfill them with no more hesitation, or I promise you that I'll make you destroy yourself, just like I made you kill your friend!"

Nymph began to charge up, preparing the Paradise Song which was her strongest attack, a bit extreme, but she had to release the rage she had been feeling towards herself for failing her original mission, which was to destroy Alpha earlier. Just before she released the power, she felt her concentration wane. She fell to her knees and her stealth field deactivated.

Tomoki spun at the sound then ran up to her, "Nymph...hey Nymph are you alright?"

Sohara and Mikako went up next to her as well, but froze when they saw her eyes were red and her wings were at full spread.

Nymph began to scream as though she were in terrible pain, then she screamed, "I'll fulfill my mission, even if it goes against every instinct I am feeling right now!" She got to her feet and her eyes glowed red, "Target Acquired...preparing attack..."

Tomoki reached out and began to rub her head softly, "Why huh? Because some jackass ordered you to? Why don't you try to figure things out on your own Nymph? You don't want to attack anyone...do you?"

Nymph shook her head furiously, "Get out of my head you stupid insect! I don't care, I don't care, I don't CARE!"

Tomoki stood in front of her and put his arms straight out from side to side, "If I am just an insect, then blast me...right here...right now!"

Nymph almost froze up for a moment then she laughed, "Nah, I don't feel like it right now, besides, I think I'd rather just explore a bit longer."

Her master spoke to her, "What ARE you doing Beta?"

Nymph laughed some more and thought back, "Don't you worry...I have this under control Master...it just won't be done as quickly as you'd like. If I rush this, Ikaros will go into full power mode and you know I have no chance in hell against her."

Her master said, "Leave them for now, I will be giving you a bit of...incentive to complete your mission. I also do not want them to know what it is...but you'll know precisely what it is the moment you receive it."

She stared as Ikaros and Sugata exited the tent then she shouted, "Next time Alpha!" She took off leaving an indent on the ground.

Nymph stopped about a mile away, "What is this incentive Master?"

A powerful shock began to blast through her chain and right to her body. She began to shriek in pain as she collasped onto her hands and knees in the mud below her.

He laughed, "Oh nothing much...you have a timer now Beta...you have one month to complete your mission...or you will explode taking half of that city with you. If you start to show emotion towards those downers or Alpha, I'll ensure you suffer painfully immediately. Oh and one more thing...make certain the Lambda and Zeta aren't near you when you explode, or you will awaken them. I won't be giving you any further orders unless I feel it is required. You know what you have to do, I hope for your sake you suceed. In case you don't...farewell you useless trash!"

Nymph shook in agony, "M-master?" She listened for his voice but found he wasn't answering her, "M-master please...don't leave this explosive on me...you know I can't disarm it. Please...I'll do anything you ask, just don't..."

Her eyes slowly closed as another wave of pain enveloped her, causing her to lose consciousness, causing her to collapse in the mud.

Tomoki took Ikaros' hand, "I have to find Nymph...I know this sounds crazy but I can't shake the feeling she needs help right now..."

Sohara nodded, "I agree, the way she took off, it seemed almost ominous. Ikaros, can you pinpoint her location?"

Ikaros' eyes changed to a blood red and circling lines appeared in her iris. "Location confirmed...one mile southwest of our current location, she is currently unmoving...danger...electromagnetic waves detected...possible sources being verified...calculating..." Her eyes returned to their green color and she said softly, "Electric shocks from the chain heading straight to the collar."

Tomoki got on Sugata's bike, "I'm going to pick her up, I knew she was in trouble, that girl always has it rough it seems." He headed off, biking as fast as he could.

Sohara rubbed Ikaros' head and said, "You really are something else...speaking of which, Sugata, what did you find out?"

Sugata tipped his glasses upwards, "She is definitely a combat model Angeloid. She seems to be a long range model mostly, she has a bow called the Apollon and can fire arrows that could decimate a city with ease. She is also equipped with a powerful shield called the Aegis. Another weapon she has is the Artemis missiles, which summons high powered, high tracking capability missiles that fire at extreme speeds. Finally she has something called the Hephestus, which is something strange, it is almost like a space ship that can fight or take flight as the situation calls for it. It starts existing in a separate dimension and warps its way to her location. Her top speed exceeds Mach 20, but how much further, I could only begin to guess."

Mikako smirked, "Sounds like we have a weapon on our hands that could bring about the Apocalypse if used with evil intentions."

Sugata glared, "Which is PRECISELY why you are not her master...thank god for that! I could just imagine what she'd be capable of in your hands."

Mikako strode towards him, "Are you insinuating that I would use her capabilities for evil? Perhaps destroying enemies of my family, even taking over this world for my own selfish desires?"

Sugata backed away from her, "W-well...not in so many words..."

Mikako continued walking towards him, "Maybe I'd use her on you? Or perhaps on Tomoki? You have some strange ideas you know..." Her eyes were glinting with a dangerous light.

Sohara shivered, "Did it just get colder around here?"

Ikaros stated, "Temperature drop confirmed, ten degree celsius lowered within the past twenty seconds, dropping rapidly."

Sugata gulped, "Oh god...her icy demeanor is affecting the area around her, sometimes I wonder if she's scarier than an Angeloid out of control..."

Tomoki meanwhile had reached the field where Nymph had fallen. He began searching but wasn't finding anything. He started to panic, "Come on Nymph, if you are here, answer me dammit!" He then saw something covered in mud. He wasn't sure what it was, until he saw a purplish wing sticking out of the mud. Racing over, he dug out Nymph who had sunk into the mud. He carried her to dry land and wiped her face clean. He placed his head on her chest then began to perform cpr by plugging her nose and breathing into her. After a few hard breaths, Nymph started to cough.

She coughed painfully a few times then sat up and looked at him and spoke after she caught her breath, "Why...why did you come after me?"

Tomoki rubbed her head softly and said, "Well I couldn't just leave you out there all alone. Come on, let's get you back home and cleaned up." He helped her to her feet and saw a limousine pull up. He walked her towards the limo to find Mikako waiting for them.

Mikako glanced Nymph over, "Well I can always have the car cleaned afterwards...what happened anyways? Get into a mud wrestling contest?"

Nymph didn't answer, but she was looking at the ground as she got into the limo.

When Tomoki entered, he found Sohara in the limo with Ikaros already. He sighed, "I found her laying in the mud near here...it was like something sent a ton of electric shocks to her system, enough to make her lose consciousness."

Sohara gasped and stared at Nymph, "Who would do something so cruel to her?"

Ikaros said, "Her master...he is the most likely being to do such a thing."

Tomoki blinked, "Can someone really send a powerful shock that far away?"

Ikaros said, "The chain can extend to any length, even if it appears not to be there, she is still connected."

Sohara wiped some mud away from Nymph's cheek, "Couldn't we free her somehow?"

Nymph shouted, "Don't you dare try!" Her outburst caused both Tomoki and Sohara to jump in their seats.

Tomoki took her hand then said, "But why Nymph?"

Nymph huffed then said, "I don't know what would happen, besides I like serving my master."

Ikaros glanced out the window at the birds in trees nearby, "Liar..." She said softly.

Sohara sat back in the seat and took a cloth to Nymph's clothes, "Poor thing, you don't deserve that...oh look your poor wings are all covered in mud." She gently began to wipe the mud from Nymph's wings, "They are so beautiful, it is not nice that you got covered in mud!"

Nymph closed her eyes and said softly, "Why are you both being so nice to me? It doesn't make sense...my mission is to kill Alpha, don't you two get that?"

Mikako said, "To these two, I don't think that matters, all that matters is that you are a being in trouble and according to Sugata, both of them were always compassionate to other people."

Nymph lowered her head and said softly, "Even to the ones that don't deserve it huh? I don't get bugs sometimes."

Tomoki sighed, "We need to get her into a bath, Sohara will you go in with her? It'll be easier for her to get clean with your help. There is too much mud for anyone to wash off alone. It is almost like her master didn't care if she lived or died...I can't STAND people like that." His fists were clenched and his eyes had a glint of rage behind his dark eyes, "I swear, I'll punch his daylights out if that coward ever shows his face!"

Sohara placed her hand on Tomoki's shoulder, "I know exactly what you mean!"

The limo pulled to a stop outside Tomoki's house, and Mikako stated, "We have arrived, I'll see you all later, don't forget we have a meeting for the New World Discovery Club tomorrow evening, alright if we hold it at your place Tomoki?"

Tomoki blinked, "Errr..."

Mikako drew a dagger and placed it at Tomoki's throat, "I trust there are no objections to that right?" Her eyes were glowing slightly but she had a devilish smile on her pretty face.

Tomoki gulped, "S-sure n-no problem...let's go everyone!" He grabbed Nymph's hand and brought her from the limo quickly as Ikaros and Sohara got out the other side. A second later the limo had driven off into the sunset with a screech of its tires.

Sohara wiped her brow, "Scaaary girl she is...I swear!"

Tomoki sighed, "Please take Nymph upstairs to get clean...hell Ikaros will join you as well. I will have a bath later..." He froze when he saw the look on Ikaros' face, "Alone if you please...I think Sohara would kill me if you joined me Ikaros."

Ikaros said, "But master...it is my duty to help you in all things."

Sohara clenched her fist and a purple aura began to glow all around her body, "Not in bathing you won't."

The Alpha Angeloid nodded, "Alright, I understand." The three girls went into the bathroom to have their bath.

About two hours later, the girls finally emerged from the bathroom with Nymph fully clean. Her clothes had been sent into the washing machine, she was dressed in an older dress of Sohara's. Nymph sat down looking all clean and not a spec of mud on her. She glanced at Tomoki who was staring then exclaimed, "What are you staring at?"

He said, "I never noticed just how blue your eyes are...do all Angeloids have such deep eyes?"

She growled, "The hell should I know? J-just go have your bath already!"

Tomoki laughed then walked off with a wave.

Sohara noted that Ikaros wasn't around and went looking for her, only to find her in the kitchen, cooking up something tasty for them all to eat. She began to fry the beef and made the rice in the rice cooker.

Ikaros said, "Dinner shall be ready within thirty minutes...please be patient and wait." She turned and looked at her with an almost blank stare, "Is there something I can help you with Sohara?"

Sohara shook her head then backed out of the kitchen and said from the hall, "Take your time...just call if you want any help." She went back into the living room and sat dwon next to Nymph. Her eyes were drawn to Nymph's hair and she noticed there were some knots in various spots so she pulled out her brush and began brushing her hair with tenderness.

Nymph nearly jumped when the brush came into contact with her hair, "What in the hell are you doing?"

Sohara said, "Relax please...I'm going to get these knots out of your hair. If you stay still it won't hurt too much...has no one ever brushed your hair Nymph?"

Nymph huffed and sat back down to allow Sohara to continue brushing her hair. She was silent for about a minute before she admitted, "No...one has ever brushed my hair. My master didn't care about my hair at all. The only thing he cares about is my completing my orders no matter what the cost. My physical welfare is not his priority."

Sohara moved closer and put an arm around Nymph's waist keeping her closer, "That is horrible Nymph...why do you allow yourself to remain with a Master like that? Can't you free yourself?"

Nymph lowered her head, "I can't escape...no one ever has escaped a master's control before."

Sohara said softly, "Ikaros did...didn't she?"

Nymph fell silent as she felt Sohara still working on her hair. She couldn't understand these downers...they seemed to genuinely care about others.

After about thirty minutes, Tomoki came out of the bath. He froze when he saw Nymph standing by the window, her hair was so smooth, no knots at all.

He walked up to her and placed his hand on her shoulder, "Looks like someone took the time to brush your hair, it looks nice Nymph."

She stared out the window at the birds then stated, "Well...my master didn't care enough to brush my hair."

Tomoki said, "Well that truly is a shame, you have nice hair and it should be cared for."

Nymph quickly faced the television to avoid staring at him. She said, "Why are you two being so nice to me anyways? You know what my mission is. Aren't you the least bit concerned about that?"

Tomoki smiled then said, "Not in the least...Ikaros is a strong angeloid. I trust her to handle situations as they arise. Besides...I'd like for you to see how people truly treat others, especially in our small town here."

Ikaros walked in and said, "Bringing in nourishment for you all. Miss Nymph could you help set the table please?"

Nymph glared and exclaimed, "Why should I set the table? It's the bug's house!"

Sohara rubbed her shoulder, "Please Nymph?"

Nymph sighed then got up and began setting the table. She didn't even know why she was doing it, maybe because Sohara had helped her, maybe because she was just trying to fit into the situation. One thing she did know was that she had only a month to finish her mission, or she wouldn't survive.

Ikaros sat down next to Nymph after serving the food and began to rub Nymph's head affectionately.

Tomoki smiled then began to eat, as did Sohara.

Nymph sighed and began to eat as well, when she was finished, she had a grain of rice on her cheek.

Tomoki reached over and plucked it off her cheek and ate it, "You missed one."

Nymph flushed slightly then stood up, "I'm going out for a walk!" She turned and began to walk out, but Ikaros was walking beside her. "What do you want Alpha? I don't really feel like company."

Ikaros said, "I am heading this direction...besides...Master wouldn't want you to travel alone, not after what happened earlier today."

Nymph growled, "Why you...I'm supposed to KILL you and you want to spend time with me?"

Ikaros nodded, "That is correct, your mission is to kill me, but I do not believe you will attempt it again."

Nymph said, "Then you don't know me very well...Alpha these people are bugs...if you returned to the Synapse with me now, Master may forgive you."

Ikaros shook her head, "Your Master would not forgive me, he'd have me executed and steal my Variable Wing Core. We know this very well...and I have scanned you since you returned. Why have you not told Master and Sohara about the bomb in your collar?"

Nymph shook slightly, "I d-don't know what you're talking about Alpha!"

Ikaros took her chin and made her stare into her eyes, "Do not attempt to lie to me Nymph...you are not very good at it. I know Master...he'd do anything to save you if he knew you were in danger."

Nymph blushed then said, "Nah...he'd send me back to the Synapse with all due haste...to protect you and Sohara."

Ikaros looked at the moon and ran her fingers through her hair for a moment, "How do you know until you try?"

Nymph fell silent and stared at the moon as well, "It is amazing just how pretty this world is...I never noticed it until tonight. I guess I never thought of it while I was in the Synapse."

Ikaros rubbed the top of her head, "I will not tell them about the bomb, but I recommend you tell them soon...before something goes wrong."

Nymph shook her head, "No human could help me with this problem...my master wants you dead...and he doesn't care if I'm a sacrificial lamb in order to achieve that mission!"

Ikaros sat back against the tree on the hilltop and stared at the moon. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and the moonlight shone down on the world below. She said, "I do not believe you would be okay with dying because your master wishes it. I know it is our duty to obey our Master's orders...but we still have the ability to force ourselves to go against our programming. If my master ordered me to kill you, I'd find a way to make you vanish from my master's sight without hurting you."

Nymph looked at Ikaros and said softly, "Alpha..."

Ikaros continued, "My master has been nothing but kind to me...and you deserve to have a kind master." She paused and pulled out a rice ball and handed it to Nymph, "I noticed you did not eat a lot at dinner, so I brought a rice ball I had prepared earlier today."

The two angeloids sat next to each other while Nymph ate her rice ball, watching the moon and the cherry blossoms together for the next two hours before finally heading home.

Meanwhile...

Sohara ran her finger along the rim of her cup then asked, "What do you intend to do Tomoki? It is clear Nymph is hiding something, although what I cannot say."

Tomoki began to pace the room. He seemed to be deep in thought, then finally he spoke, "I cannot allow something bad to happen to her. It sounds stupid, I know, but I couldn't be without either of those two Angeloids. They already feel like family. It's insane though, I've only known Ikaros for a few days now, and Nymph even less time than that."

Sohara stood up and rubbed his shoulder and comfortingly whispered, "No, it makes perfect sense to me. I feel the same way. I spent thirty minutes today just brushing Nymph's hair, although Ikaros still scares me sometimes. She is so...emotionless."

Tomoki turned to face Sohara and asked, "What do you think is the problem?"

Sohara said, "Well she is a combat model right? Maybe her emotional skills are low to compensate her skills?"

Tomoki nodded, "Well I suppose that could be possible, I couldn't see Nymph winning any battle competitions...but she seems highly intelligent. We have to help both of them. You...aren't jealous?"

Sohara grinned and hugged him then said in his ear, "Why would I be jealous? I get to be around them as well, besides I can see why you'd like them. Not only are they very interesting and sweet, but they are really cute."

Tomoki flushed, "Oh come on, they have WINGS Sohara! How could I like beings with wings?"

Sohara smiled and whispered, "Easily, because I do as well. They are so adorable and I particularly love the wings, I think they are beautiful."

Tomoki laughed and said, "Yeah that's true."

As Nymph was about to enter the house she heard Tomoki's voice. She stopped at the door to listen and heard what he said next...

Tomoki called out, "Oh come on, they have WINGS Sohara! How could I like beings with wings?"

Nymph froze with her hand on the handle as she overheard Sohara speaking, but couldn't quite hear what she was saying. She easily heard Tomoki's next statement though. She turned and fled from the scene of the house.

Ikaros saw her flying away and she entered the house. She said, "Master, Nymph just flew away...did you say something?"

Tomoki froze, "Oh shit...she must have overheard what we were talking about and misunderstood...Ikaros I need you to find her then teleport us to her location, make sure she is on the ground. Get her to stop at all costs understand?"

Ikaros' wings opened up full span, "Yes Master...I will find her!" She shot off into the sky, following Nymph.

Nymph shook her head violently as she shot along the hemisphere towards the west. She let out a scream and screamed out, "How could I have even CONSIDERED listening to Alpha? Those downers don't give a damn about me, they think anything with wings are monsters! They could never like Alpha or myself!" She shot past Mount Fuji and gave a nod to the grave before speeding up, "Passing Mach Fifteen!" She called out softly as she capped out at Mach Sixteen. She knew that if someone looked up, they'd see a glowing light above and hear the sonic boom much later. She was traveling sixteen times the speed of sound after all.

Ikaros meanwhile had caught onto her trail and sensed her speed, "Speed noted at Mach sixteen...arrival in Canada shortly...calculating best method of interception...meeting location...Vancouver Canada..." She turned and shot towards the location at Mach Twenty-Four. She landed in Gas Town, causing many humans to stop and stare at her. She ignored them and folded in her wings as she waited until she sensed Nymph coming down, "Activating Static Field...disabling flight skill!" She shot a green beam into the sky.

Nymph saw the beam just a split second too late as it struck her, causing her to start hurtling towards the ground.

Ikaros flew up and caught her.

Nymph's eyes opened then she began to struggle and shouted, "Let GO OF me! We are just winged freaks to them Alpha! You were wrong okay?"

Ikaros said, "Master said you misunderstood...my orders are to bring them to your location to explain to you what they meant!"

Nymph pressed herself closer and whispered, "Alpha...they hate us, what is to understand?"

Ikaros said, "Nymph, my Master would not lie to me. He said you misunderstood, you should hear him out."

Nymph growled, "Fine, I'll hear him out, but I can't promise I'll believe him."

Tomoki shook his head angrily and shouted, "I never should have said that out loud! I didn't think and now she thinks I hate her. How could I be so stupid!"

Sohara took his hand and started to calm him down, "You had no idea she was standing outside the door. I shouldn't have whispered when I said what I did...she may have not misunderstood then. She probably thought we were laughing about her in private."

Tomoki hung his head and said sadly, "I have to fix this...gods why do they have to fly so damn fast! Even when we get the wings from our cards, we can only fly at a decent speed once we max out our own speed and get used to them, they can fly far past the speed of sound. They could be anywhere right now. If anything happens to them, I'll never forgive myself."

Sohara took a card from his pocket, "It is glowing...remember the request? I think Ikaros has found her." She took his hand in hers, "Prepare for it, I think we are about to teleport over to their location.

Ikaros nodded and activated the card via remote. With a flash of light, Sohara and Tomoki were standing next to them.

Nymph kept her back facing them, her eyes were red, so it had been clear she had been crying and she had no wish to show them that side of her.

Tomoki walked up to her and slipped his arms around her and hugged her from behind, "I am sorry, I shouldn't have said that. Sohara was making fun of my liking the two of you so much that I defensively said that I didn't like you two because you had wings. Nothing could be further from the truth."

Sohara rubbed both of their heads, "I actually said to him that I thought your wings were beautiful...both of your wings."

Nymph turned to face them, still in Tomoki's arms. She brokenly said breathlessly, "You aren't just saying that?"

Tomoki brushed the hair out of Nymph's eyes, the small amount that had fallen out of place, "No we aren't just saying that. I made a bad choice as to how we spoke about things...and for that I truly am sorry. Both of us actually really care about you. I was actually thinking how insane it was that I already care about the two of you so much, despite your mission and despite the lack of time."

Ikaros pushed Nymph's back so she was closer to Tomoki then nodded to her.

Nymph sighed then said, "I have a confession to make to the two of you." She wriggled out of Tomoki's grasp. She sat down under the clock in Gas Town where Ikaros had caught up to her and looked at them, "My Master turned me into a living bomb...I have one month to either succeed in my mission...or to destroy Ikaros with the bomb."

Sohara's hands clapped to her mouth and she stared in horror, but not because of Nymph being a living bomb, rather the prospect that someone would turn her into one in the first place.

Tomoki's hands clenched then he took her shoulders into his hands. He said, "Nymph...look at me..." When he saw her still looking down he shouted, "Look at me NYMPH!"

Nymph reluctantly looked into his eyes and saw with stunned thoughts that he was crying.

Tomoki pulled her into his arms, "I will save you! That much I swear! I don't know much about this Synpase, but I will help you! Even if it takes my life, you will be free of that bastard!"

Sohara went behind Nymph and hugged her from behind, "Same here Nymph. Why didn't you tell us about this immediately?"

Ikaros said, "Nymph was afraid of her Master and that you two wouldn't be able to help her."

Nymph shook her head, "My master could cause that bomb to explode at any moment...he also said to make certain that Zeta and Lambda weren't in the vicinity when it exploded."

Tomoki blinked then asked, "First, we are your friends, if we get destroyed saving you, then so be it. Second, who are they?"

Nymph sighed, "I can't tell you. If I did, those two girls would awaken as Angeloids and their existence as they know it would end. Thus, I cannot tell you! All I can say is I don't know how to disarm the bomb."

Sohara said, "Would breaking you free disarm the bomb?"

At that moment, her master spoke to her, "Beta...new orders...kill the downer male that is standing before you...do it NOW!"

Nymph shook then she jumped back from the two humans, "Y-yes Master!" Her outfit changed and her wings came out full force, "I apologize...but I have a new order...die all of you! Hacking field...open..." She shook slightly as her field encompassed the section of Gas town. She raised one hand and a car that was driving by stopped and turned. She swung her arm and the car shot forward towards Tomoki.

Ikaros darted in front and stopped the car sliding back with the car.

Tomoki shouted, "Bastard let her go!" He rushed towards Nymph dodging a fire shot from the hacking Beta. He grabbed onto the chain and pulled it tight.

The master smirked, "Bad move..." He snapped his fingers and electric current began to flow through the chain.

Tomoki screamed in pain but he knew the pain he was feeling was nothing compared to what Nymph felt. Despite being blasted by a ton of electric energy, he held on tight and pulled it tighter. "Ikaros, I wish for a way to break this chain, send it to Sohara!"

Nymph shook in a spasm but sent a powerful ice blast towards Sohara, freezing her in place. "I...cannot stop...my master's...order..." She said almost mechanically at this point. It was clear that she was fighting herself as well as her own inner demons.

Ikaros was busy fighting off the fire energy that Nymph was firing out. She was fighting almost in desperation now. She called out, "Master, a sword has been sent to Sohara, you must free her from the ice to free Nymph.

The master snapped his fingers, "You two, go down there and destroy them all save Beta! I will deal with her myself, punish her as you wish, however I will take her life personally..."

The two Angeloids bowed, "At once Master..." The two vanished and appeared on the battlefield.

Ikaros froze, "No! Master there are two more that have just arrived. Balanced type Angeloids Gamma and Harpy." She closed her eyes then they opened blood red and a halo appeared above her head. Her wings shot out full spread and she took off, "Master use caution, those two are dangerous." She shot towards Gamma, while Harpy seemed to have disappeared.

Gamma smiled, "Aw isn't Alpha adorable today...I brought along a special gift from my master!" She tossed a ring that grew in size and grabbed Ikaros sending her crashing to the ground, electric blasts shocking her preventing her from using her abilities to help the others, "Harpy do it now! Punish Beta for failing in her mission!"

Tomoki shouted, "Like hell I will let you punish her for wanting to be free!" He rushed towards Nymph again, but found himself face to face with the Prometheus Cannon of Gamma, "I sincerely doubt you'll be able to stop us..." She appeared next to Sohara who was still stuck in place by the ice field and pointed it at her head, "Move a muscle and her head will be separated from her body! Harpy now!"

Harpy slammed Nymph to the ground and stepped on her back causing the Angeloid to scream out in pain. Harpy smirked, "Oh we aren't done yet!" She grabbed onto Nymph's left wing and began to slowly rip it off.

Nymph screamed in pure agony, tears streaming down her face as she felt the urge to vomit onto the street below.

Tomoki sobbed for Nymph, he could feel his heart tearing in two from watching Nymph suffer so. He cried out, "You two are pure evil! How could you be so monstrous?"

Ikaros saw Nymph crying, in pain beyond measure. She began to struggle against the ring that was holding her in place.

Harpy kicked Nymph once then ripped her other wing off, "Now you are just a wingless reject just like all the other downers! Worthless Beta! Our master gave you the gift of the greatest intelligence of any Angeloid, and you squandered it by becoming close to these downers. Even if you pretended otherwise, your heart wasn't in your mission anymore, if anyone is to blame, it is you!" She kicked Nymph through one of the nearby restaurant walls.

Nymph couldn't even stand, she managed to crawl her way out of the restaurant and looked up brokenly as Harpy pointed the Prometheus cannon at Nymph's face.

Harpy smirked, "Goodbye Beta...I'll send regards to that pathetic bird you killed in your master's name!"

Nymph froze in fear.

Tomoki screamed out, "IKAROS!"

~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-HLPAR~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-

Ikaros let out a scream that shook the buildings nearby and the ring shattered into a million pieces. She looked to Tomoki who nodded and she went into full Uranus Queen mode. She vanished and Gamma found herself flying into the sky at a speed of Mach Three from one hit of Ikaros' fist.

Harpy took off and joined Gamma in the sky. Harpy swore, "I didn't think that Alpha would escape that!"

Ikaros' eyes were blazing in anger, which was a rarity for her, being so emotionless. She said, "Enabling full lockdown of area..." A golden barrier surrounded the three Angeloids, "You are bitches that only obey their master's orders, like dogs in heat! You will pay for your injustices this day! For what you did to my friend, I will rip every limb from your body and watch as you cry for mercy to the Synapse itself!"

Tomoki raced over to Sohara and picked up the sword and slashed on her, causing the ice to shatter.

Sohara sneezed and shook her head free of the snow that the ice had turned into.

Tomoki said, "We have to break that chain before that bomb goes off!"

The master snapped his fingers again and the bomb dropped from its current timer to one minute, seven seconds. "Let's see them deal with that!"

Tomoki and Sohara raced over but Sohara gasped when she saw that bomb had lit up, and there was a countdown timer of one minute and two seconds.

Sohara cried out, "T-Tomoki...we have a minute!"

Tomoki grabbed the chain and stepped on the end near Nymph while pulling hard on the other end, electric shocks or no, he refused to let it slacken.

Meanwhile...

Ikaros shot towards the two Interceptors and released a full volley of Artemis missiles which both Harpy and Gamma dodged.

Harpy smirked, "You'll have to do better than that Alpha...we already prepared for your attacks and I promise you, nothing you do can stop us!"

Ikaros' eyes narrowed into slits, "We will see about that...Apollon!" She held up her hand and the bow appeared she attached a dark energy ball towards the end of it and fired. "Aegis extend and engage!" She caused the shield to trap the two interceptors in the shield as the explosion ripped along their bodies, causing them to crash into the ground. She landed in front of them, "Aegis protected the city while you two felt the explosion!"

Gamma slowly got to her feet and pressed the Prometheus Cannon against her chest, "At this range, Aegis won't protect you...goodbye Alpha!"

Ikaros stared at them blankly, "You can attempt to fire, but before you can even touch the trigger you will die..."

Gamma looked behind Ikaros and froze as she saw something coming out from behind Ikaros. She backed up a step then shook as she said, "H-Hephestus...impossible! How did she summon that while using the Apollon...that was supposed to be too powerful to used in tandom!"

Harpy looked just as terrified as her sister then saw Ikaros still staring at them blankly, "What are you so calm about?" She shouted at Ikaros.

Ikaros said, "Just look down!"

The two looked down and realized they forgot to take out Nymph.

Just as the Apollon had hit the two Interceptors, Sohara had slashed the sword with full force at the chain, causing it to break, and the timer had stopped at exactly 0:07 remaining.

Tomoki held the injured Nymph in his arms, "Poor girl...she didn't deserve this...Ikaros! Get those two out of here and get down here!"

~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-HLPAR~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-

Ikaros bowed then said, "You two have a choice, either leave now back to your master's heels like the lapdogs you are...or I will destroy you!" The Hephestus behind her came out of subspace and locked on with laser cannons as well as the grappling arms, ready to fire full force. Only one Angeloid would have been able to stop a blast like that, at least of the ones that existed thus far. That Angeloid was not there yet.

Gamma and Harpy turned tail and fled back to the Synpase as fast as their wings could carry them, which was surprisingly fast.

Ikaros sighed and returned to normal mode and landed next to her Master, Sohara and Nymph. She stroked the weakened Nymph's hair, "She has lost her wings and seventy-five percent of her power, however she is free from her master's control."

Tomoki picked her up, "Ikaros, return to our home and warp the three of us there. I want to be there in less than a minute. I want to make sure Nymph will be alright."

Ikaros took off at Mach 24, heading for home.

Sohara cried, "Her wings were so beautiful...those heartless creatures, how could they?" She knelt and picked up the two wings that had been torn off and held them to her chest and sobbed.

Nymph groaned feverishly, "I'm sorry...I'm sorry master...I'm sorry..."

Tomoki held her closer to him and stared angrily at the sky, "I swear you will pay for this!"

The master's voice came from Nymph's collar, "Aw did I upset the pathetic bug? Listen up human and listen well...so long as you have Beta and Alpha with you, I will continue to send Angeloids after you...until the day you return them to me...either whole or in pieces, I don't care!"

Tomoki moved closer to her collar and whispered into it, "Drop dead...asshole! If you send any Angeloids here, Ikaros and I will take them out, just like we did to the two you just sent."

The master's voice began to laugh, "The next one...will be far stronger than even the two of those combined...I am sending the most powerful Angeloid that currently exists...she will be coming for you...Tomoki Sakurai and not even Alpha will be able to stop her!" The voice fell silent.

A few hours later, Sohara was bathing Nymph in the bathroom again, this time tenderly cleaning her back, tears streaming down her own face, "This is horrible...how could they...just how could they!" She sobbed next to Nymph. The wings had been brought back and were on the counter. Sohara had even brought a sewing needle to attempt to sew them back on, but they had been torn off too close to the base.

Nymph gently said, "Please...stop crying. What is done is done. I didn't think Ma...he would order them to rip my wings off...I guess that prevents me from being a threat. When an Angeloid loses a wing, her power drops by half, lose both wings and her power drops to 25% of her original power. At that level I am not a threat. Even if I had been Alpha I wouldn't be a threat if my wings were removed. To an Angeloid...her wings and having a master are the two most vital parts. Without both...an Angeloid has no purpose."

Sohara washed Nymph's hair and asked, "Do you think Tomo would be your master?"

Nymph shook her head, "He has more important things on his mind...like who my old master will send against him. Now that he has directly interfered with angeloids and their missions...he will be a target...the target of the next Angeloid...I only hope he sends who I think he will send. If it IS her, then we don't have much to worry about."

Tomoki rubbed Ikaros on top of her head, "You did good Ikaros...who do you think the Synpase will send?"

Ikaros said, "There is only one Angeloid that is anywhere near my power...and that would be Delta. If he sends her, don't be fooled by her looks. She is a beautiful Angeloid, but is an expert fighter..."

Tomoki blinked, "You hestitated there for a moment...what is it?"

Ikaros shook her head, "It is nothing master..."

Tomoki said, "Out with it Ikaros!"

Ikaros sighed, "Nymph has lost both her wings and her master...for an Angeloid, losing one or the other is understandable...but losing both is destructive to her psyche...you must help her through it Master...or she will break down."

Tomoki nodded, "I won't leave her, you know that!"
