Komi was completley dumbfounded.
As if this Creature simply existing wasn´t strange enough now also Spoke and with the Vocie of a Person that was around her Age no less.
At fist she thought she was dreaming but somehow she knew that was not the Case. A Part of her wanted to faint but another Part was strangely comforted by the Presence of this Cat-Serpent, she had no Idea that this would only get more enjoyable from here on out for her.
Komi didn´t know why but she decided she would greet the Creature back, prehaps this was due to all the Lessons that Tanado and her other Friends taught her wich made her more and more verbal and confident as a whole.
''He-Hello'', she timidly said to the Serpent whil giving it a small and nervous Smile.
The Reptile seemed to beam with Joy as he said, ''Oh thank the Gods. I was afraid that my Apperance scared your Voice away. Sorry by the Way tor starteling you so much.''
The Apology and his Friendliness felt natural and true wich helped Komi to relax a little though she remained somewhat on Guard.
''It is alright. I-I mean you did give quite a Scare but I am okay,'' she replied to the Snake still rather nervous. The Feline-Snake nodded in a relieved Manner and said, ''Good, good. I am rather pleased to hear it''. Komi, who was a little more confident now straightend her Posture and asked the Question that was on her Mind the Momment she first laid Eyes on the strange but seemingly friendly Creature.
She asked, ''I-I´m sorry to ask you this. I really don´t me-mean any offense but... what are you if I may ask?''
The Serpent softly chuckled to himself and answerd, ''My Name is Prince Ottokar and I am a Tazelwurm.''
Komi went from confiedent to confused and intrigued at this Statement. She asked, ''A... T-Tazelwurm?''
Another warm Chuckle from Ottokar before he explained, ''Well a Tazelwurm or Pawdragon in English is a Type of feline and snake-like Dragon.''
'A Dragon?', thought Komi to herself as she strated to belive that she somehow stumbled into an European Fairytale. She collected her Thoughts and asked, ''A-And you say that You are a... Prince?''
At that Question Ottokar´s Face went from jolly to somber as he answerd, ''Well... I WAS a Prince a long Time ago. Lets just say I have made some Mistakes and I am now paying for them.''
Komi was now even more confused as she tilted her Head to the Side curiously. Ottokar sighed and then said, ''Look all you need to know is a long Time ago I have made a Series of terrible and idiotic Mistakes and as punishment a rather angerd Wizard cursed me into being a Tazelwurm and never Age until he deems that enough Time has passed to turn me Back.''
Komi needed a while to digest this info, now she was fully convinced she was in a Fairytale of sorts. ''But enough about me...'', Ottokar suddenly said, ''What about you?''
That Question caught Komi completly off Guard. ''M-M-Me?'', she stammerd in suprise and even blushed a little. ''Well I just want to know your Name and where you are from and why you are here'', Ottokar explained politely with a Smile, ''If it is alright'', he added. Komi considerd for a while then decided it was only Fair as he answerd her Question earlier.
''Very well y-you may ask your question,'' she said with another nervous Smile, again Ottokars persence though somewhat intimedating was oddly comferting for an unexplainebale Reason.
''Splendid! First of all: What is your Name fair Maiden?'', the Serpent asked her. Komi blushed greatly at beign called a ``Maiden´´ but she answerd , ``My N-Name is Komi Shouko but you can call me just Komi your Highness.'' Ottokar chuckled again and replied, ''Well it is nice to meet you Maiden Komi and you don´t have to call me ``your Highness´´, just Ottokar.''
The Feline Serpent smirked wich mad Komi more at ease and she returned the Smile before saying, ''It´s nich to meet you too Ottokar.'' She didn´t even bother to tell him not to call her ``Maiden´´ for 2 Reasons: firstly she had a Feeling that he wouldn´t even be able to and secondly she feelt flaterd whe he did.
''Where are you from Maiden Komi?'', Ottokar asked, Komi replied, ''From a far away Lang called Japan. I-I am a Student there and me and my Classmates are here on Visit to learn about this Country before we go back Home. Our Hotel is not far from your Cave.'' Ottokar considerd the Answer for a Bit, he had heard of Japan tells from Travelers in his Youth but never thought he would actually meet someone from there let alone such a Beauty. After a short While he asked his final Question, ''Very interesting Maiden Komi, however if that is the Case then I have to ask why are you here?''
Komi looked at Ottokar confused unsure how to Respond. Seeing this the dragon Prince clarified, ''I mean why have you come into my Cave and in the Middle of the Night no less? After all that is a bit unusal so I can´t help but think something is troubleing you my Dear.'' Komi was tacken a back by this Question and at that rememberd the painfull Reason for her late Night Walk as her Experssion turned somber. Ottokar noticed the Effect his Question had on her and assured her, ''If you don´t wish to talk about this then we don´t hav-''
''No, i-it´s al-alright. I-I will tell you'', Komi said cutting Ottokar off and suprising her a bit. Komi had decided `to Hell with it, I just have Vent a little´, she didn´t vent to any of thier Friends out of Fear that Tanado and Manbagi would learn of it and shed didn´t wish to trouble thier Relationship with it, inspite of how painfull it was to see them together she cared and respected them both to much to make this thier Burden.
''Very well,'' said Ottokar, '' I shall hear what you have to tell.'' Komi took a deep Breath and started her Story about how she fell in love with Tanado after he helped her so much an how she befriended Manbagi over all the Things they had in common. She then went on with how Tanado and Manbagi fell for eachother and how it hurt her seeing them as a Couple but also how she wouldn´t dare to come between them because they were and still are very dear to her. And finally she told him how she snuck out to clear her Head and that was when she found his Cave and decided to venture in. Ottokar listend carefully and when Komi was done with her Tale of Heartbreak it became very quiet. After a few Minutes Ottokar spoke, ''I am very sorry Maiden Komi, the Situation find yourself in is quite an awful one indeed.''
He was sincere in his Sympathy for Komi and was now determined to ease her Pain.
