The moment he stepped into the gym he took a deep breathe of the smell of sweat and the sounds of grunts as men and women alike as they picked up weights and ran on treadmills. Kento smiled as he signed on and entered the large gym. Even though it was going at six in the evening there were still people working out or just weight lifting. Not too crowded but not empty either. Looking around he made his way to a weight machine and set his bag on the side; he adjusted the weights and lay on the bench, making sure he was comfortable then pulled on a pair of worn yet durable leather gloves with the fingers cut off. Kento had learned from past experience that while pumping iron was not wise to have sweaty palms.
‘I’m just glad I managed to roll to the side before the weights took my head off,’ he chuckled to himself as he gripped the bar tightly and began to count his reps. ‘Course the guys weren’t too happy that I busted the bench and made a large hole in the floor when the weights hit. Oh well, I bought a new one.’ His mind began to focus on his reps as he counted each time he lifted them up and down, so he never noticed when a rather handsome and familiar young man entered the gym.
Dais paused as he looked around the area. The area wasn’t filled with a lot of people so that made him happy. He wore a pair of dark colored sweatpants with a hooded sweatshirt and sneakers. He had to admit, if felt very weird in these civilian clothing but they were comfortable and if he grew too hot he could just removed the sweatshirt. He had a tank top underneath.
‘Where to start first…’ he said to himself. Looking around before located a tred mill and nodded to himself as he slowly made his way over. ‘I’ll warm up then work on the weights.’ Setting his duffel bag down, he stepped onto the tred mill and looked down at the buttons. ‘It’s times likese ese I’m glad Miss Koji and those Ronins taught us about the modern world.’ Starting it up he began at a jog but set a time limit of 45 minutes to an hour. It should be enough to get him warmed up then he could do some bench presses. But as he ran his mind began to drift along.
After the final war with Talpa finally being destroyed then Kay Kayura regaining order over the Dynasty, he and the other Warlords decided to see what they had missed since they had been recruited. It was surprising to see just how much they did miss and all the advancements made to the world while under the Demon Lord’s control. It took some time but everyone had more or less learned to deal with the new world; they even had jobs and homes of their own.
Cale was naturally a night owl but now with all the exciting activities one could find after hours he may as well be considered a vampire. He was almost never seen between sun rise and dusk but that suited him fine. The former Dark Warlord of Corruption also owned a garage where he specialized in motorcycle/custom parts and sponsored his own racing team for winter games.
Sekhmet was still a loner at heart, talking to the Ronins and Warlords briefly for days, weeks, even months at a time! Although they never showed it the warriors were worried for him but all their worries and fears wee put to rest when on their last visit, the former Dark Warlord of Venom said that he was now residing in a small town as an herbalist. Just as good as a doctor with all their degrees he helped these simple people with all their aliments and was looked upon with respect instead of fear. He didn’t show it but he could not be any happier.
Dais himself, owed a used bookstore in down Twn Toyama where business was good and he didn’t mind the traffic or such as his neighbors did. The reason his store was such a hit though was that it seemed to meet everyone needs from children to young adults, even an old man like the other Warlords. Although not as glamorous as the others the former Dark Warlord of Illusions found peace in his job.
‘Life is good,’ he thought to himself, hearing the tred-mill beep. Looking down he realized his time was up and slowed to a walk before it stopped. He wasn’t sweating but his body was a bit warm. Grabbing his bag he moved to one of the weight machines and set his bag down once more. He adjusted the weights before leaning back and began his own reps.
Kento sighed as he finally set the bar bell down and took a deep breathe. His arms felt like rubber bands which tingled a bit. ‘Worth it in he long run,’ he smiled to himself as he got up only to see that the machine he wanted to use next wareadready in use. ‘Ah I can wait.’ Patting his face with the towel he brought he watched the person push at the weights with a steady pace. The bulky youth knew it was rude to stare but for some reason the person seemed very familiar. Squinting he saw wavy hair tied into a simple tail that he thought it was a woman because of the length but white? It took only a moment for him to fit it in with a face and name that he walked over and stared.
“Dais?”
The Warlord paused and looked up at the youth, blinking in surprise. He used his illusion to hide the eye patch so to everyone they would just see him with two pale blue eyes but it didn’t work on the Ronins or Warlords unless he used a bit more magic. “Hardrock?”
“I didn’t know you came to the gym,” Kento said, a bit surprised.
“I just started a week ago and even then I came late at night.” He continued with his weight lighting but nodded to him. “You come here as well, I take it?”
“Yeah for a while now. I come at irregular times ‘cuz of work though.” Looking around he decided to use the machine next to him so they could continue talking. “What’s new?”
“Nothing much but I did hear that Cale and Sage are now a couple,” Dais said calmly as he counted mentally.
“Huh, can’t say that I’m really surprised. Opposites attract.”
“I know but it’ll be interesting to say the least. What about yourself?”
“Nothing major really. My sister and I are kinda at war ‘cuz she’s dating this guy from school.”
“Something wrong with him?”
“No he’s alright I guess; mom, dad, and grandpa already meet him but… well she’s my baby sister!”
“And as her older brother you want to protect her. Hardrock, I’ve meet your family and they are good people. I understand that you love her and want to protect her but you can’t. She has to live her own life, to make mistakes to learn from them, yes sadly enough, get her heart broken so she knows how to deal with it in the future. The only thing you can do is be there for her when she needs you,” Dais explained calmly.
Kento paused in his own reps and stared at his former enemy before speaking. “… Where do you get this stuff?”
The older man looked at him and smiled lightly. “What do you think I do all day in my store when it’s slow?”
“Oh right, you owe a bookstore!” the bulky youth exclaimed as he slapped his forehead. Dais laughed softly, feeling more at ease that he usual did.
So they talked as they worked on the weight machines, spotting one another so they wouldn’t accidentally pull something that by the time they finished their muscles felt like over sued rubber bands. Kento sighed as he mopped at his face once more, glad he wore a sleeveless shirt and turned to ask Dais something but just stared with his jaw hanging open.
The young man pulled his sweatshirt off, sighing in relief as he brushis his hair over his shoulders before rolling his shoulders some. He wore a black tank top that contrasted sharply against his milky white skin. He was sweating lightly that his skin seemed to glow and the sweatpants settled snugly on his slender hips yet he could almost imagined the strong, long legs and how graceful he looked just standiherehere yet for some reason, the bearer of Hardrock found his mouth dry as cotton.
“So Hardrock, know anywhere we can be alone?” Dais asked as he bent over to rummage through his bag.
‘Did I just hear him right?’ Kento asked himself as he tried very hard not to study the ass bend over. He had a strong urge to reach over and--He blinked and quickly shoved the dirty images aside. “Um you want to repeat that?” he asked, trying very hard to keep hoiceoice steady.
“I asked if you knew somewhere were we could be alone. You know, to practice a bit of one on one combat.” He straightened and looked at him, holding his bag in one hand. “What did you think I meant?”
“Oh um nothing! Yeah, there’s a room for kickboxing classes but the instructor doesn’t teach on these days. I’m sure we can use if it’s unlocked.” He rubbed his head though as he grabbed his own bag. “But why?”
“For one thing this area is too crowded with all the machines and I don’t like to fight with a crowd watching.” He shrugged and nodded to him. “Lead the way, Hardrock.”
“Okay but first do me a favor? Call me Kento. Not Kento of Hardrock or Hardrock or Hardhead, just Kento. Alright?”
“Alright.”
Sure enough the room was empty and it was large studio as well. There were several punching bags hanging from the ceiling and had the far wall covered in mirrors from floor to ceiling. There was a stack of mats in the corner and several already on the floor. Dais and Kento both set their bags against the wall and after stretching a bit faced one another.
“Ready?” Kento asked.
“First one to get pinned to the mat is the winner,” Dais said.
“Right.”
“Go!”
The two of them moved quickly, using their agility and reflexes to dodge, kick, flip but these were all basic moves. It was just to keep them in shape and they weren’t stupid enough to go into a full fight in such a small area. They could also seriously hurt each other without meaning to. Dais was impressed at his much faster the young man was and how he didn’t rush into the fighting as he was prone to do when they first fought. Kento was still amazed at how graceful Dais moved, his attacks were like poetry in motion but when he dodged a punch he saw that his guard was down.
‘Now’s my chance!’ Moving quickly he ended up behind him and grabbed him in a full nelson.
“What?” Dais couldn’t move his arms and he was trapped. Thinking it over he smiled a bit before straightening his arm overhead and drooped into a controlled tumble.
Kento blinked and barely had time to catch the foot that came at him and using the other man’s momentum threw him off balance. Once they hit the mat he quickly straddled him and pinned his hands down. “I win,” he said proudly.
The white haired man just raised a elegant brow at this. “Really? What if I do this?” He bucked his hips, causing their groins to press against one another. This caused the young man to relax his grip, looking at him with large eyes. Dais took the chance to throw him off before pinning him to the ground. “I win.”
“H-Hey waitasec! You cheated!”
“How so?”
“Well that was a dirty trick you pulled on me!”
“You let your guard down and I took advantage of it.” Dais got to his feet before reaching a hand down. “But if it made you uncomfortable I’m sorry.”
Kento looked up at him before accepting the hand and let himself be pulled to his feet. “So right, man. Least we both got a good work-out.”
“Indeed but it’s getting late, I have an early shipment coming in,” Dais sighed as he picked up his bag.
“Hey let’s hit the sauna first. Great way to relax and unwind,” Kento said as he lifted his bag over his shoulder.
“Hmm alright. That last thing either of us needs is to have muscle spasms.”
Glorious hot stream filled the room, making it hard to see but that didn’t matter to the occupants. The walls were lined in white tile, feeling cool against heated skin. The floor was sunken so it had two rows of benches to sit with the main stream of heat coming from the middle of the floor. Dais and Kento were seated on the bottom level, across from each other as they rel.
.
The bearer of the Armor of Earth studied his former nemesis sting just across from him. Since they were the only ones in the sauna Dais had dropped the illusion that his left eye. He said how he lost the eye but he never had time to ask him such a personal question either. Hell he still didn’t know how Cale got the scars on his face! But to ask him wouldn’t it be considered rude?
“Hey Dais, can I ask ya something?” he asked, wiping at his brow with the back of his hand.
“Go ahead,” he waved his hand at him, not bothering to lift his head where he was leaning back.
“How’d ya lose you eye?”
“… It was before I received my armor, during a battle,” he began, “I was a soldier, around your age when you first donned your armor, if I’m not mistaken. I was young and had first joined the army that in my first battle an archer got lucky and took out my eye. I guess you can say I was lucky that I didn’t die but it didn’t make the healing any less painful.”
“Ouch. So how’d you get your armor then?”
“You know my kanji is ‘nin’, or Endurance, correct?” Kento nodded. “We were ambushed during the night. Our enemy used their archers to rain arrows upon us only the arrowhead had been wrapped in cloth, dipped in oil, and then lit. Needless to say many of the men I fought with died in their sleep. I was one of the few to survive and not look like a burnt corpse.”
“So, what did you do?”
“What else? The survivors banged together and gathering everything that wa des destroyed in the fire we charged the archers. We were outnumbered 10 to 3 but we didn’t care. All we wanted was revenge for those we had lost because our enemy chose to attack us in the dead of night and with flaming arrows. When it was over I was the only one left standing. I remember that I was covered in blood and gore, my body was weary and I wanted nothing more than to just lie down and die but I didn’t. I could feel myself getting weaker with every drop of blood that fell from my wounds and yet, I remained on my feet. I still don’t know why but my body began to move, taking me away from the battle field and into a cave.
“As I entered I realize that there were scrolls to ward off evil from it. It looked like it was a kind of shrine of something and I knew I should have turned back but my body refused to listen. It was dark and hard to see but when I reached the back of the cave I saw a large chest on a small alter. The chest was large, red and trimmed in gold with chains wrapped around it tightly, keeping it locked tightly. On one side was a gold and black emblem of a spider.”
The Chinese youth’s eyes widen at the description. “You mean the armor was hidden in a cave?!”
“It had been entrusted to a temple but when the war came they hid it in the cave for safe keeping,” he explained, lifting his head and looked at him. “You see, at the time only the strongest lived and they preyed on the weakest. If they found something they deemed valuable they would take it. The priests hid it in a place they didn’t think anyone would find it.”
“But you found it.”
“Only because it called out to me. Although I should have die from all my wounds, even when I lost my eye my body refused to let go. My level of endurance has always been high and little did I know that’s what the armor was calling out to. I still don’t remember much for I think I blacked out for a moment but when I regained consciousness I found myself staring at the armor, sitting before the large chest and staring at me. The rest, as you say is history.”
“Damn… Who would have thought…” Kento said in a low tone as he ran a hand through his damp hair. “Now that I think about it, the armors seemed to have called out to each of us in someway or another. We’re not so different after all.”
“More differences than similarities,” Dais said softly.
“Man, give it a rest! I know what Talpa did was uncalled for and shit but that’s in the past!”
“It’s easy for you to say because you weren’t used as a puppet. Tell me something, have you ever been in a real battle? One where you risk not only your life but your sanity as well? Did you fight, knowing there would be a chance that wouldn’t live to see the next sunrise? Did you ever have to watch as the ones you fought with were slaughtered before your eyes but you could do nothing to stop it? Did you ever stain your hands with the blood of those you killed, whether they were they deserved it or not? Did you have nightmares where disembodied people demanded revenge for taking their lives?” he asked coolly, watching at the young warrior looked at him with shocked eyes. However, he was the one to look away. “I am over 440 years old and I still have nightmares of all the bloodshed.”
“You don’t look older than 21!! Dais…” Hardrock sighed before getting up and moved over to sit next to him, reaching up to rest a meaty hand on his shoulder, “I can only guess how it’s tearing you inside but you have to realize you’ve been given another chance at life. I’m not saying you shouldn’t forget the past but try to let it go.”
Dais looked at him, his pale blue eye searching the young man’s blue-gray eyes before he smiled weakly. “When did you become so wise?”
Now at this Kento laughed heartedly. “Hang around Sage or Cye for as long as I have and you pick up some of that wisdom stuff!!”
“Does this mean I’m forgiven for all my past actions?” the one-eyed man asked.
“Yeah, guess you can say that,” the young man nodded.
“Even for this?” Before he could be stopped the Warlord leaned over and pressed his lips against the young man’s. Kento gasped, eyes going wide as Dais deepen the kiss, probing ton tongue into his warm mouth. As they kissed the pale man moved so that he was straddling the other man’s lap. With only thin towels wrapped around their waists the feel of sweaty skin rubbing against one another was enough to cause all the blood rushing to their groins. Kento soon realized how good this felt that he reached out, grasping the slender hips tightly and groaned deeply as he began to kiss back. Dais echoed the groin with his own, rubbing their clothed crotches against each other as one hand ran through his hair, the other gripping his shoulder tightly. They continued to kiss and grope like that they didn’t hear the door open until someone sputtered.
“Oh well e-excuse me I didn’t realize th-there was someone in here!” an older man stuttered as he quickly backed out. Kento blinked as they pulled apart but when he looked at Dais he flushed brightly. Dais had the body of a young woman with sensual curves but retained the milky white skin, wavy, snow white hair and pale blue eyes.
“Illusion?” he panted softly, aware of their current position.
‘Dais’ nodded slowly. “I’ll just leave you alone then,” he said softly and made to move off but the hands on his hips tighten.
“I want you to stay but could you drop the illusion? Better.” Kento smiled as Dais looked like a man once more before pulling him close and resumed the deep kiss.
Dais fairly melted against him as he parted his lips, letting the dominating tongue enter his mouth and begin to map the entire region. He let him, groaning in delight as he reached down to tug their towels out of the way, moaning as their bare erections brushed against one another. Tilting his head back he felt the lips move along the side of his throat, hands grasping his ass as he clung tighter.
“Dais… damnit I can’t hold out,” Kento grunted into his ear, arching his hips into his as their sweaty skin rubbed against one another.
“Then… take me,” Dais moaned but stopped him when he felt a hand reached down. “Just take me like this. I’m not a virgin and I can’t wait any longer.”
“You sure? I mean I don’t want to hurt you.”
“My dear Hardrock… there is a fine line between pleasure and pain…” Smiling Dais kissed him lightly before sitting up then back down. He relaxed his body as he guided Kento’s massive length into his body, pausing so the two of them would get used to this. When he was completely in he waited, both sharing light kisses before Dais slowly moved.
The powerful youth hissed as the constricting heat engulfed him, closing tightly as it pulled up then slide back down. Flexing his hands he guided the hips over his own, enjoying the way Dais moaned and arched his body he leaned forward and licked at the sweaty skin. It tasted salty yet sweet that soon he found himself teasing the rose colored nipples into hardening. Still taking his time he lightly grazed his teeth over them, making his lover inhale sharply before relaxing in his arms. This last quite a while but he wanted more. Sitting up he made sure he had a firm hold on the pale hips before lifting him up until only the head of his cock remained inside then slammed him down.
It took everything the illusionist had not to scream but it still came out a bit chocked as he wrapped his legs around the thick waist. His body arched as he rode the Ronin long and hard, feeling his fair skin bruising from the force but he didn’t care. The thick meat pumped in and out of his willingly body, rubbing against the slick walls that when he shifted he cried out, feeling the cock now slide up to jam repeatedly into a place that he had forgotten he had. Biting his lip he urged Kento to give it to him, to go faster and harder. Went he did Dais just hide his face in the side of his neck, sharp cries escaping his lips.
Kento knew he couldn’t hold out much longer as the slender, hot body in his arms rode him like no tomorrow. He knew he was going to be feeling it later but this was sure as hell worth it. Grunting he kept thrusting into Dais’ willing body, feeling his harden cock dig into his abs he reached between them and stroked it firmly several times before he felt his lover tense and give a low, throaty moan as he came in his hand. Feeling his hot release Kento groaned and thrusted in so deeply his balls were pressed tight against the puckered entrance before releasing all his semen into him. They stayed like a while longer before he help Dais off but held him close.
“Holy shit… I never had sex like that before,” Kento panted as he smiled at him. “How ya feeling?”
“Bit sore but it was certainly worth it,” Dais smiled then winced when he moved. Reaching down he retrieved their towels and wrapped one around his waist. “I believe it’s time we head home.”
“Oh. Okay.” Kento was a bit disappointed. Was that all Dais wanted, someone to screw with? He turned to leave but paused when he felt slender arms wrap around his waist.
“Let’s go to my place, its closer.”
“For sleep or something else on your mind, spider?” he asked, smiling at him over his shoulder.
“Whatever do you mean?” he asked innocently as one of his hands reached under the towel to tease his cock. Kento groaned but took his hand out.
“Fine you’re home.” Still not releasing his head they walked out of the sauna and headed to where they had placed their clothing. The man hat had interrupted them gave them a knowing smile before dashing into the sauna. Hardrock was confused but looking at his lover he tried not to laugh. Dais was female once more and with the tiny towel around her waist and damp hair barely covering her breasts and had an innocent look on her face. “You sure you’re a guy under that?” Kento joked.
“Hmm you can find that out when w get to my place,” she purred, rubbing up against him as she let the towel drop.
“Have an eventful evening!”
