~*~*~*~*~ Chapter 2 – Stockholm Syndrome ~*~*~*~*~

The sky was clear and the sunset shined with shades that could only be described as something from out of this world. Apparently it was the end of another day like all others during that month, most people were delighted to see such beauty in the world but one young female trainer alone felt like it was nothing but mother nature’s way of compensating for what the future was probably about to bring.

“How can you watch that crap? Seriously just the idea of people truly believing that stuff makes me wanna give up on society and jump off this aircraft.” complained Max turning his head away from the window towards the girl watching a paranormal show on television.

“Stop being such a drama queen Maxy, after all our travels together you should know by now that weird things do exist.” answered Ash wakening from his sleep.

“Yes, but all of those had logical explanations, everything that is caught by human senses can be analyzed and explained, all paranormal stories are nothing but simple events that were distorted by the human mind and people’s believes.” commented Gary while focusing on driving the large airliner.

“Don’t you get bored of just hearing yourself talk…where’s the fun in life without a little mystery? Don’t listen to these two Vi, they’re nothing but salt less sourpusses.”

“Actually I don’t really believe in this stuff either, but for some reason this story caught my attention…” she answered still staring at the screen, “…an old man insists that he owns a large mansion in the middle of the Eterna Forest, it belonged for centuries to his ancestors but now he can’t find it as if it vanished from the face of the Earth. His family says that even thou they heard about that mansion they never saw it or went there, they fear the old man is losing his mind, especially since he seems to have lost all documents and pictures that proved the building’s existence. It’s actually a pretty recent story, he tried to visit that house last week.”

“The family is right it’s probably just an old geezer going insane, tired brains play tricks on your mind maybe he dreamed he owned that house and confused it with the reality.” suggested Max bored.

“I doubt that, he grew up in there…his brain wouldn’t confuse his entire childhood with a false memory unless he had some mental disorder.” answered the girl.

“That forest is infested with Ghost Pokemon maybe they’re just playing around with the old guy.” suggested Ash.

“Discussing this will lead us nowhere, we’ll be flying over the Eterna Forest soon anyways did they say where the house was suppose to be?” asked Gary without wanting to admit the subject was wakening his curiosity.

“Yeah it’s somewhat near the Old Chateau, but very far from the road that’s why most people are afraid of going there.”

“Then we’ll fly over that area, if there’s anything there it should be easily seen from the sky.” he decided.

“Just admit you dig this kind of stuff too will ya?” teased Ash.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

At the same time somewhere not very far away.

A light began taunting his eyes, they were sore, all his body was sore. Jack woke up and felt a sharp pain in his head, he figured he’d still be in the same cave he remembered but under him was a comfortable burgundy fabric.

“Hum..? You’re waking up already? Go back to sleep your body isn’t ready yet.” complained an unknown voice.

“What…? Where am I…?” said Jack touching his face, he noticed his skin was incredibly warm, he knew it meant he had a very serious fever.

“I’m only suppose to watch over you, go back to sleep, Master Damien wont like seeing you up so soon.”

“Damien…oh shit…what did that fucker do to me?” he asked feeling dizzy and unable to see who was talking to him, his vision was still very blurry.

“You don’t remember anything do you?”

“Shit no, what did that turd do to my body…? I feel like crap…”

The first answer was nothing but an angry moan.

“Who do you think you are?” finally asked the stranger.

“Jack Foster, I’m a Hoenn Ranger, tell me what the Hell is going on!”

“I know your name but watch your tongue, in here you’re nobody.”

“…”

“Where is Damien? Let me talk to that shit head.”

Jack heard only another irritated grunt before he saw a small bubble slowly flying towards him, it exploded in middle air bumping him against the large bed he was in.

“This one was just a warning, don’t ever offend our Master again.”

“Fuck…what is wrong with you?” complained Jack feeling his body getting worst than before, but still it didn’t feel half as bad as it did during his incident at the League.

“Me? I went through Hell to be here while you were chosen from the start. What makes a loser like you so special? I could kill you with nothing more than a Bubble Beam.” threatened the stranger, Jack was now able to see that he was a man around his age with black hair falling down on his face, it was slightly covering his piercing blue eyes and a red gem on his forehead. He wore nothing but black clothes and from his right hand were appearing several shiny large bubbles.

Instinctively Jack jumped from the bed and fell on the floor. After hearing the explosion and seeing the bed broken into pieces in a puddle of water he realized that not only his reflexes were abnormally better but he had also jumped much higher and easier than normal.

“Noah…I never took you for the jealous type.” joked a voice that both young men recognized immediately.

On the air appeared countless shining lights that morphed into a human form behind the attacker. Damien still in shape of a bright glow grabbed his arm and twisted it until the sound of cracking bones filled the room mixed with screams of pain. By the time he threw his servant into the floor his body was back to its normal appearance.

“Please forgive me…I’ll fix everything…I’ll never disobey again!” he cried bowing down on the floor desperately.

“Calm down I won’t kill you, but I will the next time refuse to follow orders.” said Damien disappointed.

“That’s not what I fear.” he muttered.

“I know, but killing him won’t you help at all, a pet can’t expect to own his owner…stick that up your pretty head.” he finished, lowering himself down and touching the young man’s face before making him turn into bright orbs of light.

“…Did you just kill that guy?” asked Jack still somewhat shocked about everything.

“Of course not, killing one of my best servants would be an unnecessary waste, I just sent him away from here for now.”

“Whatever, what did you to me? This wasn’t part of the deal.”

“It sort of is, the deal was for you to join me if you were defeated and since you did lose in order for you to join me I needed to upgrade you, otherwise you would be an easy prey around here. I actually did you a favor.”

“Favor my ass, my whole body is in pain, what the fuck did you do this time?” asked Jack, he wanted to shout but he was too weak for that.

“Not only would you be enable to understand but it would also upset you, you’ll figure it out in time but right now I can help you with that pain.” said Damien with a very calm attitude when raising his hand and making Jack’s body glow for a while.

“Stop using your weirdo powers on me!” he complained in spite of feeling a fresh relaxing sensation on his body.

“I don’t want to increase your regeneration rate any further but I can numb your nerves to make you more comfortable.”

“…”

“Regeneration of what?” Jack questioned with a suspicious tone.

“You’ll probably witness some side effects soon so don’t worry, you’ll see for yourself. But now Jack, we have much more important issues to discuss. First of all let me start by saying that even thou you cannot leave this place you are not a prisoner, you’re free to go anywhere in this mansion and you’ll be served and treated just like a guest.”

“So I’m fucking stuck in here?”

“Well…yes, I’m sorry Jack but right now you’re dead to the world.”

“…”

“Don’t blame yourself, if you hadn’t done the deal your body would still be mutilated, it will take you time but eventually you’ll understand that being stranded in this place is better than being stranded in your own body.”

“Don’t fuck with me I know all that otherwise I never would’ve accepted, what I don’t get is what you want with me. Apparently you already have boy toys, is that all you want? Another “pet”?”

“Please, who do you think I am? We’ve know each other since childhood and all you can think about me is that I’m some sort of pimp?”

“You disappear leaving everything behind and reappear years later as a freakish psycho pervert, WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO THINK?”

“You can think anything you want, but all that changed in me were my ambitions, I’m still the same person I was before…everything.” said Damien with a tone full of spite.

Jack just stood there watching him, for a while he actually believed that his former best friend was showing emotions...but suddenly just like before his body turned into small lights that flew in the air.

“I have to go check on your friend, the house is almost empty today so you’re free to walk around, I’ll return later…try not to destroy anything. And don’t bother trying to run away again it’s useless.”

“My friend? WAIT WHO?? Dammit…” he complained noticing that Damien was gone “…wait what does he mean with “again”?”.

Afterwards without hesitation Jack decided to immediately leave the room and explore, even with the warning he still kept the hope of being able to escape.

“This place is freaking me out…” protested Jack in his mind while walking around the long corridor he had entered.

Just like in the room where he awakened everything was old but expensive. The walls had dark colors and the furniture was all made from extremely well worked wood showing draws of pokemon, plants and religious symbols. There were also several rock sculptures especially on the door frames and windows, all those elements together reminded Jack of old haunted houses on scary movies, but it was clearly just an old mansion that was abandoned for a long time.

At the middle of the corridor he saw a spiral stairway leading to somewhere deep bellow, he wasn’t necessarily scared but he had no idea of the things he might find in there. Still he went down slowly and found something that appeared to be a large kitchen, the walls were all made of stone and there were no windows, only lamps illuminating the awkward room.

“Freaky…” he said out loud while getting chills on his body.

“Jack? Is that you? Oh my you look so tall! May I help you love?” asked an elderly voice from behind him, slowly he turned around to see the person but what he saw made him shout like a little girl in panic.

“Please…please, calm down there’s no need to be frightened.” she reassured him.

“You…I know you…I went to your grave! I put freaking flowers in there!! You’re…FUCKING DEAD!!”

“Oh Jack please relax, my grandson knew I was dying so he faked my death and brought me here to heal me…that’s all!”

“…”

“Now I really hate this place…” Jack complained again still in shock.

~*~*~*~

“So you didn’t die when the kitchen exploded? Man I missed your food.” asked the young man with his mouth filled with freshly made pancakes.

“Oh no, Damien started the fire and placed a dead body to pretend it was me, it looked just like an unfortunate accident so nobody suspected a thing. He knew my disease was incurable with common medicine so he brought me here.” answered the old lady, she was somewhat fat and small with grey hair, her appearence reflected the stereoype of elderly women.

“I see…so now he’s what? A superhero going around healing people and trapping them in this stinking house?”

“Don’t be like that Jacky, my grandson is a wonderful boy and you know it, you both used to be such good friends.”

“Yeah put that in the past, nowadays I hardly recognize him. I can’t believe I agreed on his deal.”

“Jack…Damien went through a lot, more than you can imagine, but he’s still the same boy I raised.”

“You’re his grandma, of course you feel that way, it doesn’t matter if he’s a criminal it’s your job to love him…but not mine.”

“…”

“You know…Damien will hate me if I tell you this but you should know that he missed you a lot.”

“Yeah right.”

“It’s true, he always showed emotion every time I mentioned your name. He’ll never admit it but I know he regrets leaving without taking you with him. He wanted to be independent and to rise above the stars but he learned that none of that brings happiness if you don’t have someone to share it with.”

“…That doesn’t sound like him, AT ALL. No offence.”

“He may be a tough bone to crack but deep inside he’s very soft, believe me during this last week with you here I’ve even seen him smile once. That’s so rare.”

“…”

“Wait…week? What do you mean week?”

“What?”

“I remember being in the cave when it went down and then I woke up in that room, you’re telling me I sleep for seven days?”

“Almost…you don’t remember? I saw you walking around two days ago.”

“NO! I don’t remember anything! Ok I don’t like this at all, ma’am do you have any idea of what Damien did to my body?”

“Did to you? Oh don’t worry he just made you into one of us. You’ll get used to it dear, it’s very useful.” she said, making a vine come out her back to reach a pot on top of an old shelf.

*Jack turns pale*

Immediately he left his seat and ran out ignoring the old lady’s words of apology. Meanwhile, he ended up entering a beautiful inside garden covered with a greenhouse ceiling.

He sat down tired near a small pond surrounded by a well crafted stones, inside of it was a fountain of a marble Seaking spitting water. Jack stared at his surroundings for a while and saw nothing but large trees and plants around him, some of them had weird appearances and were unfamiliar to him but he noticed that plenty of them weren’t for decoration, having loads of berries growing on their branches.

After returning to reality he began wondering why he was able to run so fast, even with all his athletic training a few days ago he was two times slower than he was now.

“One of them huh…” he said out loud with a sarcastic smile, he was smart enough to suspect what was going on but he didn’t want to think about such an insane idea.

Turning around he faced the water to see his reflection and noticed that aside his new white clothes nothing had changed. However, his skin seemed to be a little darker as if he had tanned himself on the sun, but since the water was green and untreated Jack couldn’t tell if what he saw reflected was his real skin tone.

He tried getting closer but the pain on his arms worsened making him fall into the pond. Inside of the water he felt strange, not exactly pain but a feeling of having his strength drained away, he struggled to get on his feet but before he could he was lifted into the air. Jack figured it would be Damien with his freakish powers doing it but then on the ground he lifted his head and noticed it was only a Pokemon.

“A Chimecho…haven’t seen one of your type in a long while…thanks buddy.” he greeted with a weak voice.

“Chi!” cheered the small pokemon, he seemed to be happy about having company.

“How did water make me so weak? Even my legs feel numb…”

“Chi…Chim!” he cheered again, making the bulb in head shine as if he had an idea.

The Chimecho began flying around the young man with shining blue lights around their bodies, immediately Jack felt his strength returning and all pain going away but the pokemon ended up collapsing into the floor.

“Hey! Are you ok??” Jack asked holding the small creature, but he immediately noticed that he was only sleeping deeply. “Rest huh? But what the fuck did you do to heal me…? It looked just like a Healing Wish move…but those don’t affect humans…”

“You gotta be kidding me…weakness on water, jumping high, running fast and now this…it’s insane I gotta be losing my mind.”

“Well after becoming a champion I became one with my pokemon…literally, that’s all you need to know for now.”
he remembered Damien saying when he was in the hospital, freezing at the memory of those words.

“No…”

~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Meanwhile, on an underground hidden base.

“THIS ALL YOUR FAULT!” shouted Lilith fuming.

“Stop complaining, your transformation was much worse than his.” said Damien trying to ignore her and focus on the results from the analysis.

“Yeah that’s why I agreed for it to be only a semi-transformation, it was suppose to be much faster and easier on him! On Gabriel none of this happened!”

“People react differently to the procedure, plus it all depends on the Pokemon chosen, with Gabriel it was much less complicated because only his skin mutates harshly into iron everything else inside of him remains nearly the same. Flying Types require mostly external mutations to control air and fly, while Water Types need several painful internal changes.” he explained using the simplest words he could find for her to understand the situation.

“Why didn’t you warn me?? Look at poor Sam! He’s falling apart!” she protested pointing at a large liquid container with the trainer inside. He was filled with tubes injected all over his body while his legs were decaying having no skin and almost no muscles left on them.

“Don’t worry, losing his legs is normal in this transformation, in about two weeks you’ll see the results.”

“No legs? He won’t be able to walk on land?? Are you insane?? THAT’S NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!”

“Yes it is, you wanted a skilled water warrior with a long magnificent tail and that’s what you’ll have, for him to have that and still walk on land he would require a complex full transformation and I’ve forbidden everyone to apply those.”

“I can’t understand why…they worked just fine on us.”

“I don’t know why I’m even justifying my decisions, but what do you think would happen if this guy turned out to be more powerful than you?”

“…”

“I’ll give you a clue, he would do the same thing we did to Team Rocket, we’re collecting minions not powerful enemies, we all have limitations no matter how powerful we are.”

“Oh please you’re such a control freak, like that would happen.”

“You’re the weakest of all Lilith, I doubt you could even beat Gabriel by now let alone any of the other four. Watch out or someone might take your place soon.”

“…Why must you always treat me like a weakling Damien…you know how much stronger I am now, I alone turned Team Rocket into our side!”

“There’s no doubt about that, but on a physical fight? Wake up, you angered Bianca by taking Sam she wanted him for herself. We’re not friends and alliances are easily broken if someone shows weaknesses, it wouldn’t surprise me if she tried to kill you soon and believe me…nobody would help you with that, not even me, if you can’t even defend yourself you’re worthless to our plans.”

“…what do you suggest then?” she asked worried about her safety.

“Gain more power. By any means possible. And prove it.”

“…How?”

“Figure it out, I’m here to examine Sam not train you, he’ll be fine in a few weeks this is the worst part of the transformation. With the drugs I gave him he’s not in any pain but don’t you dare mess with his container or wake him up, he’ll instantly die.”

“Got it.”

“Don’t contact me again unless it’s a real emergency.” he finished disappearing.

“Yes oh mighty lord.” she joked knowing he wasn’t listening anymore, “They want power…we’ll show them power… right Sammy?”

*~*~*~*~*

In the meantime back on the mansion.

“What the FUCK??” shouted Jack in the middle of the dense forest that surrounded the house “I HATE THIS FUCKING PLACE!!”

On the opposite side of the woods Damien appeared on the branch of a tree near his Chimecho. He seemed to be amused.

“So that idiot is trying to escape again? His stamina and stubbornness are outstanding.” he joked, making the Pokemon happy to see his Master.

Suddenly Jack showed up near them confused. He was now shirtless and showed signs of exhaustion.

“I already told you there is no way out…but feel free to keep on trying.” he teased.

“YOU!! I’M GOING TO KILL YOU!! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH EVERYTHING IN HERE?? I GET TO ONE SIDE AND APPEAR ON ANOTHER!!”

“Yes. This mansion is surrounded by spells cast by me and that one in particular is an advanced type of Trick Room I developed, basically it links space making you travel to another side when you cross the limits. Also, people can’t see or enter this closed space since for them it’s just the illusion of a thick forest, even if they accidentally step on it they simply go straight into the opposite side, we may see that happening but for them everything seems just like another step taken. This illusion is definitely my masterpiece.”

“…”

“What?” asked Jack even more confused.

“Ugh, I actually made it pretty simple for you to understand but I guess it wasn’t enough…Imagine a box, people inside of it see the outside but there is no vice versa, the outsider’s will never see the inside they see only a reflection of the other surface. Plus if you cross one of the walls you’re teleported into the opposite side making it impossible to enter or exit. Got it?”

“I guess, but why should I believe you?”

“Play all you want with it, I’m the only one that can allow anyone to leave or enter this place, you’re stuck here face it…and don’t try digging underground you moron all you’ll accomplish is falling from the sky.”

“…Stop reading my thoughts that’s not fucking fair!”

“I didn’t even need to…you’re ridiculously predictable.”

“Oh really? See if you can predict this!” threatened Jack making his right hand burst into flames throwing a fire ball into Damien’s direction.

“Fire Punch? Already? Outstanding…in a few hours you managed to discover your abilities, unbelievable. How did you determine you were a Fire Type?” inquired the red haired young man making the flame dance in the air with his psychic abilities, he really was amazed with what he saw, not only did Jack heal faster than anyone else but he was also learning more rapidly.

“You’ll wipe away that stupid smile off your face after you get to see your greenhouse…it’s not so green anymore.”

Damien’s face lost all emotions before letting the dancing flame vanish simultaneously with himself. Jack laughed at the reaction and began walking back to the mansion, he knew exactly where to find his captor.

After arriving in the greenhouse he saw Damien standing in the middle of all burned threes thunderstruck.

“Told ya…” he teased.

The psychic turned around with his eyes fully white and grabbed Jack’s forehead strongly enough to make him unable to walk away. Before the trainer could struggle his mind went numb while Damien sucked the information he needed out of his head.

He saw Jack having a nervous breakdown in the middle of the garden laughing his lungs out with a sarcastic tone. Afterwards in rage he began kicking and punching a tree and accidentally transformed his anger into flames on top of his head, the panic made him run in circles causing one of the most important trees to catch fire and quickly passing it on to the others. He saw that Jack did try to help but ended up doing worst since he had no control over his body, releasing fire from his members every time he did a harsh move. In the end it was the small Chimecho that used Psychic on the water from the fountain to eradicate the fire and save a fainted Jack from the floor.

“You moron…I should have known….” he mumbled regretting his decision to leave such an irresponsible person unaccompanied.

“Don’t blame me, I didn’t ask to be turned into a freak!” complained Jack rearranging his hair, he was still amazed that it hadn’t burn away, his t-shirt wasn’t so fortuned thou.

Without an answer Damien lowered himself and touched the ground with his hands, again he began to glow but it was easy to see his powers were being direct into his arms and the earth. It didn’t take long before some new leafs appeared in the threes; everything was slowly coming back to life.

“Ok that is one neat trick I’ll give you that.”

A few seconds later Jack heard a noise from above and with the transparent ceiling he saw something that brought some hope back into him. Without hesitation and ran outside shouting from the top of his lungs, he even threw some fire into the sky hoping to attract the attention of the large aircraft that was flying above.

~*~*~*~

“See, I told you it was all bullshit.” said Max with the joy of being right.

“Yeah…I guess there’s nothing in this area but trees, the old man must be confusing the locations.” agreed Vi.

“Well it was worth the shot but I’m getting bored of seeing nothing but forest, let’s get going I’m hungry.” complained Ash.

~*~*~*~

“…”

“So it’s true…I really am stuck here…” murmured Jack gazing at the sky, he had finally realized the truth about his situation.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~~~~----------------------------End of Part 1---------------------------------~~~~
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“This is the library, you can take any books you want as long as you don’t incinerate them.” explained Noah, Damien had ordered him to keep an eye on the new guest and guide him.
“I remember he used to be obsessed with reading when he was a kid but this is just sick.” commented Jack staring at massive amount of books, the room on the other hand was large but nothing out of the ordinary.
“Let’s move on we don’t have all day.”
“So since it seems I have no way out for now…mind if I ask some questions?” wondered Jack, during his Ranger training he had learned that the best way out of hard situations was to keep calm and gather as much information as possible before acting.
“I was ordered to teach you everything you need and want to know, but with a few obvious exceptions.”
“Great, let’s start with a little introduction, who are you and why are you here?”
“…My name is Noah Landers. I used to be a Pokemon Breeder for Team Rocket specialized in raising Psychic Pokemon, now I’m the Master’s right arm being in charge of taking care of all species and their well fare. I’m one of the few servants that are allowed in this mansion.”
“Right arm huh? Isn’t that the one he broke?” he teased looking at his bandages. He knew the guy was dangerous, but he couldn’t help but underestimate him simply because he was slightly shorter and had a somewhat frail posture along with a very pale skin. Jack had never been able to avoid picking up unnecessary fights.
“If you’re trying to piss me off just to get rid of me forget it. I won’t fall for that again.”
“Chill, I have nothing against you aside the fact that you tried to blow me into pieces.”
“Any more questions?” asked Noah with spite as they kept on walking along the corridors.
“Plenty. What is this place anyways? Some kind of secret base?”
“No, the Master decided he needed a private home, this is just a hideout.”
“Can you please just call him Damien? This Master thing is freaking weird.”
“No. Anything else?”
“Do you mind explaining me this Team Genesis thing and their evil plans or whatever?”
“Evil plans? We’re not like those idiotic criminal teams, we may have chosen the hard way but our mission is to save this sick world.”
“Right…and how do you guys plan to do that?”
“You’ll see, I’m not allowed to tell you that yet, right now you wouldn’t understand.”
“What are you allowed to tell me?”
“Anything that won’t jeopardize our mission.”
“…”
“Can you explain why I’ve been here for a week but remember nothing before today? And don’t bullshit me I know that I wasn’t unconscious all the time.”
“You woke up before we anticipated and wandered off overhearing something you shouldn’t have. The Master had no choice but to erase your memory and put you back to sleep.”
“Oh really…would you be kind enough to tell me what was that thing that I heard?”
“If I do that your memory will simply be erased again…Idiot.
“Figures. And during that week what did he do to me? What’s with these fire powers?”
“Your cells were mutated into the cells of a pokemon, now you’re what is known as an hybrid. In time you’ll be able to fully control your abilities like us.”
“...So you’re one too?”
“I’m a Golduck hybrid. They’re my favorite species.”
“Sure bubble boy, what about Damien?”
“The Master is an Alakazam complex hybrid.”
“Complex?”
“That means he’s far above our level, he possesses abilities that a normal Alakazam hybrid would never be able to use.”
“I see…what about me?”
“I was told not to reply to that question, the Master said that you already know the answer, apparently you and that species were a match made in Heaven your physiological development is very impressive.”
“If I knew I wouldn’t be asking…”
“That’s not my problem. Here, this is your new room, the bathroom is at the end of this corridor.”
As Jack entered he saw a rather small but cozy room with a large bed, an armoire and a fancy mirror. But what caught his attention was that near the open window was a big cage with a pokemon inside, it was his shiny Crobat.
“D!” he cheered surprised.
“He was with you so he was brought here as well, I had to lock him because if he had tried to fly away upwards the barrier would teleport him deep inside the ground. If you need food go to the kitchen, I have to go now.”
“Wait! I have another question! My friends…how are them?”
“They’re fine, don’t worry about them. Oh and Master Damien asked me to tell you that you own him 10 coins. Don’t ask me why.” finished Noah walking away without looking back, he had spent a long time controlling his emotions to avoid attacking the annoying newcomer again.
“…”
“10 coins..?” wondered Jack.
---------------Flashback – nearly 12 years ago------------------
“Watcha readin’?” asked Jack jumping into his friend’s back.
“AUCH! Act like a person…what are you a pokemon?” complained Damien annoyed.
“Sorry.” he apologized with a large smile.
*Damien looks at his book and then looks back at Jack*
*He repeats the action but with a grin in his lips*
“Why are you lookin’ at me like that?”
“You do look like a pokemon…see you look just like Chimchar one of the Sinnoh starters!” joked Damien almost shoving the book on Jack’s face.
“I do NOT!”
“You totally do, you even act like one!”
“NO I DON’T!” shouted Jack taking the book away from the other boy and throwing it away.
“SEE! 10 coins as you’ll look just like an ugly Infernape when you grow up!” dared Damien.
“I WILL NOT!!” *sticks tongue out*
------------------------------------------------------------
“No way…” mumbled Jack realizing what Damien had meant.
“I’M GONNA DESTROY THAT SON OF A BITCH!!” cursed Jack punching the door frame and accidentally spawning flames on top of his head once again, “Oh fuck…”.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
“Ok Jack calm down and think straight.” he meditated while sitting on his new bed, “if what Damien said is true then there is no way out…but if that's true why did he erase my memory? That emo weirdo didn’t seem to have problems in revealing most stuff…and even if I heard about some plan they know I can’t spread it around…unless what I heard was about a way of communicating with the outside world…or an exit.”
“YEAH that makes sense, this place can’t be completely locked…I’m only a threat to them if I escape, that must be why they made me forget what I heard.”
“Maybe I should begin to explore this place better…sitting here won’t take me anywhere. Damien used to be addicted to writing on his diary, and I doubt he stopped that habit maybe I should check that Library first, I might find something in there…it’s better than nothing.”
Jack had managed to understand the basics about the paths in the mansion, the building wasn’t nearly as big as he had initially thought but it was easy to get lost inside of it. Ignoring his nerves he began to actually get excited about going on a hunt for clues, but once he got to his destination what he found was definitely not what he had in mind.
Before entering he saw an image between the doors that disturbed him, luckily for him he didn’t walk in or he would have stepped into a very embarrassing situation. In the middle of the room was Damien comfortably seating on a loveseat with Noah on his knees slowly blowing him, they were both nearly naked.
“Oh shit if they find me I’m dead…don’t tell me this is what I saw them doing for him to erase my mind…actually I wouldn’t mind that right now…can’t take the picture out dammit.” thought Jack in desperation leaning himself besides the door to avoid being seen.
“Jack may be a nuisance but he’ll end up used to this, I won’t force him into anything right now or he’ll just hate me more than he already does.” said Damien out loud, “Why is he even here? My actions are none of your business but calm down I’m not replacing you I’m just adding a new addition to my collection.”
“Collection?? Who the fuck does that jerk thing I am?? And why is he talking like that…oh right he can read minds…he must be using that, no wonder…the other guy has his mouth far to full to talk…”
“Don’t question me Noah, if I had let Jack wonder off anyone could have used him against me, he’s safe here but I want him to get stronger in case he needs to defend himself, I’m counting on you to train him.”
“…”
“Let him think all he wants, he’ll come around eventually.”
“How is it possible for him to be talking as if he was casually drinking coffee with friends?? What is wrong with this bastard??”
“Why do I let him speak like that towards me? Let’s just say that the day he calls me Master he won’t be Jack anymore. Have patience, after what I did to him I don’t deserve his respect so soon.”
“…”
“I may be a specialist at healing any wound or disease, but I can’t cure his anger…time will have to take care of that.”
Jack feel on the floor for a while but quickly got back up and returned to his room, what he had heard struck him like a lightning bolt, never in his life had he expected his former boyfriend to admit that what he had done was wrong.
“…”
“He’s so freaking predictable that this game isn’t even fun…” though Damien grinning and staring towards the slightly open door.
