Chapter Three.

Hermes, Eros, and Ares headed off in the direction of the schools, hoping that their new comrade was their age. They saw many young ladies walk past them but none gave them a hint that she was Sailor Earth. They headed for one of the hang outs that some of the teenagers hang out at. Maybe she was there already.

Hermes discreetly typed on his mini-laptop, looking for spikes in power from any of the young women walked around them. Not one spike in power was registering in the room. It was like a needle in a hay stack. This was going to probably drive them crazy searching for Sailor Earth.

Hermes frowned and expanded the search patterns for the entire prefect of Juuban. It was a long shot to hope that she lived here -- after all, Shawn had come from China. "You know she may not even live here." Hermes said, softly.

Eros grimaced. "Very true, Hermes, just think about how many possible women are out there that could be the Sailor Senshi of Earth."

They said nothing more as they ordered their meal from the waitress. It was about four hours later, did the computer beep. They turned to look at Hermes as he clicked the button, only to see Ami�s face on the screen.

�Any luck, finding her?� asked Ami.

�Iie," Hermes told his twin glumly. "How is the search going with your team, Ami?"

"No luck here. Just got word from Rei, the fire reading said something about Mamoru will know. We informed Kafir already and he's not happy." said Ami.

Ares stiffened. �But Endymion is dead...."

�Yes and it looks like he took where she lives to his grave. We�ll never find her home,� Ami moaned.

�Ami, I think you did it! Tell Kafir to get his ass to Mamoru�s apartment! Contact the others and tell them to head over there pronto! We�re going to look through that bastard�s files! He may have left a clue to her whereabouts!� spoke Hermes, as he closed his mini laptop and ran out of the restaurant.

Ares tossed down money to cover their food before he and Eros ran out after the blue haired genius. �You think we can find her through that ass�s files, Eros?�

�You better hope so, Ares, or we will be seeing Kafir royally pissed off,� Eros smirked, as they caught up to Hermes.

Ares shuddered. "No thank you!"

"I so agree! I would rather see Usagi be pissed off than her lover," Eros whispered.

Ares nodded. �We know she'd forgive us but Kafir...you never know what goes on behind his eyes...."

�I know, but as soon as he looks at Usagi, his eyes have this soft look to them. It is quite cute if I say so myself.� Eros whispered.

Ares made a face, "You would, Love-boy! But it�s good to know he's not totally frigid like we believed Solace-san to be."

"Who knows, he just needs to find a new lover to loosen his frigidness up?" Eros suggested. "Maybe give him your sister?"

"Come off it, Love-boy, you would never give up my sister to Solace-san!" snapped Ares.

"Just joking, War-Monger," the blonde Senshi teased. "Besides, I've sensed major love vibes for him from someone else, and I think he's starting to return them too!"

"Good, maybe she can defrost that frigid outlook of his. Okay, we're standing in front of that evil bastard's apartment building. Where are the others?" asked Ares.

Eros grinned evilly. "Who said it was a she?" Before Ares could question him further, the others arrived.

"Good, everyone is here. Come on, we're going into his apartment." Ami said, as she got past the gate of Mamoru's apartment building. They all headed up to the apartment to see police tape still draped over the door.

Alantas grimaced. "Ye Gods, I can practically feel his evil presence."

Usagi was terrified as she stood in front of the door; she was recalling the rape that Mamoru did to her inside that apartment. Kafir gathered his love in his arms, stroking her back in a soothing manner.

�Maybe Usagi shouldn�t go in to the apartment?� asked Rei, looking at Usagi.

"Agreed," Kafir growled.

�But it may also aid in her full recovery. I know she has nightmares of that night,� Alantas spoke, looking over at Usagi and Kafir.

Kafir's lips tightened and he cradled Usagi protectively in his arms. "Do you want to, Usa?"

�Yes, I should confront the memories and defeat them, and then my dreams will be peaceful once more,� spoke Usagi, as she looked at Kafir.

Kafir nodded as they entered the apartment. Not much had changed beyond the dust that was in the room. �Look for his files. They may reveal where he had put her or where she is at.�

Kafir hovered protectively near Usagi, ready to take her from the apartment if she needed it. Alantas was tense and his eyes darted around as he searched the room visually.

Everyone headed for a different part of the apartment, Alantas entered Mamoru�s bedroom and his mind shot back to when he was younger boy and whatever he saw made him scream! The others came running from the other parts of the apartment and found Alantas standing there holding his head and looking very scared.

"I...I'm sorry..." he whispered. �Something in this room...It�s..."

"Is it her or something else, Alantas?" asked Rei, looking at him. "Was she here?"

"I'm not sure...." he whispered, rubbing his temples.

Kafir growled at the sight of the bed used during the rape of his beloved. "Ami, Hermes, scan the room with your computers."

Ami and Hermes started to scan the room when Alantas collapsed to the floor. They all stopped what they were doing and rushed to Alantas� side. Hermes got him on the couch in the living room. �What caused him to do that?� he asked.

�It might be this apartment.� Rei said. �I sense major angry and there are painful vibes here too. It was like someone was tortured here and was in a great deal of pain.�

Alantas woke up but all he saw was the ghost of Mamoru standing where Kafir was. �You were my best friend, you fucking bastard! Why did you do that? To me�your own cousin,�

Kafir stiffened. There was most assuredly a darkness tainting Alantas, a darkness placed by Endymion. "Whatever Endymion has done, it�s scarred his soul."

�Because I can, Alantas, you were always weak and I am now your better. I own you now, bitch. You are my bitch!� snarled Endymion�s ghost.

�You are so dead, bastard! I�m going to kill you for what you did to me! Forcing yourself onto me! You�re dead, you fucking bastard!� screamed Alantas, lunging off the couch and had his hands around Kafir�s neck, trying to strangle him.

Kafir grunted and tapped several pressure points on Alantas, freezing the larger man's muscles. Then he spoke, in a gentle tone, "Alantas, it's me Kafir. Endymion is dead. Dead, do you hear me? I slew him already. Let go of that ghost. He's not worth your anger."

"He won't leave me..." Alantas gasped.

"You can force him out." Kafir spoke. "Let everything out."

"You raped me you bastard. You raped me." yelled Alantas, just as he collapsed at the feet of Kafir, taking him down with him. Alantas's head rested on his comrade's shoulder and gave a shuddering gasp. "It's all jumbled..."

Kafir held him. "It is all clear to us, my dear friend. Your pain is now shared with us all. Your heart weighs heavy no more."

Eros went white and Hermes shuddered. "That fucking bastard, he's so lucky that he's already dead..."

"I agree, for he would now be attacked by all Sailor and Soldier Senshi because of what he did to Alantas and even more to Usagi," said Makoto.

Alantas shuddered. "After what he did to Usagi...I wanted to kill that bastard, but I was afraid..."

�Because of what he did to you as well, Alantas, he would have knocked you into next week and raped you as well. There was nothing I wouldn�t pass by him now.� said Michuri.

Usagi walked over to Alantas and Kafir. �Kafir let him move. I doubt he�ll try to kill you again, my love,�

�Help me.� A silent voice was heard.

Alantas felt like someone was calling for help. He looked up at the others, as Kafir released the pressure points on his muscles so he may move. �I heard her!�

�Heard who?� asked Hisharo.

�I heard Senshi Earth! She�s calling for help! I can not find you where are you?� yelled Alantas.

'Here.' the soft voice said.

"Where is here?" the towering male Senshi of Earth demanded. �What is your name?"

�Terra, I�m here. Trapped,� The soft voice said again.

�Trapped where?� Alantas snapped.

�Mamo�� And then the voice went silent.

�Oh no!� cried Alantas.

�What?� Ami asked.

�Quickly, you two get your computers to search for any power spikes here in this apartment! Kafir, I need your senses to sense life force�a fading one at that! Senshi Earth is dying!� Alantas commanded. �I�m coming, Terra! Hold on! I�m coming!�

Hermes's fingers flew over his key board and he knew his twin's did the same. Kafir closed his eyes to concentrate to find the fading life force.

Kafir walked away from the living room to where should be a door. He knew something or someone was on the other side of the wall. �Is this apartment a two bedroom or a one bedroom?�

�One I believe. Why?� asked Usagi.

�I�ll show you something,� Kafir said, as he summoned his scythe and with several blurring movements, sliced the wall before him. He banished the scythe and slammed his fist into the wall and it crumbled. The wall was not really a wall at all � but a hidden room.

"Another room!" exclaimed Usagi, shocked to see another room.

There chained to a five foot tall post in the middle of the room was a black haired, thin, very pale young woman, covered in cuts and bruises which looked barely faded, wearing what should have been a school uniform but worn out. The woman barely looked up only to whisper, �Help me,�

Kafir rushed forward, pulling off his gloves as he went. He knelt by the woman and placed his fingertips on her cheeks and both glow a royal purple as he transferred some of his energy to her.

Alantas handed Kafir his gloves back as he took several breaths. Alantas turned to the chain that kept her there and broke it with his bare hands. �I�m here cousin Terra, I�m here. I�ll protect you now.�

�We should take her back to the White Sol kingdom for some time there before she returns here,� Hermes suggested.

Eros nodded his eyes sympathetic. "The healers on Sol can help her now."

Alantas started to pick her up but she grew frantic even though her strength was not enough to get out of Alantas' arms; she was scared. Alantas whispered reassuringly, "He's not here. Mamoru...that sick bastard is dead. He will bother you no more. He won't hurt any of us ever again."

And with a nod to the other Senshi, the Soldier Senshi along with Terra vanished from the room.
