Fractured Reality

Chapter Three ~ And Then There Were Three

Elk and Kite looked on at the battle, horrified to see a data bug, and even more so to see Balmung, who would see them... and put two and two together...

\"Damn! There\'s no defeating this thing!\" Balmung cried as the beast hit him hard in his side. It was stronger than the other data bugs he\'d encountered and he knew he couldn\'t escape. He couldn\'t outrun it. His only hope was the power of data drain, but Kite wasn\'t...

Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye he thought he saw a blur of orange, then deep navy blue... Then, at his brief moment of inattention, the creature grabbed his sword and yanked it out of his hands, violently tossing it far out into the field. \"This is bad,\" he said through heavy breaths as he prepared for a plan B. Somehow, all of his torso armor had been broken off, and much of his leg armor... something that\'s never happened before... When did the programmers make the game THAT realistic?! Now he was offenseless as well as defenseless, and nearly naked.

Meanwhile, Kite motioned to Elk to remain as quiet as possible while he crept out of the spring. He helped pull the wavemaster out, and the two of them scrambled to get dressed as quickly as possible before Balmung of the Azure Sky noticed them. However, just as they picked up their soaked clothing, the creature hit Balmung with such a force that he went flying backwards, crashing into a shocked Kite. The two fell back into the spring and Elk screamed in shock at the situation, holding his wet robes close to his trembling body. He looked in the spring, hoping for the two to surface, however, there was still the data bug to worry about.

The wavemaster picked up his firedrake bone and quickly chanted \"Orvak Don!\" The flames engulfed the monster, but as soon as they vanished, the creature continued stomping towards the crimson eyed boy. \"Kite-Kun...,\" Elk wept, bitter that all of this had to be happening. He was afraid to take his eyes off of the monster, but he was relieved to hear a loud splash behind him and two males gasping for breath. At least they were okay.

Balmung stared at Kite. \"What the...\" he whispered, stunned. The other boy was looking down, blushing with embarrassment and shame. Realizing the creature was rapidly closing distance between them, Kite turned from Balmung and drew his dripping panrom rom the edge of the bank into the spring. Pulling them on under the water, he held them up with his left hand as he scrambled out of the spring, leaving a stunned Balmung too dazed to move and assist him. Kite trotted up to Elk\'s side, tenderly touching his hand to reassure him, making a silent promise that it would be all right and he had nothing to fear. Grateful, Elk gazed at his lover with relief, knowing the fight would soon be over.

\"Fire up the barbecue one more time, Elk. That should be enough.\"

\"Hai, Kite-kun!\" Elk at once spoke the spell again, and as Kite predicted, the monster\'s protection was broken sufficiently to data drain even before the flames died down. With a twist of the wrist and a well practiced leap, the creature had been reduced to nothing more dangerous than a twiggy scarecrow. Laughing at the ridiculousness of the ferocious beast\'s former form, Kite ran after and slew it. Still laughing, he returned to a happy Elk\'s side and threw his arms around him to share the moment. They turned toward the spring with Kite\'s arm still resting around the other boy\'s shoulder. It was then they stopped.

Balmung stood in the deepest part of the spring, his mouth slightly open in shock. He hadn\'t moved from the place he had landed, and wasn\'t attempting to now. Kite sighed in miserable defeat and walked dejectedly over to the edge and sat down, dangling his naked feet in the cool liquid. He turned his head and pat the ground next to him. Elk nervously joined him, still clutching his robes discreetly over his more sensitive areas. \"So I guess you know now.\" Kite began. \"It\'s not something we want getting around, you know? The last thing we want is to be nearly excommunicated from the game by the other players. They\'re less. open-minded about these things.\" Elk nodded in agreement.

Balmung was still taking this new revelation a little slowly. \"I... I thought you liked....\"

\"Blackrose... I know. Most everyone does.\" Kite shook his as his sky blue hire stuck to his head. \"We work together in the field, that\'s all. Merely platonic.\" He remembered his earlier words to her and winced.

\"P-Please, Balmung-Sama, please don\'t tell anyone. Please, I-I like Kite... a lot. I think that I- I may love him. Don\'t hurt him like thDon\Don\'t tell anyone.\" Kite whipped his head around at Elk\'s soft stammered words. It was his turn for his jaw to drop. \"Elk-Kun.\"

Balmung interrupted the emotional scene. \"So you really are... like that. Wow. I never thought it possible. I suppose this really wouldn\'t be the greatest thing to get around. I know how demeaning that would be, if the others knew. I won\'t tell anyone. You have my word.\"

\"Really?!\" an ecstatic Elk said joyfully. He was so grateful for Balmung\'s words he nearly thought he had imagined them. \"Oh thank you Balmung-Sama!\"

Leaving his robes and a still stunned Kite on the bank, Elk rushed into the sparkling water and threw his arms around the silver-haired man. His clasp was tight and his trembling body was warm and inviting. He inadvertently rubbed against the older man in a most pleasant manner.

\"Oooohh,\" Balmung moaned softly as the small boy held him. He folded his arms around Elk, pulling him into his embrace. His body was hard with rigid muscles, but his hold was as tender as if he had been holding a new born.

Kite still stood there staring at the two, a bit jealous of the attention Balmung was getting, but for some reason, the scene fascinated him all the same. For some reason he enjoyed the sound of Balmung\'s moan...

It seemed like an eternity to Balmung, having the gentle wavemaster in his arms, but then that eternity was broken. The shy boy blushed gently as he realized what a compromising position he was in. He was completely nude and pressed up against the one and only Balmung of the Azure Sky, and all the while, his lover Kite stood at the bank watching. Indeed, it was an awkward situation.

\"A-Ano...\" Elk stuttered, but by this point, Balmung was too aroused by the proximity of the wavemaster to register anything else. His eyes fell onto the boy\'s soft lips and he had the strongest urge to find out what it was about this boy that Kite so cherished... Would he taste sweet? Or...

\"Mmmm!\" the crimson eyed boy mumbled as the winged man claimed his lips in a gentle kiss while pulling him closer with his strong arms. Kite\'s eyes nearly bugged out of his head at the sight. Balmung was kissing HIS Elk! He couldn\'t have that!

Without thinking, Kite removed his bright orange pants and entered the spring, fully intent on proving to Elk he was better in case his lover was swayed by Balmung. He felt the water come up above his waist as he moved in closer, finally pressing himself firmly up against Elk\'s back and wrapping his arms around the boy\'s torso. Balmung took note of Kite\'s presence, but continued his fiery kiss, moving his arms away from Elk\'s back to give Kite better access. He then cupped the wavemaster\'s face in his hands and deepened the kiss, working his hot tongue into the boy\'s mouth. He wanted to taste him. He hadn\'t felt such a wave of passion for anybody in ages, but now...

Elk felt the heat beginning to fill his body. Being caught between Balmung and Kite wasn\'t so bad... and Balmung was proving to be a damn good kisser to boot. Balmung glanced behind Elk while nibbling on his neck to get a good long look at Kite. The other boy was rubbiis lis length up and down Elk\'s backside and using his hands to fondle the younger boy. He didn\'t have to look down to know that much; he could feel Kite\'s stroking hands brush his lower stomach as he pleasured Elk\'s hard length, which rested against his own.

Balmung grinned devilishly then reached down, placing a hand behind each of Elk\'s thighs and lifting them up to his waist. He expertly wrapped them around his hips, so that the wavemaster\'s feet were tucked together above his rock hard ass. He fondled the boy\'s softer backside with his right hand, keeping his left free to stroke down Elk\'s lithe back. Oh god, that boy had such a perfect body.

\"Nan...naAAAAHHHHHH!!\" Elk cried as Balmung reached down and began to finger the boy. \"Ohhhhh...,\" Balmung moaned softly. He was so tight, so very tight.

\"I have to have you,\" he whispered gently in the boy\'s delicate ear. \"D \"Demo... I... I mean, I... Kite?\"

Kite was hot and ready, he wanted the wavemaster so damn much... Butknewknew there was no dissuading the Descendent of Fianna. He reluctantly nodded to him, then took Elk\'s earlobe in his teeth and began to suckle it, to reassure him it was all right. He moved closer to his loved one, flattening himself against the other boy\'s backside until a lube-coated pair of panties couldn\'t have been slipped between their sweat slicked stea bod bodies. Kite\'s hands wrapped around his waist, for better leverage as he started to brush against him to the rhythm of the other\'s heaving excited breath, and to keep them out of Balmung\'s way.

The older man removed his exploring fingers from Elk\'s sweet entrance, and shifted till the tip of his exceptionally well formed manhood pushed into it. \"Elk,\" he tempted gently, \"are you ready?\"

\"H-Hai, Balmung-San.\"

\"Please,\" he smiled tenderly at his charge. \"Use `kun.\'\"

And then he thrust into him.

\"Aaaaahhhhhhhhh!\" Elk\'s hips bucked up with his cry. Oh god, it felt so good, so damned good! So tight, so slick! Balmung couldn\'t think; as soon as he had entered the boy these last thoughts were the only thing in his head; swirling madly, dizzily. He felt a heady rush take him and throw him into another time zone. There was no field, no Kite, no future, no past, no regret, no consequences. There was only now; like this; just the two of them floating in a void of their own making, the void of need and passion. The world melted away and there was only this. His thrust began to flow with the time of his ragged strained breathing as he fought to keep slow, to keep steady. Elk wasn\'t ready yet... he had to be brought to the brink of madness, to the precipice that clung secret and deceptively forbidden within him. Elk had to know pure, sweet release; unadulterated with inadequacy or with unintentional withholding. His pace began to quicken; sweat formed on the winged one\'s body and aided their lovemaking. Balmung threw back his head and groaned to the sky. So close... Elk was slick, his hair matted to his face. He was panting so hard he could barely draw the breath it took to whimper, yet his soft plaintive cries for his lover filled the air around them. He was almost there. He bucked his hips wildly against the winged one\'s, a silent plea for mercy. He wanted him, all of him.

And his wish was granted.

\"Aaahhhhhhhhhh!\" Balmung howled his release to the empty world in which he and Elk hung, suspended in time and space. There was nothing, there was everything, there was one where there had been two. They were so close they felt they could stroke each others\' souls and turn the nebulous vapors of emotion into dew and drink till they could drown in each other.

And then, like all great breakthroughs and experiences, it was gone.
