Chapter #3: Questions(yes, I know that\'s a crappy title)
Sanji\'s voice rang though the ship, calling all the crew to eat. Zoro silently gulped. There was no way out. He had to face Luffy. If food was there, Luffy was there. and if zoro wasn\'t there, then as soon as the food was gone, Luffy would come looking for him. Zoro moved toward the kitchen. The crew was already there when the swordsman arrived. he took a seat as far away from Luffy as possible. he stared at the food on the plate in front of him. He didn\'t even relize when the crew greeted him.
\"Zoro!\" the swordsman\'s head shot up at the sound of his name to see the captain staring at him. fear griped the green-haired warrior.
{does he suspect me!? can he tell I\'m freaking out?!!?calm down. just act normal.act normal.} zoro panicked mentaly but managed to keep a cool exterior. \"yeah?\"
\"g\'morning!\" he smiled at zoro. zoro\'s insides melted.zoro was glad he was sitting down afraid that if he was standing his legs would turn to jelly.
\"morning.\"zoro replied tring to sound as normal as possible. He ooked back at the food feeling aquward looking at his captain. The room filled with the normal breakfast sounds.
\"Here you are, O\'goddess of the seas!!\" sanji forced from his lungs as he set a plate of specialialy prepared food in front of Nami. He hated this. Every morning pretending to care wether she likes it or not. Sanji was a good actor to pull this act off day after day. In all truth he had no feelings for the girl except for \"crewmate\" or maybe \"friend\".
\"Thank you, Sanji-kun.\"She smiled at him. no,she wasn\'t smiling at him; she was smiling though him. She saw though the person to the deeds the person could preform for her. This was one of the main reasons Sanji couldn\'t really love her.
\"You\'re so welcome!! Is there anything else I can do for you, my princess?\" Sanji looked over to Luffy who was eating so fast anyone would have sworn he had a shovel to pile it in his mouth. His expression was completly blank as he ate. not once looking over to where Sanji and Nami were.Sanji mentally sighed.{What am I looking for? JEALOSY!?!?}
\"No thank you, Sanji-kun.\" Nami said as she showed one of her fake smiles that she used to get what she wanted.Sanji contiued to flatter the red-haired navigator.She contiued to contemplate the uses he could serve.Little did they know that envy swelled aross the table where the first mate sat.
{Sanji has it so easy.He understands his feelings.} Zoro wanted to understand his emotions. He wanted to be able to say them outloud. He wanted to be in a way like Sanji. And he wanted to kill something because he was envying the very person he hated. Zoro focased on the plate under his nose, but soon found himself looking upwards again. looking at Luffy again. Luffy took no notice so Zoro wasn\'t fast to look away. He began to stare at every inch of his captain. His raggy hat, the bits of hair that hang from the edges of it, his big black eyes, the small scar under his eye, that goofy smile, the cute ears that seemed to frame his face, his slender neck, his collar bones, the baggy red vest, the long rubber arms, the well toned stomach, his hips, and his..........
\"oi, Zoro!\" Zoro snapped from thought to once again see his captain looking at him. \"you\'ve been looking at me for a long time. you okay?\"
{He noticed!!!}excitment and horror filled him.{He saw me looking at him!!!!wait,wouldn\'t that mean he was looking at me!?}Zoro\'s heart beat against his ribs.\"oh, I\'m fine.\" Zoro looked back at the plate. Luffy looked back at his food making it easier to eat faster. and Sanji looked or more exactly glared at Zoro. He could have sworn that Zoro had been staring Luffy down.Sanji wanted to tear Zoro apart.
The food was soon finished and the crew said their thanks and left the kitchen. Well most the crew left except two: the cook and the captain stayed in the kitchen and for a moment the two were silent just watching the other.
{Why is Luffy still here?Why didn\'t he leave with the rest of the crew} Sanji didn\'t want Luffy to leave. It was just uncommon for Luffy to stay after the food had disappered.
\"Thanks for breakfast,Sanji.\"A grin appered on Luffy\'s face that made the chef\'s heart miss at beat and then start pumping double time to make up for it.With that said the boy stood and headed for the door.
\"Wait!\" sanji blutted out without thinking. The straw-hatted boy stopped and turned toward the source of the word.{Tell him!Tell him how you feel! you may never get this chance again!!}
\"Yeah, Sanji?\" Luffy looked at the chef with a completely blank look on his face acompanyed by the normal goofy grin.
{Tell him, Sanji. TELL HIM!!}Sanji began to melt. He wanted to say everything. confess everything.\"will you go get some basil from the storeroom for me?\" Sanji mentally slapped himself.{idiot,idiot,idoit.coward}
\"SURE!\"^-^Luffy left the kitchen and then relizied one detail he had overlooked in the kitchen.{What is basil?}Luffy had no idea. Then out of the corner of his eyes he caught the siloquet of a sleeping warior.{That\'s it!I\'ll ask zoro to help me!!!!}
