A/N Two chapters in one day I spoil you all. Um this is where the storyline kicks into gear

Chapter 3

Donald awoke the next morning to the smell of bacon cooking in his kitchen. He slowly got up as his lower back ached and he was suppose to be in work this afternoon. Well nothing a hot shower wont fix. As he walked into the kitchen to get some coffee he stopped in his tracks. There standing by the stove was Derek cooking breakfast.

“Hey I made breakfast sit down.”

“What’s all this for?

“I wanted to do something special since you let me stay here and all. Now sit down.”

Donald sat down carefully in the chair as Derek placed a plate of bacon, eggs and toast in front of him. “Eat up.” Derek said with a smile.

“What’s with you?”

“Nothing, I’m sorry about last night.”

“Hmm…”

The two of them sat quietly eating there breakfast. Donald’s thoughts kept going to last night and he couldn’t help but wonder about why Derek and Laurie broke up. “Um Derek do you mind if I ask you a personal question?”

“What would that be?”

“Um…why did you and Laurie break up?”

Derek let out a sigh, “Well, you see Laurie wanted a career and all and I wanted to start a family so we broke up.”

“I don’t know how she handled you and your sex drive.” Don thought.

“Actually, she couldn’t handle it very well I always had to force myself to cum when I knew she was tired of it.”

Donald paused why the hell did he just tell me that? “Oh shit did I say that out loud?”

Derek just nodded. “I’m sorry I guess I was a little rough on you huh?”

“Its nothing it was a one time thing.”

“Oh..”

“I got to get myself ready for work. Breakfast was delicious Derek thank you.”

Derek watched Donald head off to get ready for work. He let out a sigh I fucked up didn’t I? Who am I fooling myself I should probably leave before I mess up his life anymore then I already have.

Will arrived in New York alone his wife thought it best if he went to see the man his daughter was going to marry.

“Daddy!” Jackie called out and waved to him with a big smile on her face.

Will went over and embraced his daughter in a tight hug. It was then he noticed the man standing beside his daughter the man that was taking his little girl away from him.

“Daddy this Brian Young, Brian my father.” Jaclyn introduced them.

Will looked the man up and down he was tall about six foot, blond hair, and sapphire blue eyes. He wore a cowboy hat and boots.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you Mr. Turner Angela has told me nothing but nice things about you.” He said.

Will listened to the way the man spoke he had an Australian accent that was for sure. He bit the inside of his lip “Nice to meet you Brian.”

Angela noticed the uneasiness the two of them had around each other. There should be a way to rectify that? “Come on you two lets go get something to eat.”

Maybe some food and some drinks and the two will feel a little more comfortable around each other.

“What are you planning to do today with the twins today Dee?” Ryo asked as he got himself ready for work.

“I was planning on going to see Mother and visit with her for a while as I let the twins play with the other kids there. From there I don’t really know.”

Ryo nodded as he gave Dee a kiss. “Daddy!” the twins said as they raced over to Ryo wanting there hugs and kisses goodbye before he went off to work.

Ryo chuckled as he kissed both the twins goodbye before heading out. Dee let out a sigh after he left it was just him and the twins now. He would love to go back on the force but someone had to stay with the kids, he didn’t feel right leaving them with Mother or any other relative for long periods of time. The two of them had even thought about splitting working, but Dee couldn’t do it. Having a new partner on the job when Ryo got him so well it was just awkward.

“Okay you two time to get dressed we are going to see grandma today.”

The two of them gave Dee a blank look. “Granma Penguin?” Jess asked.

Dee couldn’t help but chuckle a little at his son’s question. He slowly nodded.

“Yay!!! Do you think Sarah will be there?” Kiseki asked.

Dee knew about the imaginary friend the two created and played along. “She might be.” he replied, “Now go get dress so we can get going.”

The two raced off to there room to get dressed.

Ryo arrived at work “Oh good Ryo you’re here, listen we just got a call somebody just found a dead body.” Berkley said.

“Where at?”

“Central Park, supposedly.”

“Right I’m on it.”

Ryo got into the car along with JJ, Drake, Ted, and Marty and headed down to Central Park.

Dee arrived at the orphanage with the twins. “Granma Penguin.” Jess said as she gave her a big hug. Mother Lane gave Dee a look as she gave both her grandkids a hug.

“Granma…” Kiseki began as she whispered into her grandmother’s ear.

“Oh really? Well that’s nice of her. Now why don’t you two go off and play with the other kids, while your daddy and I have a nice little talk.”

The twins nodded as they raced off to go play. “What was all that about?” Dee asked curiously.

“Oh she was telling me how her friend gave her, Jess, and Keisha something special. She said her name was Sarah or something like that.”

“Sarah is imaginary friend the twins made up.” Dee replied.

“So how are you two holding up? I hear your sister is pregnant again she’s due near the end of the year.”

“Yea I heard.”

“Do you and Ryo plan on ever having any more?”

“I know I would like too Mother, but I don’t think I could handle it again and having two three year olds running around I don’t know.”

“What does Ryo think?”

“I know he would like more kids in time as well, but I don’t think either of us are ready for more just yet.”

“What a shame I was so hoping for more grandkids.” Mother said with a slight laugh.

“Don’t worry Mother you’ll have plenty of grandkids in time.”

Dee let out a sigh, “You know we never got a chance to go on a honeymoon not that I’m complaining or anything.”

“You know I’d be more then happy to baby sit for a weekend so you two can go somewhere nice for a change without having to worry about the twins getting into something they shouldn’t.”

“Thanks Mother but wouldn’t that be hard on you though?”

Mother raised an eyebrow, “Dee I run an orphanage I think I could handle two extra kids if need be.”

“I’ll talk to Ryo about it Mother thank you.”

“Now then how is Bikky doing in his schooling?”

“Fine, Carol is keeping him on the right path as it were.”

The two talked on for a while before Dee decided it was time for them to leave to surprise Ryo at work for lunch.

Dee round up the twins. “Daddy could we go to the park?” Kiseki asked.

“After lunch we are going to surprise your daddy with lunch.”

“But daddy’s already at the park.” Jess said.

“What makes you think he’s there?”

“Sarah told us that’s where daddy is. Keisha is also there waiting for us to play.”

“Oh…”

Dee drove off down to the prescient driving pass the park when he noticed police cars scattered around the park. Dee parked the car and pulled out his cell to call Ryo.

Ryo looked down at the skeleton two teens found earlier. “Jim will have to examine it in the forensics lab.” JJ said.

“Looks like they’ve been dead for twenty years or more at least.” Drake said.

“Well judging by the size of the skeleton I’d say it was an adolescent no older then fourteen when the kid died.” Marty said.

Ryo picked up his phone when it began to go off. “Hello?”

“Ryo, what’s going on why are there cops all over the park?” Dee asked.

“Um… we found a dead body here, an adolescent been dead for twenty years or so.” Ryo said.

“I guess your not free for lunch then?”

“Sorry babe, not today. How are the twins are they behaving themselves?”

“Yes, they wanted to come to the park today though, I don’t think it’s a wise decision though.”

Keisha was busy playing in the park Kiseki, Jess, and Sarah weren’t here yet and she was rather bored. Ty had pushed her on the swing and watched her play on the jungle gym when he noticed the police.

Keisha had just gone down the slide when someone she didn’t recognize standing over her.

“Hello little girl are you enjoying playing on the slide.”

“I’m not suppose to speak to strangers.”

“But I’m not a stranger I’m a friend of Sarah’s.”

“You know Sarah?” Keisha asked.

“Yes, she told me to tell you and her other friends she has a surprise for you.”

“Really? A surprise!” Keisha said excitedly.

“Yea come on…”

“I should tell daddy where I’m going first I don’t want to get into trouble.”

“Don’t worry its not too far your father wont even notice that you were ever gone.”

“Ok…”

Ty watched the cops doing who knows what. Being an ex-gang member you can’t help but feel a little on edge. He turned back to where his daughter was playing only to notice she was gone.

He only had his back turned for a minute or two where could she have run off. “Keisha!” He called out as he tried not to panic as he tried to think of all the places she could have gone too.

John stood on the docks waiting to board the cruise ship Richard was so insistent they go on. It looked almost exactly like the one they went all those years ago. They boarded the ship and went to there cabin room 269. “Heh…what do you know it’s the same room number we had on our first cruise.” Richard said with a laugh.

However John didn’t find it very funny. The room, was different then the one they had back in the day when he was pregnant with Donald. This room had one big bed instead of two single beds.

Flash back April 1959

“Well what do you think of our room its pretty nice huh?” Richard asked.

John gave a slight nod before he ran to the bathroom to throw up.

“Well, we better get going we’re to meet up with Charles and Barb at the dining hall for dinner.”

John came out of the bathroom after throwing up. He really didn’t look too well. “I don’t think I feel to well to eat in the dinning hall.” John said as he laid down on one of the beds.

“You’ll be fine babe you’ll just need to relax a little and then we’ll head up to meet up with Charles and Barb.”

John nodded as he felt Richard’s lips on his. Richard pulled back from the kiss “Now you little one behave for your daddy so he can have a good time for once.” He said as he kissed John’s abdomen.

Suddenly there was a knock at there door. “Hey you guys coming for dinner or what?” Charles asked.

“Yea we’re heading up now.” Richard said.

End Flash back

John sat down on the bed and found it a hell of a lot softer then the single he had to sleep on the last time. He sat up in bed as a thought came to mind. “What’s going on here?”

“What do you mean what’s going on here? I’m just going on a cruise with my husband.” Richard replied.

“No that’s not it your up to something. What’s the name of this cruise ship again?”

“What does it matter?”

“I think your trying to recreate something.”

“No I just wanted to take a nice vacation with my husband is that so much to ask?”

“I guess not. I’m sorry.”

“It’s alright, I’ll let you rest and then we can go get some dinner or something.”

John nodded slowly as he laid his head back down on the pillow he was still a bit suspicious about this whole vacation.
