Ash the Chosen One

CH.4 THE SERCH BEGINS

As Ash was walking down the trail he thought "I wonder how the others are looking for me." Misty and Brock were about to finally leave the hotel. They didn't think of leaving until now because they got done making each other forget about Ash thinking he would find his way back.

"Good bye Seri" Misty said. Brock was now blushing because Seri had walked in on them a short time before they left.

"Good bye but be careful" Seri said. "Those people who took your friend might return."

"They always return" Misty sighed. Team Rocket were hiding in some trees and saw Misty and Brock leave.

"They're leaving" Meowth smiled "but I don't see Pikachu or the twerp."

"No Pikachu?" James asked.

Jesse screamed "What do you mean PIkachus not with them!" Almost giving them away.

"Did you hear something?" Misty asked.

"I don't think so" Brock answered. They looked behind themselves but didn't see anything.

"Strange" Misty said. "Anyway we have to find Ash where do you think he would go.

"To the closest city to face their gym leader" Brock answered. They walked out of the forest onto a road. The trail Ash was following came to a cliff.

"Now what am I going to do?" Ash thought. "If I had Bulbasaur I could have him use vine whip and climb down." The cliff seemed to form into a step ladder. "What's going on?" Back on the road Misty and Bock saw the side of a building and knew it was a town. When they got closer they saw only the wall they saw was the only thing intact of the city. Pokemon and their trainers were trying to escape the city even running over the dead bodies littering the ground.

"What happened here?" Misty asked one trainer.

"We were attacked by demons!" The trainer screamed running away carrying his Abra. Two peaple wearing black clokes with a red letter m over the hearts moved tword them from the way the trainer ran from.

"They must be from Team Magma" Brock growled readying a pokeball.

"I don't think so" Misty said looking at the cloked men.

"The girl is right we are not from the pathetic Team Magma" the first cloked man laughed. "You see they are to weak to do what we do."

"Why would you do this?!" Brock asked.

"To bring this world to it's knees and just for the fun of it" the second cloked man smiled forming a black and grey spiked pokeball in his left hand.

"Before you die answer this are you friends to the human Ash Ketchum who our lord fought earlier?" the first cloked man asked in a rasping voice.

"Yes, but what has he done to get you mad?" Misty answered with a question.

"It's simple" the first cloked man hissed "Because of the powers he gained he is a treat to my lord's conquest of your pathetic useless universe. He formed one of the pokeballs that held the Darkata Pikachu in his right hand. "With our Chaos pokeballs and the Dark Race Pokemon helping us your universe will have no hope" he hissed. He tossed his pokeball and as the light began to form his pokemon he laughed "Destory them Armorillis Sandshrew!" A Sandshrew made of metal plates with fire between the metal plates, spikes lining the arms, a glowing red shadow, and eyes darker than the darkest night appeared. Before anything could be said it caused a sandstorm to blind everyone.

"I can't see a thing!" Misty screamed.

"Zubat use gust to move the sand!" Brock yelled. Zubat's gust did blow away the sand but when it did one of the cloked men was gone.

"Staryu go!" Misty ordered. The remaining cloked man laughed so hard he almost fell over.

"What are you doing!?" The cloked man laughed. "Evern all your Pokemon can't defeat Armorillis Sandshrew!"

"No way your getting away with destorying this city!" Misty yelled. Staryu fired water gun. Armorillis Sandshrew rolled through the attack crashing into Staryu with such force the ground shook. "Staryu!" Misty screamed.

"Zubat takle that Sandshrew!" Brock ordered. Zubat listened but was caught. Armorillis Sandshrew bit Zubat like a vampire. Zubat broke free falling to the ground becase of poison. "Zubat return!" Brock called back Zubat and sent out Onix. Misty sent Starme and a polywhirl to help Staryu. "Onix dig!" Brock ordered.

"Fire water gun all of you!" Misty screamed. The three water guns hit Armorillis Sandshrew knocking it off its feet. Onix rose from the ground and wrapped around it. Onix began to squeez when the cloke man smiled darkly. Armorillis Sandshrew began spinning.

"Summon forth the fatal winds!" the cloked man laughed as Onix was slammed to the ground.

In the forest Ash was still walking and thought "I bet Misty and Brock are having a party at the hotel. They maybe forgot about me. If they did I don't know what I'll do." He got to a part of the trail that had beedrills flying over it as if on patrol.

"Finish this game!" the cloked man ordered. Amorillis SAndshrew began spinning faster and faster forming a twister of sand and rocks.

"Don't get blown away!" Misty yelled. She knew Brock said something but the howl of the wind was to loud for her to hear him. The Armorillis Sandshrew's shadow turned the twister blood red. The air reversed trying to pull them in. A trainer who got pulled in was ripped to shreads and his bones landed in front of Brock and Misty.

"Stay away from the twister!" Brock sreamed as a head landed next to him. two more cloked men walked to the sides of the one they were fighting.

In a dark almost controled repeating voice the cloked men chanted "For the joy of pain and suffering! For the Migeddo Army! For our lord Malice. We will conquer this universe and kill all in our way!" The speed of the twister tripled. Misty and Brock were almost pulled in but they grabbed and got behind the only wall intact with their Pokemon. One of Misty's Pokeballs was sent flying. It hit the cloked man on the right in the face. He stumbled back and the wind slowed a little. the pokeball hit the ground hard and rolled tword the twister while releasing its Pokemon. It released psyduck behind the lne of cloked men.

"Call back your Pokemon so we won't get separated!" Brock yelled over the wind. Misty answered by shaking her head yes. they called back their Pokemon before Misty noticed a pokeball missing. A body crashed into the wall sending down sharp stone fragments.

"Psyducks missing!' Misty screamed but the wind had increased again so Brock didn't hear her. She looked around the wall and saw Psyduck being pulled into broken building parts, bodies, cloked men, even members of Team Magma fighting the cloked men from the Migeddo Army hitting each one head first.

"He's going to have one big headake" Brock thought when he heard Psyduck's screams. right before Psyduck was pulled into the twister it yelled holding its head.

"PsyyyDuckkk!" Psyduck yelled unleashing a telekenetic shokwave. the shock wave sent the wall Misty and Brock were behind soring outside the city crashing almost on Jesse as they were digging another pit.

"I ..almost got squashed" Jesse cried.

"Let's get out of here!" James yelled. Team Rocket took off running. Psyduck's shock wave had a second wave that tripped the cloked men and caused the Armorillis Sandshrew to be impaled on a pole from a destoried building. The fire between its metal plates went out. The Armorillis Sandshrew fell apart.

"We are soldiers of the Migeddo Army don't think because you defeated my Pokemon you get to live"the cloked man in the center of the line said. He pulled out a sword covered in blood and skin. The other two pulled out rusted daggers. the one with the sword swung at Psyduck but Misty called it back.

"What's wrong with you?!" Misty asked.

"Only following orders from our lord" the Migeddo soldier in the center answered. He charged followed by the other two Migeddo soldiers.

"Get down!" Officers Jenny's voice yelled. Misty and Brock ducked. "Open fire!" Officer jenny ordered to six policemen around her. The policemen started shooting. All six of them were armed with machine guns. Misty and Brock crawled under the bullets to the side of the police line. They ran to Officer Jenny.

"Hi..uh"Brock started his eyes turning to hearts.

"Not now!" Misty screamed in Brocks ears. The machine gun fire only seemed to push the Migeddo soldiers back.

"Fire the big guns!" Officer Jenny ordered. Two more policemen with rocket lauchers came running. After aiming they fired. The rockets hit finally killing the Migeddo soldiers.

"That was close"Misty sighed.

"You two shouldn't be here" Officer Jenny said.

"Whatever you say" came out of Brocks mouth because he thought Jenny said marry me.

"But Ash is missing" Misty said.

"Leave finding your friend to us" Jenny ordered. "You should go to New Island it seems to be the only safe place."

"Ok we will" Misty responded grabbing Brock by the ear and walking off. She thought "We will after we find Ash. I almost forgot he owes me a new bike." Misty and Brock passed by Team Rocket's pit without noticeing it. They began heading for the next closest town.
