Neko Doll

"Shuichi!" Eiri yelled after the neko boy.

"I'll get him." Hioska sighed to Tsuzuki and Eiri.

Eiri didn't say a word as he stormed off to his office slamming thr door do hard Tsuzuki jumped in fright and fell off the couch. Hisoka looked at Tsuzuki and the the office door.

"You can deal with that one." Hisoka said before hurrying after Shuichi.

Shuichi could barley run anymore, stumbling as he sobbed uncontrolably. He was in the woods near the place he and Eiri had first met. He fell to his knees and hugged himself tightly. The tears blurred his vision as he curled up against a large tree, ears down and his tail wrapped around his bare feet.

"Yuki...." He mumbled shivering from the chill that was setting into the night.

He had only been there for about five minutes when he heard the faint footsteps of someone walking towards him. He didn't bother to look up at the man until he saw unfamiliar feet before him.

"We meet again Shuichi Shindou." The man said in a calm soothing voice. "But tonight you are not your normal hyper self Kenoku."

Shuichi wiped the tears from his eyes and face before looking up into the eyes of Kazutaka Muraki. Shu's eyes widen a bit as he tried to push father into the tree. Muraki's silver eyes that wasn't cobered by hair was smiling with a more drude glint, something his mouth didn't show.

"M..muraki-san....." Shuichi stammered.

"Something wrong? Did you happen to forget me?" Muraki knelt down in front of Shuichi and reached out striking the neko's cheek. His touched caused Shu to flinch and shut his eyes tight. "Oh my, it seems you have spoken to the Shinigami."

"L..leave me alone." Shuichi mewed in fright.

Chuckling, Muraki grabbed Shu's arm and pulled him to his feet. Shuichi was slightly surprised by the action and mewed loudly in protest.

"Calm down Shuichi. I don't want to hurt you." He whispered.

"Let go!" Shuichi cried scratching at Muraki's arm and kicking out at the larger man's shin.

"Oh my.." This time Muraki's voice had a tone of annoyance in it. "Now...I told you Kenoku. I don't want to hurt a beautiful doll like you."

Shuichi began to cry harder struggling to break free of Muraki's grasp.

Tsuzuki watched Hisoka leave before knocking on Eiri's door. "Eiri-san?" No reply followed. "Eiri-san...are you alright?"

"Leave me the fuck alone." Came Eiri's snarl.

Tsuzuki sighed.'This will be tough..' he thought before trying again to talk to Eiri.

"Eiri-san...We know you don't believe us but I assure you that we are not lying and Shuichi is in danger." He paused waiting for a response trhat didn't come.

Hisoka walked the way Shuichi had ran following the neko's emotions that filled the night air. In a way it was good Shuichi was such an emotional person. It would be easy for Hisoka to find himk, just follow the lingering emotions.

"He ran a long way....I hope Muraki isn't around." he muttered speeding up his walk just a bit.

He knew that the chances of Muraki being around where probably high. He was stalking the singer after all. Hiosoka broke into a jog. 'Gotta find him..' He said mentally. "I hope Tsuzuki isn't making things worse...."

Shuichi was sobbing harder than before. He struggled biting Muraki's arm and managing to get free and run, but luck wasn't on his side. He tried over something and fell hitting the ground hard his pants tearing. Muraki adavanced and grabbed Shuichi by the back of his neck and lifted him up.

"Do you want to get hurt!" He sneered pulling the small frame against him with a strong hold.

"Ah!...Please! *sob* L..let me...go....!" Shuichi pushed and struggled harder.

Muraki just held him harder before pulling Shu's head back by his pink hair. "Stop squriming. You will not get away." He smirked.

Shuichi shook so dadly he could barley stand and through his sobs he screamed. He wanted to go home, he cursed himself for running out like he did. He wanted Eiri...oh god how much he wanted to be asleep right now in Eiri's arms.

"Now, Let's go to your new home now." Muraki chuckled as a white light began to cricle around them.

"No! No no no! EIRI!!!!" Shuichi screamed as loud as he could before they where gone, no longer in the park.

Hisoka was nearly at the place Muraki and Shuichi where when the bright light stopped him in his tracks. He could feel Shuichi's fear stronger than anything else he had ever felt. And then he heard Shuichi scream the novelist's name.

"Oh no!" He ran forward as the light faded and saw nothing else. "Muraki!" He knew it was the psycho and it was to late to stop him from taking Shuichi. "I have to tell the others." He turned on his heel and ran as fast as he could back to the apartment and when he stoped just inside the door, panting.

Tsuzuki looked up at his winded partner from the place he was sitting beside Eiri's office door. "Hisoka are you ok?" He asked getting to his feet.

Eiri had seen Hisoka running from the park through the office window. He opened the door confused as why Shuichi wasn't with the kid. He looked at Hisoka worry betraying his normaly cold eyes.

"Where's Shuichi?" He demanded.

Tsuzuki jumped as Eiri spook from behind him then nodded also wanting to know where the hyper neko was.

Hisoka couldn't seem to get the words out as he looked at the two older men. Tsuzuki imeadeatly understood.

"What is it kid! Where is Shuichi!" Eiri barked getting annoyed and more worried.

Hisoka swallowed and took a deep breath before he could speak.

"He's got him. Muraki has Shuichi."
