Imaginary 4:
Characters: Setsuna
Warnings: Cursing, some more sexual situations…maybe
AN: When I originally wrote this, I figured I would go more in depth Setsunas mind but all I did was make her out to be a bitch. And you know what? It works. It works really well!
Remember, I do like her. I really do. I just used her as a good character to bash.
*****Setsuna*****
Looking in her mirror as she placed dark eye shadow on, she paused to look at the envelope that sat innocently on her bed side table before shaking her head and turning back to the mirror. Continuing with her makeup, Setsuna smiled slightly, knowing that her position as Princess and future Queen of Pluto along with Guardian of the Gates of Time was safe finally.
No little moon princess to threaten what was coming to her.
Smirking at her reflection and turning around to her closet, she pushed aside all of the rather conservative clothing that she had worn while Usagi had been alive. No reason to screw up at the time but now she was free. Pulling out a black leather skirt, a tank top and a pair of spike, three inch strappy heels, she moved to her dresser. Putting on her black lacy braw and the matching underwear, she then tugged on her clothing before checking her face.
Black eyeliner, dark blue eyeshadow, no blush, light blue lip liner and blue tinted lip gloss accentuated the darkness that was her face, making her smirk and pat the bun her hair sat in. Grabbing her purse and keys, she shoved the envelope, phone and a few other things into it before walking out of her room.
Heading down the stairs and out the main door she ignored the sounds of pots and pans that floated from the kitchen, the scent of paint that slipped out of Michirus art studio and the music floating from the garage. Walking down the short drive way, Setsuna headed for her car, sliding into it and dropping the top before turning it on.
As she headed in, she spotted four males standing next to what looked to be a rather battered jeep. Two of them, one a red head and one that looked like a shota story waiting to happen, were arguing while a male wearing half an eyeglass tried to get them to stop. The forth male was looking as if he was about to beat them upside the head as she pulled up and looked at them.
"Hey! What happened?" she asked them, the crimson haired man looking towards her, smiling. He walked over to her and leant against her car door.
"Well, ya see, we ran out of gas. Would you by any chance have any on you?" he asked flashing a fast smile. Smiling back at him, she opened her door before getting out of the car and walked around to the trunk. Opening the trunk up and reach into her subspace pocket, she made sure she looked like she was reaching into her trunk.
"So, whats your name?" I ask him. He smiles again.
"Names Sha, Gojyo. The kid is Son, Goku, the guy with the half the eyeglasses is Cho, Hakkai, and the guy with the fan is Genjyo, Sanzo. And what would your name be?" he ask. I smile and look at him as I pull the gas container out.
"My name is Setsuna, and that's all you need to know," I say and hand the gas container to Cho-san. I look at Genjyo-san. "So, what are doing here, Genjyo-san?" I ask him.
"We're here for a funeral," he replies. I look at him and shake my head.
"Well, I hope you enjoy your time here, even with the funeral. I have to be going now. See ya," I say, taking the container back and slipping it back into my trunk. I get back into my car and drive away.
'Now why is there demons coming into town? I know that the guy said he was here for a funeral, but why bring demons with you?' I think to myself. I look in my mirror and watch them get back into their jeep. I turn a corner and head into town, and to Mamorus apartment, where more than likely Minako is taking a shower, and Makoto is getting screwed.
At Mamorus house...
Makoto leans on the counter as Mamoru drives into her from behind. Minako walks into the kitchen, slides onto the counter in front of Makoto and starts a three some.
Back with Setsuna...
Smiling as she stopped at a light, she turned to the next lane and spotted Ami with Rei in her passenger car seat. She noticed that they were wearing sad smiles and Rei was writing something on a yellow writing pad. Shaking her head, she drove towards Mamaorus house, while the two turned towards Reis temple. Taking a left, followed by a right, she turned into a parking garage, soon parking in a 10th floor parking spot.
She quickly got out of her car and walked towards the elevator, intending to take it up to the 12th floor. Stepping into the elevator, she pushed the 12th floor button. Just as the doors were about to close an arm slid between and a rather nice looking guy sliped into the elevator. He smiled at Setsuna and pressed the 14th floor button. Looking at him, she glared lightly once she caught the look he was giving her, that of one that would be on the bottom of his shoe once he got a good look at her. Giving him one last glare, she left the elevator at the 12th floor.
Walking up to Mamorus door and knocking on it, Setsuna looked around the hall as she waited. Mamoru answered the door, wearing nothing but a towel and dripping wet. Running a finger over one muscle, she smiled at him as they stood there.
"Been busy?" she asked him, a sly smile sliding over her lips, getting a smile in return.
"Yeah, but I think the girls are worn out. I do know that they are taking a shower right now, so we have some time to open the champagne and the wine and let them breathe," he replied, watching as Setsuna slid past him with a curious look.
"Why don't you go get dressed and I'll do that. Then we can eat some food and discuss what I saw on the way here," she said, walking towards the kitchen. Seeing a bottle of champagne and a bottle of wine sitting in ice, she opens both bottles with soft pops, putting them back into the bucket. Looking up, she smirked as Minako, Makoto and Mamoru came into the kitchen, the girls wearing robes, green and gold respectively, and Mamoru wearing a pair of sweats. Taping her heel on the tiles of the floor, she leant against the counter and watched as Mamoru took down some glasses out of his cabinet, and poured them champagne, before pouring Minako and Makoto glasses of wine.
She took her glass, tapping it against theirs as she continued to smile and settle against one counter.
"Here's to saying goodbye to our problems, and saying hello to our future," Mamoru said to the room around them. Setsuna looked over the girls with critical eyes. Makoto seemed to be happy, while Minako wasn’t looking quite as happy as the rest of the group.
"What's up, Minako?" Setuna asked. Minako looked up and smiled at her in return, the smile seeming strained.
"Nothing, really," she replied. Setsuna cocked her eyebrow before shrugging her shoulders.
"So, tomorrow is the funeral. Are you going to go to it?" Makoto asked finally.
"I am," Minako said.
"So am I.”
"I will to, just to see what they dress her up in. It should be interesting. I also want to see what the hell Rei was doing with Ami today," Setsuna hums softly.
"What do you mean? Why the hell was Rei with Ami?" Minako asked, a surprised look on her face. Setsuna nods.
"Oh yeah, I saw her and Ami driving along towards her house on my way over here," she told them, smirking slightly. "I thought Rei was on our side, so what the hell is she doing with Ami?" she asked, watching as Mamorus face grew dark.
"I think I know why she was with Ami. She turned traitor on us. She went back to their side. And she more than likely will tell the others how we had hoped and planned about the bitch. I don't like this. I think we need to talk to her before she talks to the others," he suggests, getting nods of agreements from the three women. Turning to the refrigerator, he pulled out some appetizers, letting the others nibble.
Walking over to the stereo system, Setsuna slid in the Evanescence CD that she loved so much and flipped it to an enjoyable song. Turning it to repeat, she moved to her purse and took out the envelope from Usagi and sat down. Opening it, she started to read the letter.
To Setsuna:
If you are reading this I am dead, like you wanted me to be.
I have a few things to say before I say my decree though. I know why you did what you did. Because of this, I have decided that I need to leave this world for the time being. You won’t ever see where I’m going, at least I would hope not.
Now for my decree, and your punishment.
You will continue to be the princess of Pluto, and Sailor Pluto, but no longer will you be able to access the Time Gates. I am rather sorry that I have to do this, but it must be done.
I have decided that it will be your sister from the Silver Millennium who will be the guardian of the Time Gates. She will protect Ami, seeing as Ami is to take my place as the queen of Neo Tokyo.
Now for the rest of your punishment.
You will not be able to reach your full power. You will continue to be a sailor scout, and only a sailor scout. You will never reach your Eternal Scout stage, or the Guardian stage, much less anything else.
I am sorry to have to do this to you, but you are a traitor to the Moon Kingdom and the Silver Alliance. If it becomes apparent that you are not fit to rule Pluto, then your sister will get the throne in your stead. This extends all the way up to your death and beyond. Your child will not rule unless decreed by Ami. If your child does rule, the same rules will apply to her, as they will to her children and so on, and so on. If your child is deemed unworthy to rule, your sister will rule without restrictions.
Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom
Putting the letter down and standing up, Setsuna tossed her glass against the wall, and started to curse. Mamoru, Minako and Makoto looked up from their conversation, staring at her.
"What is it, Setsuna-chan?" Mamoru asked.
"That little bitch has decreed that I will never level up, and if I don't stay in line I lose my throne! The stupid bitch also decreed that my sister will watch and control the Time Gates now!" she screamed out as she ripped the paper apart. Silence greeted the new information as the song played in the back round. Minako sang a part of the song softly under her breath as Setsuna started to drink Mamorus wine.
"I tried to kill the pain, but only brought more. I lay dying, and I'm pouring crimson regret and betrayal. I'm dying, praying, bleeding and screaming. Am I lost too be saved? Am I too lost?"
