Bonus Chapter: Interlude
Ciel gloried in the roughness of the luffa against his back, the smell of lye and a hint of lavender flowers. He let the steam soothe his tired shoulders and leaned his head back against the edge of the tub. He played through the events of the day with lascivious pleasure.
Sebastian's arousal, tucked hurriedly and cruelly between his legs, was brushing against his thighs each time he rose or fell slightly in his kneeling position beside the master's bath. Occasionally, it grazed the side of the tub through his trousers. To make matters worse, the master was letting out the most tantalizing sighs as he relaxed and enjoyed being bathed. Sebastian stared at his bocchan with undisguised lust as the earl closed his eyes and sunk further into the hot water, oblivious.
"You know, Sebastian, I quite enjoyed watching you pleasure yourself. Next time you feel the urge to do so, come to me and do it in my presence."
"My lord?"
"That's an order, Sebastian."

It was an hour since Ciel had been put to bed, and Sebastian estimated he should be safely asleep by now. The last hour and a half had been… painful. He did not intend to wait any longer. He could follow his master's order to the letter now without hurting his own pride.
Sebastian entered the master's bedroom quietly. Bocchan appeared to be fast asleep, his breathing even. Good.
Finding the darkest corner of the room, Sebastian undid his trousers and reached his hand inside to grasp his hard-on. He would not take it all the way out, because he did not relish the idea of explaining any messes to his master. Better to just clean it off his own clothing in the privacy of the laundry room. As he stroked himself, the pent-up frustrations of the day overcame him. He brought back in his mind the picture of his master as his lust was first exposed, that delightful dalliance under the desk, and best of all, the master's bewildered expression as he was showered in Sebastian's hot cum…
Sebastian's stomach muscles tensed as he moved from stroking himself to thrusting into his hand. His thrusts intensified, and with a grunt, he fell to his knees. Attempting to keep his member from popping up out of the trousers, he bent double and stabilized himself with one hand, so he was practically groveling on the floor. The other hand continued its ministrations inside his pants. With a shuddering gasp, Sebastian came. He felt it soak his underthings almost immediately. A sense of panic overtook him as he looked up anxiously to ensure his bocchan had not awoken. What a shameful thing for a butler to do…
Sebastian carefully removed himself from the room and headed down to his quarters to change.
Ciel smiled wickedly to himself in the darkness. He'd had an idea that might happen. Oh, what satisfaction, to know he had caused such torment to his personal demon. Sebastian hadn't known he was awake, of course, so he'd obeyed the letter of the order but not the spirit. Ciel would have to find a way to punish him for that later. He drifted off to sleep happily as a million delicious punishments danced through his twisted mind.
