Brittle Innocence

First and foremost let me apoligize for my long absence. I'm afraid that I had a great deal of Real Life to contend with and apparently until now I've had a lot of problems doing just that. I started this story shortly after my grandparents died. I thought I was OK. I wasnt. I found myself trapped in depression, and then ended up trapped in the bottom of a bottle. It has taken a while to realise what I had done and where I was headed and to then do something about it and get myself out of the pit I was in. And after that it has taken me a little while to convince myself I can write again. But I know I need to write and have a creative outlet. Its good to have an outlet, something to do that after you're done you can sit back and say I've actually accomplished something, and here it is. So....

I'm trying to set some goals for myself.
I want to finish this story being one of them. But fair warning, as I said before I've already got the story outlined in my head, what I want to happen, and where I want things to go and end up and it going to be a long story. So it will take a while, even with me consistantly writing to get to the end of it. There are other stories that have been swimming around in my head too. And I'd like to do them as well. Just not sure how anyone would feel about that. I dont have a great track record so far. Personally, I think three years between updates is completely unacceptable. But the other ideas are in other fandoms and again I'm not too sure if anyone is going to be interested in them when I've proved to be so unreliable in the past. Also I have ideas and stories of original characters set loosely in the Forgotten Realms setting, and in a Mythological setting context type thing. I don't suppose anyone would be interested in those as well?
