I do not own One Piece, nor any of the characters from it. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
Chapter #5
A/N: HELLO, READERS!!! Man, it feels like I haven’t updated in forever, but I updated somewhat recently. Weird. Anyway. Delay, I highly doubt that this will turn into a zoroxsanji or sanjixzoro. Sorry. Don’t know how I could pull that one off. Right now I really need to seed my thanks to Noriko_Sakuma and Ebony. *sniff* you two are so inspiring. Thank you! And as for the ones not reviewing (there are 700+), WHY NOT?!! I want your opinion be it flame or not!
Disclaimer: (Why do I keep having to say this) no, I still don’t own one piece. I highly doubt that I will ever own one piece.

Chapter #5 (I’m too lazy to think up a better title right now.)
Sanji sat at the kitchen table. Smoke dominated the room and a silent argument filled the chef’s head.
{YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD HIM!
He would have rejected me.
HOW LONG TO DO YOU INTEND ON LIEING TO HIM?!
As long as I can.}
Sanji sighed realizing that he was talking to himself about what he should have done in the past. The past couldn’t be changed. he hadn’t told Luffy and he couldn’t go back and fix that. So why argue?He took one final drag of his cigarette before snuffing it out. The chef’s eyes wandered from the table and gazed at the pile of dishes that were left from breakfast. He left the table and found himself at the sink. Sleeves were rolled up and his hand grabbed a sponge. A plate that was the closest to the top was washed first. Sanji scrubbed angrily at the plate. He was angry. Angry at himself. Angry because he was gutless. Angry because he had the prefect opportunity and had let it slip though his fingers.
{I’m taking out anger on a plate? God, this is sad.} he left the dishes and moved to the cabinet. He started thinking about what to cook for lunch hoping that would bring him some peace. He found none. Every ingredient every spice reminded him of Luffy. Mocked him. Laughed at him. He slammed the cabinet shut. This was driving him insane.
{fine. I’ll tell him. If I ever get him alone again. I’ll tell him.} Sanji didn’t think he would ever have the captain alone again. It was a loud ship and everyone was almost always with some one else. This made the cook’s promise an easy one to make. Out of the corner of his eye, the cook found the neglected dishes and went to clean them.

Our favorite straw-hated captain* walked toward the kitchen door. He didn’t want to go inside. It would be too weird. So much had changed since that morning. He had been trusted with a task from Sanji. He had asked Zoro to help. He couldn’t find any of the spice. Zoro could. Zoro had kissed him. He had kissed back. He had thought about Sanji. Zoro had added tongue. He had pushed Zoro away. He wrapped his rubber fingers around the handle. He had to go in to give Sanji the spice. The 17-year-old stalled a bit longer. He scanned the deck for his crew. Nami was tanning, Usopp was working on something, Robin was reading, Chopper was no where in sight. Probably underneath the deck. Zoro? He looked back toward the storage room. Is he still in there? Luffy couldn’t stall anymore. He opened the door to the kitchen.
“Hey, Sanji!” Luffy tried to sound as normal as possible. “Got Some!” the door closed behind him as the spice was held out in front of him. There they were. Alone. Again.

A/N: hey all. Sorry it’s a bit short. I will update as soon as possible (mostly likely tomorrow but no promises) remember to review and things.
